I was excited to have more boba options in the Cypress area, especially having tried other Teahouse locations throughout Houston and knowing it's a solid choice. However, when I came with my boyfriend, we were both highly disappointed with this location. Employees were clearly still in training and it took a bit longer than usual to make 2 drinks, a Teahouse #1 Milk Tea and a Thai Green Tea. Nice and friendly, but didn't really seem to know what they were doing. When we finally got our drinks, the #1 Milk Tea looked really dark brown, and I commented how it looked similar to a Vietnamese Ice Coffee. Tried it, and oddly it did taste like coffee...weird. Then, we got the Thai Green Tea, but it had a strong matcha flavor, which I wasn't used to in thai green teas I've had before. As we were about to turn around to leave, another couple came back in with their drinks and gave a look at our drinks in our hands, and said "Wait I think our drinks got mixed up?" Lo and behold, the couple ordered a Vietnamese Ice Coffee and a Matcha Green Milk Tea. The employee gave their order to us, and vice versa. Employee proceeded to make a joke out of it, as if trying to play off his mistake. Had them remake the drinks and all the employees in the back were still fooling around. Felt really awkward tbh. Finally got our drinks remade about 10 minutes later, and the taste wasn't any better even with the correct drinks, lol. Honestly, would not come back for awhile, until they have staff with more training at least. Very unprofessional. Boba was chewy but had no flavor. Drinks were watered down. Weren't many tables to sit at. They had a giant table in a separate glass enclosed area, but I don't see the practicality in that, since there was only 1 outlet. In the end, I'd rather drive the extra 5 minutes to go to Kung Fu tea, where I know the boba is good. read more

I always visit this place whenever I can swing by. It's one of my fav local boba tea places. You can check in using facebook to have access to their wifi. They have an open, spacious area with tables and a separate area for big groups. Decor's okay, chill atmosphere, and quiet for studying and relaxing. The service is quick and staff are nice. I love the tea here. It's not overly sweet, and they have interesting options like lychee bears (they're basically jelly to add to the boba). My usual order is Honey Apple Black Tea and I haven't changed much since. read more

Just discover this place the other day and already been just about almost everyday! It's your typical Teahouse, but this place has a variety teas, anything you want they got! It's very clean, when I came today one of the lady's in the back was cleaning constantly, which is a plus and tells you a lot about a place. I ordered pina colada cream tea blend with tapioca and watermelon cream blend with tapioca, both were good. But what pleased me the most, the woman who made the pina colada had some leftover from what she made it and gave it to me for free in a small cup! Tried this spot for the 1st time, I try different tea spots just to see what they offer and I do have my favorites! I ordered an avocado smoothie and u get a nice size for your money but the drink was actually so bland no flavor at all, I almost wanted to throw it away maybe if some raw organic honey or almond milk is blended in to give it more flavor at customers request it would be so much better, but other than that the place is nice and clean with good service. read more

I had the passion fruit cream blend with tapioca and it was really good! I love Teahouse! I've been going there periodically for about 3 years now. It's actually the very first place I went when I moved to Texas. They're usually very professional and welcoming to customers and try their hardest to get the drinks out as fast as possible. I managed to get some friends to go with me this time to hang out. Teahosue always has games in-store to engourage families and teens to stay and study or have fun! Teahouse sells not only 3 kinds of tea, but smoothies, slushies, and coffee too so there is something for everybody. I usually get either the green tea with jellies, or milk tea and boba but im sure the other varieties are just as good. read more

I ordered at this location around a month back or so. I wasn't originally going to make this review, but a friend who came with me urged me to. The drinks were very good. I got a taro coconut cream blend, and it was pretty tasty. However, the barista was very rude. I don't quite remember her name, but I believe she had long, brown hair. Firstly, I'm almost certain she was watching videos on her phone before I ordered. I probably had to wait a few extra minutes before I was sure she was finished. On top of that, she seemed to be angry that I was there at all, which is horrible customer service. I came on opening day and while it was a little crazy, this is still the best boba tea place in Cypress. I've been to other Teahouses in Houston and I would say the quality of drink is on par with the rest of their franchise. I will definitely be back. They make freshly brewed tapioca pearls and tea daily. I notice them carrying the big pots around, which hints to make they actually cook fresh tapiocas and teas. Though I do like more if the pearl were kept warm as coming certain times of the day varies the chewiness of the tapioca. The greatest part perhaps would be me having the choice to adjust the sugar level, as who doesn't like to shave off some calories for later, I love more if there was an estimation of how much calories is in my drink, but perhaps knowing the number might scare me. Love this place for their variety in sweeteners like stevia, pure sugar, or syrup sugar and honey. They do have quite a bunch of sinkers as well. The lychee bears, passion fruit dolphins, and strawberry hearts just melts my boba taste. Smoothies are called cream blends, though is more creamy than icy. Though they allow us to adjust the temperature level, however there ain't no hot toasty smoothies haha Slushies are icy blends without the nondairy creamer they add into their real smooth creamy blends. Come try and see how sluggish the drink could go with those slushees, love the great freeze received from these drinks. Teapresses are healthier tea bag options they brew. I like to get my sugar level adjusted for these, as who does not want to choose healthier liquid calories consumptions haha Tea with flavor are my favorite with green tea flavor as black tea contains more caffeine and more bitter. Their bathroom do need a bit fixing, trashcan seems old and the toilet paper does not dispense well. I dislike having to manually roll the toilet paper, like are they trying to save toilet paper ?! The two hand dispensers in there are quite confusing sometimes and find myself quite amused when I try to operate the automatic dispensing one. They charge quite good amount for the drinks, not sure why they do not focus keeping bathroom upgraded, as they do sell liquid drinks and people will need to use the bathroom. Sometimes when doing homework the music inside is way too loud despite them having lowered to the lowest value. The great part is there is the option of sitting outside, but there would not be any cool air conditioner. Though sitting inside and outside, still get quite a sun glare sometimes as they have glass walls. This place is more grab and go, and drink elsewhere, the design is intricate, but kinda dark, and the booming music sound does not help as I do like some relax days rather than jam jam jam. And maybe I explored their menu a bit too much. But their point system of free drink for every 40 drinks and happy hours on Tuesday 11am to 12 pm keeps me wanting to step back into the place, and why not when I go shopping at HEB. I was looking for a tapioca place in my area and I found this one .I walked in there was nobody there so i figured they werent busy at all. I got a matcha tea.. I was assuming It was going to be frozen . But to my demise it wasn't Frozen at all it was on ice . It really didn't have that much flavor the ice was already pretty much water down and melted so I got a icy non flavorful drink definitely don't recommend this place. read more

Oh yeeee there's finally a Teahouse in cypress! Haven't been to a tea house in forever! Well today was my first time here and the experience was great although it was kind of quiet but the drinks are quite good taste like almost the original in Bellaire! That's what I wanna see! Today I got the taro slush my always go to drink and it was actually really good I will definitely be back for more! And the cool thing is that when you want to use their WiFi you would either have to use there pw or you can connect to their WiFi by logging into Facebook and check in I thought that was neat for them to do that. Hidden boba gem near home. Although small and pretty hidden, don't be fooled when you try the boba and be surprised at the rich tasty drinks that i'd usually have to drive 30 minutes to get. Although the boba and small snacks are delicious, what appealed to me the most is the customer service. First time i came in i was served by a tall young man and i believe his name was dylan. I've been to Teahouse before and I've historically liked their drinks, but this time my drink was just really off. I got the Earl Grey Black Tea and it was bitter compared to what I've had in the past. I asked for "less ice" but they ended up putting no ice in it. There was very few tapioca pearls in the drink. Overall, I'm not sure if it was just really late, but the drink was underwhelming. Once I got to my car, I remembered that you could return a drink with over 50% of it left if you didn't like it so I tried going back in but they had already locked the doors at 9:50 pm, despite saying that their closing time was at 10 pm. I looked in and the woman behind the counter looked up at me and then just looked away and acted as if she didn't see me and I wasn't there.
