I got their Benji Burger with seasoned fried and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious!!! Their fries were crispy and so good, I wanted more by the time they were gone! The staff wasn't rude but wasn't over the top friendly either. Mostly just neutral. When our server did talk to us though, he was kind though! The check did take a hot second to come out though. It was also sad that they didn't refill our waters even once... The actual restaurant was pretty cool though! It was like a bar though noise wise. In town from Houston visiting some family. They took us to eat at Billy Blancos. Wasn't too sure what to except with Mexican food in Utah but I was pleasantly surprised! Chips and salsa were just ok. Salsa was very watery and not much flavor. The other dip was kinda like a creamy sour cream ranch? Not sure but it was pretty good. White queso was again just ok. I really really enjoyed my main meal. It was taco lettuce wraps. Highly recommend those with carne asada. Ask for some jalapeno avocado sauce to put on them. Delish! Great drink prices too. Beer and a shot for $9. Inside it's like a biker / car shop with a bunch of real cars and bikes on display. Overall I would definitely return if I was back in park city again. read more

We arrived for dinner the post Thanksgiving weekend at n their 1st night opened following their annual maintenance closure. They were super busy with several large parties waiting for tables. We were fairly quickly seated with our party of 2. Service, food and ambience all the way around was good. Billy's is always a favorite spot for us when we are in the area. This is a restaurant I have never understood the popularity of. We had a meeting here last week so I was happy to give it another try with a clean slate. The "cheese" on my mushroom taco was a cheese sauce that when cooled even a little had an awful texture. I am not sure what it was, but it had the texture of fat free cheese. Overall the food is just ok. Edible, but I would never suggest we dine here when there are other options in town for Mexican that I enjoy quite a bit. read more

We were in PC for one of our kid's soccer tournaments, they took second, and as the self appointed, activities director for our team I chose Billy Blanco's for our team dinner and they did not disappoint. We had a party of 22 people and they were so accommodating, it's a large dining area and they had to put five tables together for us. We had to wait twenty to thirty minutes on an early Friday evening, around 5:00pm which isn't bad at all. It did get busier as the evening went on, so getting there early was a good thing. Our waiter was awesome, very efficient, kept our chips full, drink's filled and food all came out together. For a party of this size, that is impressive. I wish I had caught his name. And checked us out quickly and efficiently with no mistakes. We ordered the tres guacamole sampler, the taco sampler, steak fajitas and chicken lime soup and it was all so good. The tacos were probably my favorite. And the cilantro lime salsa with the chips was delicious. Atmosphere is Detroit garage with shop rags for napkins. Charged me for ranch to go on the salad i ordered, charged extra for sour cream for the burrito we ordered. The shrimp burrito and carne asada quesadilla hardly had any meat or shrimp in them. Went upstairs and talked to nice lady who got us seated and took our orders said bartender should have been in and can't get hold of him. One of my favorite lunch spots. Yummy food, cool atmosphere with the cars and motorcycles. It's pretty neat to sit under a muscle car on a lift and eat your meal. The outdoor patio area is great for eating outside when it's not too hot. On cooler days they have heaters out there. The short rib sandwich is really good, my favorite and what I get most often is the chicken Al Pastor tacos. Ugh, so yummy! Usually get them with the tater tots cause those are so good. My 4 star rating is for the food. I had a chicken quesadilla which was good. I just wish they had a small scoop of guacamole with it. Husband had the chicken enchiladas which he liked. We did get the white queso which was yummy. Friend got nachos which were huge. Everyone liked their food and had leftovers. Con: I read a lot of reviews about service and I usually disregard those because staff is always changing at restaurants but I have to comment on our staff. We were greeted quickly with water and chips. Appetizer brought out quick. Food pretty quick also. Downhill from there. My soft drink was never refilled. We were never asked if we needed anything. Had to ask our waitress for to go boxes and check. Plates were never removed after we put our food in the to go boxes. Sat there and visited for a bit with plates in our way. The ambiance is so eclectic of a mechanic shop. Love it! The hand towels in the restrooms are shop towels...that takes me back to working in my dad's garage. The food was great and quick, even on a Sunday. I was tempted to try one of the margarita but there is only a 2 ounce pour in Utah so save your money and drink beer. They have TOTS! The chips were stale, the fries were overcooked, the only dish that was edible was the California burrito. The children enchiladas made us sick later that night. There was SO much cotija cheese on the tacos and chicken enchilada that we couldn't eat it! This place has really gone downhill over the past few years. This is really a kinda fun place to eat. It has a car theme feels like a bar and pool joint but is a Mexican restaurant. My guest and I had the chicken burrito, chicken lime soup, chips and sAlsa, tater tots, fish and chips and Cole slaw. First off I would highly recommend getting their guacamole with anything! It's flipping fantastic!!!! The chips and salsa were wonderful. The fish and chips were enjoyable but not amazing as was the burrito. The soup was a little on the bland side and I don't recommend the coleslaw at all. Not well seasoned and didn't seem super fresh. The tater tots were fine but how do you really elevate or screw up fried tots? The wait staff was attentive and friendly and accurate. We came in a Saturday afternoon and ordered the portobello mushroom tacos which were pretty good, but I wanted a salad with it but was given the tots. By the time they brought the salad out I was pretty much finished with my meal, which was surprising because it was literally a bowl of lettuce and a few toppings thrown on. Didn't think it would be that hard to bring it fast after messing up the order, but moving on.. The Baja fish tacos were a mixed bag. My husband loved his (blackened) but my daughter thought hers were super bland and had no flavor (she got hers crispy fried). It needed a flavorful sauce to give it some oomph or something but she was super disappointed with her meal. My other daughter had the shrimp burrito, which she liked. My husband and I felt like our margaritas had zero tequila and a lot of sugar. I love rice and beans and I'm not super super picky, but I didn't eat the rice and beans because they didn't taste very good. Received lukewarm fish tacos that were obviously reheated from a not-recent timeframe, with a reheated texture no one loves to perceive in fish. We did enjoy the queso.
