Special super bowl menu that included wings

We came to Solitude for a 4 day ski vacation. We stayed at the Inn at Solitude, given the small village we didn't have many options to choose from for places nearby. We ended up at the Thirsty Squirrel each of the four nights we stayed. I loved this place, I see there are a few bad reviews. But honestly it was a really fun, chill place to have a drink. They also have a pool table. We were able to watch the Super Bowl here too and decided to have food as well. Given the limited menu and some of the reviews, I didn't have high hopes for the food. But I was impressed with how good everything was! They added wings to their menu for the super bowl and they were so good! We got the Buffalo and bbq. We also ordered the pretzel that was really good! The pretzel was was hot and soft, the mustard and cheese sauce were both very good. My friend ordered the hot dog that he said was tasty as well. My mom did not enjoy her margarita and my friend and I got mules that he did not like but I thought were good. I was really happy to see they have Mark West Pinot Noir that I really enjoy so I mostly stuck to that. The seltzer was good but didn't seem like it had any alcohol in it. Overall pretty good!

We found Tarahumara on Yelp and the reviews looked good and it was still opened so we decided to call in our order for pick up. The restaurant is located in a plaza so there is plenty of parking around. It was almost closing time so no one was inside. Pollo asada burrito (3/5): This was okay. The chicken didn't taste grilled? Maybe the flavor got lost in the burrito and sauce. Maybe I am too spoiled with California mexican food. I don't know what it was smothered with on the outside but it tasted like I was eating a pizza with the red sauce and melted cheese. They have a sauce and salsa bar where you can grab as much as you want. The salsa was spicy but good. I also got the creamy chipotle sauce and it was definitely spicy. The order sat at the counter for a bit because we weren't sure if it was ours. The order came with chips as well.

A standout in a strip mall. Really great food. I loved the Chicken Mole Poblano From Puebla, and…read moreeach burrito order has two burritos, which is so much food for the value. They also have a great selection of soft drinks, including an agave vanilla soft drink, and sauces. I love the decor representing their culture. Service - food came out very quickly as well. I highly recommend and would definitely return.
