As far as pricing goes we have two banquet rooms. You can look at tfor pictures on Facebook under Rona Banquet Hall. We have an open catering policy where you pick your own caterer, or bring in your own food, you determine your own food and beverage budget. Liquior can be provide for your guest you can not sell liquor to your guest. The lower banquet room has the stone fireplace with full kitchen it rents for 500.00 the Ballroom is on the upper level it also rents for 500.00 it does not have a kitchen if you would like both level it would be 975.00 for the day 10am to midnight. There is a 150.00 deposit to hold your date. We only take cash or checks or PayPal.. Each room holds 195 people. We have round tables that seat 8, and rectangle that are 6 ft. 5 ft. and 8 ft. I also rent white chair covers 1.00 each and white/black linen tablecloths at 4.00 each. Table runners at 1.00 each and chair sashes at .50 each. We also have a PA system with wireless micphones,5 disc CD player, am/fm radio and it hooks up to your iPod, phone or laptop the PA system rents for 75.00. You may set up the room any way that meets your needs.

It's intimate and charming and was everything I was looking for! The staff is very friendly and I had a good experience with them up to the week of my wedding. The event coordinator, Ann, had solicited her services as a wedding planner when we booked the venue. She is pleasant and sweet, but unorganized and this became very apparent the week before our wedding. We arrived at the Birch House the day before to start decorations and my family was asked to set up tables and chairs and clean bird feces off of them. It seemed unorganized and unprofessional to ask for my family to be cleaning bird feces off of everything... especially since this can be a major source of spreading disease AND that is a venue responsibility. My father-in-law showed up the next morning a couple of hours before the wedding and the chairs were still dirty with bird feces in the ceremony area and wouldn't have been clean by the time guests arrived for the wedding if he hadn't spent an hour and a half cleaning them. Ann said she would also be there the entire time to help with transitioning guests, caterers and I shouldn't stress about anything, but I had to try to find them multiple times to help. Overall, it would have been a better experience if I had not paid for her to help plan it because I could have ensured things didn't fall apart the week before the wedding. She mixed up our tent rentals, booking reservations, there was no lighting in the tent whatsoever for my wedding ceremony (which caused nobody to get a good picture of us being married and this is something she should have addressed prior as something we needed and we would have been happy to pay the additional expense), and she should have had staff available to clean the tables and chairs. There was no flow between the ceremony, serving food, cake cutting, etc. When she solicited her services as a wedding planner (as a side job to being the event coordinator for Glen Helen), she assured us that she would take the stress off of us and make things go smoothly.... I felt like I had to do majority of the work I asked her to do and the things I let her book were all wrong. I would not recommend using her as a wedding planner if you book anything at Glen Helen. Aside from that, it's an absolutely stunning venue that provides an intimate setting to share your wonderful day with family and friends.

On a beautiful, sunny spring afternoon, this was a welcome alternative to the WONDERFUL but suuuper busy main location of YS Brewery. They have a system (necessary, but a p.i.t.a.) that only lets a few people in at a time in the original spot. Well, rather than wait around for our "turn" to get in, we decided to try this new spot and were super glad we did!! Still plenty of Covid precautions, but also TONS of space, and we didn't feel rushed or in someone else's space. All the same GREAT brews (check out the maple stout, if available!!), plenty of seating inside and out on their patio, and attentive service from knowledgeable crew! I'm not sure if food trucks ever make their way over this way, but you'll be right next door to the Calypso Grill and Smokehouse... (yum!!) Limited hours, but definitely worth checking out... The event was held in the main barn, and below the event space there is a beautiful suite for overnight stay. The suite features a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area, and a large bedroom with a huge bathroom with beautiful stone walls! The wedding was a wonderful success, and the venue is the reason why. The staff is incredible and professional. Photo opportunities on the property are almost endless, and span a variety of styles. I absolutely loved my time here, and I am already planning a stay for myself and my husband.
