We stopped in for dinner before heading to the Hot Springs. I thought the service was quick and efficient at the bar. We opted for the ribs. With the mashed potatoes and chips and salsa. The ribs were very tender and flavorful. I loved the dry rub. The salsa was okay just a little bit of watery for my taste. The drinks were delicious and shots dressed well! I like the decor and old time diner feel.

I went for a work lunch and the food to me was missing flavor and the salsa tasted to me the stuff I can get at the gas station. I wonder if it was just the food that was selected I would like To go back and try it on my own however I don't think I would drive all that way for the chance of disappointment. However, the place had a super cool vibe and the tater tots were chef's kiss!

I got their Benji Burger with seasoned fried and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious!!! Their fries were crispy and so good, I wanted more by the time they were gone! The staff wasn't rude but wasn't over the top friendly either. Mostly just neutral. When our server did talk to us though, he was kind though! The check did take a hot second to come out though. It was also sad that they didn't refill our waters even once... The actual restaurant was pretty cool though! It was like a bar though noise wise. Not the quietest but quiet enough you didn't have to yell to talk to your friends! Overall good experience!

In town from Houston visiting some family. They took us to eat at Billy Blancos. Wasn't too sure what to except with Mexican food in Utah but I was pleasantly surprised! Chips and salsa were just ok. Salsa was very watery and not much flavor. The other dip was kinda like a creamy sour cream ranch? Not sure but it was pretty good. White queso was again just ok. I really really enjoyed my main meal. It was taco lettuce wraps. Highly recommend those with carne asada. Ask for some jalapeno avocado sauce to put on them. Delish! Great drink prices too. Beer and a shot for $9. Inside it's like a biker / car shop with a bunch of real cars and bikes on display. Overall I would definitely return if I was back in park city again.

We arrived for dinner the post Thanksgiving weekend at n their 1st night opened following their annual maintenance closure. They were super busy with several large parties waiting for tables. We were fairly quickly seated with our party of 2. Service, food and ambience all the way around was good. Billy's is always a favorite spot for us when we are in the area. Wait staff seemed few in numbers but they have drink and food runners so while your waitstaff may be busy, we got our drinks and food promptly.

We were in PC for one of our kid's soccer tournaments, they took second, and as the self appointed, activities director for our team I chose Billy Blanco's for our team dinner and they did not disappoint. We had a party of 22 people and they were so accommodating, it's a large dining area and they had to put five tables together for us. We had to wait twenty to thirty minutes on an early Friday evening, around 5:00pm which isn't bad at all. It did get busier as the evening went on, so getting there early was a good thing. Our waiter was awesome, very efficient, kept our chips full, drink's filled and food all came out together. For a party of this size, that is impressive. I wish I had caught his name. And checked us out quickly and efficiently with no mistakes. We ordered the tres guacamole sampler, the taco sampler, steak fajitas and chicken lime soup and it was all so good. The tacos were probably my favorite. And the cilantro lime salsa with the chips was delicious. Atmosphere is Detroit garage with shop rags for napkins. I'm not a fan of theme restaurants but this place was fun. Service 5/5 Food 5/5 Atmosphere/ ambiance (casual) but still 5/5 And the prices aren't bad either.

The food came out quickly, too. My friends had a beet salad and the steak tacos which looked good too. I had an espresso martini, which was good. However, just a note: if you're in Utah, expect the espresso martinis to have Bailey's in them, so they're all on the sweeter side. Mine was good, but I will need to remember to ask for mine without it for a less sweet version next time. I would definitely go here again. It's a good spot to watch the game and in a good location. I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.

Fine, I'm sure they were maybe short staffed. We were seated and host said our waiter would be right with us. I kid you not, no one came over to us for 15-20 minutes. The employees kept looking at us so they knew we were sitting there. It was as if we were being discriminated for having a toddler. My guess is that no one wanted to deal with a table with a kid. Got to the point where the host had to apologize us for the delay and then saw him go to a server to I assume let him know about our table. However it was someone completely different than the three people my husband saw looking at us for 15-20 minutes so again, clearly they knew we were there and being talked about but yet not a single one came over to even offer us a cup of water. My assumption is the guy was at the end of his shift and didn't want to deal but still, good customer service would have him at least offer us water and Inform us his shift is over but someone new will come. This is why we felt we were being discriminated. Anyway, we finally got someone to our table and took our orders as we already knew what we want 15 minutes ahead of time. All I will say is that the beers are fantastic and the food was decent. My advice is that if you have a toddler, do not come because you will be discriminated by some of the staff members who do not want to cater families with kids. I can still point out to the three who made it blatantly obvious.
