Love coming to the Teahouse! They always have variety from teas, smoothies, and slushies. Every time I go I usually get a cream blend, which is what they call their smoothies, or a cream tea. They also have a variety of add ins like your jellies and tapioca that you can add for 65 cents each into your drink. The prices are pretty reasonable especially given I've never had a bad experience here (I attached a picture of their menu). Normally all Teahouse locations (like this one) has board games and card games there so you can hang out and play while you sip on your tea. Which is really cool it makes it like a hang out spot to chill at. Highly recommend this place if you're craving some bubble tea! read more

Honestly, I really love the drinks from this place, but it lowkey feels like the employees don't really care about making sales. This location is super close to a constantly crowded HEB, so we usually order on Uber eats. However, this location has had their Uber off for several weeks and even after calling, and them confirming that their Uber Eats is still active (but paused), the store never becomes available on the app again. Normally I'd chalk that up to the location being super busy, but every time I've gone in person it's never THAT busy. If anyone from that shop sees this, y'all stuff is really great and I know a lot of people would like to order from your store. read more

Stopped in on New Year's Eve and the place was slammed with one staff taking and preparing orders. He did the best he could and was extremely apologetic. The tea was very good - flavor was good! We will definitely be back - we signed up for the reward system too! read more

Requested fruit tea but they don't have fruit tea anymore so got fresh fruit juice with green tea instead. Got it modify to be less sweet since there's orange juice and boba. We tried this location since it was closer to work. I got a hazelnut coffee flavored drink and did not like the flavor at all. My friend did not like hers as well. They had a movie on the big TV when we walked in and there is plenty of seating. They serve some food as well. read more

Wow I can't believe this place wasn't on yelp!! I was shocked when I passed by it today. I asked the girl inside how long they've been open and she said a couple weeks but it was really empty and banner outside said grand opening will be October 28. The place was spacious but overall not much seating area. There were 2 booth areas that could fit maybe 6 each and then there was a private seating room that fitted like 10+ which was weird but I guess you could have a study group there ? Some items I wanted on the menu wasn't available but I got the peach oolong teapress which was ok and the tapioca was chewy and sweet. So I know tea is hot and if there's ice it'll melt but I've never had this problem at any other teahouse, it was only until I came out of my car when I noticed there was NO ice in the drink and it had melted so I went back in and they were really nice and apologized. Overall place was ok but they get 3 stars cuz I only tried one item. My go to tapioca spot in the cypress area. Pretty good tap and drinks! I usually get the vanilla cappuccino blend with tap, the piña colada, or the Thai tea with tap. The Thai tea is way too sweet for my liking. But the employees are always so awesome, they sometimes let me taste a sample of the drink before they make a bigger version for me. Most of the items I've tried here have not been good. The only thing I ever come back for is their Vietnamese coffee because it's the one thing they get right. Customer service is terrible. It wasn't bad the first time I came but every time after has gotten consistently worse. Today, I was extra annoyed. My total came out to $5.25. I gave the girl $20.25. She handed me $3 back. I pointed out that I should've gotten $15 in change and she tried to CORRECT me before pulling out a CALCULATOR. She didn't even try to apologize for any of it. I've been coming to this location in Cypress, TX for three years and I've never experienced such a rude employee like today, this is Just a complaint for the blonde girl working on Saturday and her male coworker; after they both took our orders, they let people skip ahead of us and I was not upset at this point until we were the last people in the building and they finally have our drinks ready and they call out the Complete wrong name not even close to mine and I ask in detail if those are my drinks and he says yes those are the drinks but refused to give them to me because the girl that took my order gave out the wrong name, and I thought since we were the last people there and he was there when they took our order that they would just give us the drinks, he had to ask for a receipt! The girl just simply went to the back of the store not even helping at all. I just don't get why they made it seem like I was taking someone else's drinks if no one else was there. Located on the side of the HEB complex sandwiches between a nail shop and Little Caesars lies The Teahouse. We passed right by it when driving past and had to come back around. It's nice inside! Right when you walk in, you notice their mural that takes up the entire side of that wall. There's a small station to grab your straws and such. Tables are placed throughout but spaced enough to avoid a cramped look. There's even a separate room! A glass wall acts as a divider with a modern looking case filled with books and decorative pieces. Menus are up front at the ordering station. It's very clean-looking here. I like their Hazelnut cream tea and their Vietnamese coffee. Those are pretty much the only two I ever order here. Always with the boba. I've never been a big fan of boba drinks but I will get one if its from The Teahouse. The one here tasted alright. Maybe I didn't get the usual hazelnut my husband always orders me. I probably should have gotten the Vietnamese coffee. Either way, if we're out this way again and in the mood for boba, we'll stop by! read more

In the HEB shopping center, open during these crazy Covid19 times, and still serving delicious tapiocas. Kids enjoyed the mango cream blend and watermelon cream blend. I had the taro. Woohoo~ a teahouse nearby now! The employees are still getting used to the menu and working out the kinks so the drinks take longer than usual, but they're pretty friendly and the drinks aren't bad. The location is really spacious and while it's still new and empty, it could be a good study spot. I got my usual TEAHOUSE CREAM TEA with some herbal jelly. It was more on the bland side than sweet and tasted a bit watered down. The herbal jelly was a bit too mushy for my liking, but had some sweetness to it. There is definitely room for improvement, but I still prefer this place over other tap houses in the area. read more
