We went here for lunch with a group of 3 after snowboarding for the morning at Brighton. It's 21+ only and they check IDs upon entrance. The bar and food is on the 2nd level with a bunch of tables for seating. There is also a few tables and restrooms on the first level. We ordered the bison burger, chips and queso and a sausage link sandwich. Portions were overall large and the food was as expected for a resort restaurant. It kept us filled to snowboard again in the afternoon. Drinks are not very strong. I ordered a margarita and could hardly taste any alcohol. Big improvements with seating since year's past. So glad no more roaming and squatting to get a table. Nachos also got better but still not Porcupine good. Vegan and vegetarian options could be improved especially since they were out of the veggie burger. I'm just so glad seating was easy. All I can really say about this place is that it is a FANTASTIC place to enjoy a post-skiing beer. Located directly adjacent to the Crest lift at Brighton Ski Resort. Easy in and out. Service was fantastic, friendly and patient, especially since we ordered no food. Prices are right on par for any resort area. Not overly expensive. Actually, about the same as we see in Honolulu. Molly Green's is the cute little lodge with a triangular roof (looks like a cottage) at the base of Brighton Resort, next to Crescent Lift. We had a great morning skiing and worked up some hunger by around 12:45. We figured we'd have a quick snack and a warm cocktail and get back to the slopes. The downstairs area of Molly's has family seating (I imagine that means no booze) but the upstairs has a proper bar. We magically found seating right away and as we were shedding our layers, I spotted a big ole plate of nachos go by...um, yes please! We each ordered the LMC (cocoa, 151, peppermint schnapps, whipped cream) but subbed the cocoa with coffee. The server warned us that these were very strong drinks and WOW was she right! If you're looking to loosen up the legs, this is the cocktail for you! We also (obviously) ordered the nachos and added chicken. They are a great size for sharing (2-3 people) - the chips were your standard circular chip (not my favorite, reminds me of the nachos you see in gas stations) but the TOPPINGS are where it's at. They use real shredded cheese (no canned cheese), olives, jalapeños, sour cream, green peppers, and they also come with a nice little cup of chili and one of salsa as well. No guac. For $24, I'd have liked some better chips, but it's a bluebird ski day so I'll let it slide because ALL IS WELL on a bluebird day! The nachos took a VERY long time to come out, but the place was absolutely packed so I wasn't shocked. TLDR: order an LMC, get the nachos, you'll be tipsy, then full, then happy. :) read more

The food is ok, but the service is awesome. I ordered the white pizza with a friend. We weren't able to finish it right away, but we were also stranded due to a major accident. The restaurant and bar stayed opened several hours after they were supposed to close, which is awesome! We would have had to wait in our cars for hours! We ended up moving upstairs to the bar until the roads were finally cleared. I appreciate all the workers there!!! The night could have been much worse if it weren't for them. read more

Great overall atmosphere. Great place to grab lunch after a day of skiing/ snowboarding. The staff there is amazing and friendly. There is an excellent selection of sandwiches, burgers and pizza. They also have great soup and my advice is to ask for the soup of the day cause it usually is very good from what I was told. They also have a great selection of beers on tap and bottled. I ordered the french onion soup which came with a slice of bread. The soup itself was very good and super cheesy. If you love cheese like me you will love the extra cheese that comes with the soup. I ordered the Epic Amber ale to go with my soup and it was also very good. In addition to good food, good service and awesome atmosphere, there was live band. I was told they play on select days. If you're ever skiing/snowboarding at Brighton Resort, I suggest to give this place a try. You won't disappointed. read more

The last time I was here was two years ago, but little has changed. Molly Green's is a great spot. The beers are really good and reasonably priced, and the food, while not being a complete bargain, is worth every cent. Today, I ordered the chicken sandwich. Apparently it is new to the menu, and I hope it stays on the menu. This sandwich is legit, and it came with a great salad of mixed dark greens. I'm a bit of a sandwich junkie, so this praise isn't given lightly. The chicken was tender and juicy. The garlic aioli, bacon, cheese, and sun dried tomatoes (if I am remembering correctly) really made the flavor of this sandwich jump. I was truly impressed. Kudos to the menu planner and the chefs for providing one of the best hill side meals I've ever had. read more

Pretty yummy for lodge food! Located right at the bottom of slopes, walking distance. Great Mountain View's. Waiter was very nice. Potato soup was super creamy and filling. Food was good but the drinks were my fav part. Had an espresso stout beer. Then they had a list of hot alcoholic drinks too. Had a boozy coffee drink and also a boozy prepped mint hot chocolate, and though small those two drinks were strong! Def worth the money. Also tried the hot apple pie drink. Bring back the old Molly Greens! Recently went up to Brighton and just extremely disappointed with the change in menu at Molly greens. There was a complete overhaul to create a more upscale menu that nobody asked for. No more happy meal, the cheapest option is a 5 dollar shot of well whiskey and a 7 dollar beer. You used to be able to get a large pizza for $25 and share with the whole table, now it's $17 for a small flatbread that really only serves one person. Molly greens used to be the perfect locals ski break spot that felt like one of the last og mountain bars, it was perfect in its imperfections please reconsider the push to make it into an upscale bar. read more

One complaint was that our server came up to us after we paid and she told us that it was a pretty bad tip that we left. Not sure that's the kind of place you would want to come back to if the staff is going to tell you that you tipped poorly when they should just be grateful for the business. Been all over on our Ikon pass and this is one of the best bars in any ski resort. Great staff.

This is my second time here and it could have been better for sure. The food is ok, but bad for the price. The first time I ordered nachos and they were good enough but not work $18. This time I had the chili and it was good. But if you look at the pictures you'll see the description doesn't match. Where is the cheese? The frustrating part is service is slow. The first time it was slow but it didn't bother me. The server acknowledged that I was there and got with me when she could. The second time I waited more than 20 min before I asked the person at the door if I needed to order at the bar. He told me that the server should come by soon. The server came by but didn't help me. The person by the door eventually told the server that I was in need of help. I was then finally able to order. The experience the first time was good enough the second time it was bad. The worst part is I'll probably be back because it's the only bar at Brighton. So maybe next time will be better read more

I've been here twice now and I've had a great experience both times. You have to be 21 or older, since it is a "bar", but it has more of a restaurant vibe. They have a decent beer selection and a great food menu for a venue that is licensed as a bar. I ordered an IPA and the grilled chicken sandwich with potato salad. The chicken was grilled to perfection and super juicy. I could have honestly eaten it plain and been happy! The bun was toasty and the potato salad was homemade. Service was good and everyone else in my party was happy with what they ordered. It's a million times better than what you'll get at the cafeteria next door, so if you're at least 21 go here instead! read more

Me and my two friends came here right around 12:30 we were the second people to be seated. Once we got seated we all took a group photo which the waiter seemed annoyed with. we continued on he took our drink orders and then began seating everyone else. He then took everyone else's orders without taking ours, again me and my friends brushed it off and assumed he was just busy. about 15 minutes later he took our order. after he took our order he did not talk to us again other then to refill our drinks one time and to tell us our pizza would finally be put in the oven, this was after everyone already had their food. then a random man walks in places an order at the counter and even he gets his 2 pizza before us. so that's 4 large pizzas and other meals before we ever got our one pizza. long story short i'm still waiting for this pizza almost two hours later. i understand being busy but me and my friends were nothing but nice and we were met with the worst customer service we have ever experienced. read more

I felt the entire experience was very unprofessional with no traditional care and attention. Very disappointing indeed. I would like to highly recommend that the owners replace the old ungrateful bar tender with a friendlier, money motivated, and welcoming staff member. Never before have I ever been treated so poorly. My wife told the waitress she has celiac disease, and the waitress rolled her eyes, and was super rude!!! My wife got brought another bowel of chili (without bread in it) that must have had gluten put in it intentionally 2 spoons full and she is ill. She has had the chilli here 10 times with no issue. Very evil people!!! Not cool about people with disorders. The manager personally brought the bowl of chili out that made my wife sick. Evil evil people. The food here has never been very good, but I'd go probably 10 times a year with my husband and groups of friends during/after skiing. We went on a different night of the week than we'd ever been, and it was a disaster. I have Celiac disease and always explain this when ordering. I have had the chili multiple times over many years with no issue. The waitress brought my chili with bread on the bowl (touching and contaminating it). When I explained again that I have Celiac and would need a new bowl of chili, the waitress said that I must be extra sensitive and rolled her eyes. My husband spoke with the manager who apologized and delivered another bowl of chili. I took a bite, and then my second bite was cold so I decided I wouldn't eat the rest. Within 20 minutes I had to run to the bathroom, and my stomach was extremely bloated. I was sick for the next two days, and it sucks because someone there did that to me. *Obviously, the waitress does not have a clear understanding of Celiac. Everyone who has Celiac and eats gluten suffers damage to the lining of the small intestine and suffers from an increase in inflammation in the body at the very least. Gluten is essentially a poison to people with Celiac. Being glutened can cause seizures, autoimmune flares, rashes, etc., and symptoms vary by person. read more

Mediocre, over-priced food with mediocre service. Pizza is a very hard thing to screw up, and for a place with a whole menu page dedicated to pizza, you'd thing the pizza would taste good.... It does not. It completely lacks any flavor. I've tried 3 different pizzas so far and finally learned my lesson. The calzones and pizza are not tasteful at all. The nachos are the best thing on the menu so far. And all food portions are over the top. I ordered chips and salsa. That give you a half a bag of chips but a very small soufflé of salsa. You finish the salsa with 10 chips and have to pay more for extra salsa. You're better off to pack a lunch from home honestly read more

I have been coming here for years and recently the service has become terrible. We are season pass holders and will generally stop in for a beer every time we hit the mountain.
