I've proclaimed many times here that I am a sauce boi, so mustard and ketchup alone will not cut it. A mayo-based sauce would have taken this to the next level as a dog shop. I used maybe three-quarters of the maple syrup they provided, which admittedly didn't help my cause, but even apart from that, the cinnamon-swirl brioche was already quite sweet. If you're ordering it, I'd recommend going easy on the syrup at first and adding more as needed.
