I traveled 100 miles to visit and buy some supplies and found them to be closed in the middle of the week. Decided to go back home and come back on Thursday. When I arrived the sign said open but on a sticky note in the door said closed for lunch. Now I have to drive home empty again. Came back on Friday and when I wished to express a complaint I was told I appreciate the complaints but I have to have a break! I've been a mgr for yrs and you should never close in the middle of a shift. Simply bring your lunch and eat between customers. He was very unprofessional and has alot to learn about customer service! I drove 609 miles to shop there and he didn't even try to apologize for any of my inconvenience. I'll never spend another dime there!
