Good place for simple repairs/service. However if you have a luxury timepiece then bring it to an authorized dealer. I brought my watch here because one of the screws in the movement fell off. Even though they repaired it, they used a different screw then the original so it looks horrible. Plus the inside of the watch is now dirty. Had I known, I would have brought my watch to an authorized dealer. Very disappointing. My favorite watch and I can't even look at it because I see all the imperfections now. read more

I inherited my dad's 48 year old gold watch and the Timekeeper was the only place I could find to change the battery. Then Mr. Leonardo came to my house to fix my grandfather clock with a very minimal charge, As a clock collector myself, I cannot say enough about the in depth knowledge this gentleman has. I highly recommend them for clock and watch work. read more

My next option after Mr.K's Watch (Bissonet)! VERY GOOD SERVICE! AFFORDABLE PRICE!!! For example, to remove watch links, Mr Jeff (@Mr.K's Watch) charges $5; while Mr Leonardo charges $7. Mr Leonardo is very friendly as well! I would not trust anyone with my Patek, Rolex except these too guys!!! P/S: Im a watch collector so I am very picky about this. :) read more

Walked into the shop with two watches, one automatic Seiko that I had quoted by the factory as costing over $150 to fix, and another that simply needed a bracelet adjusted. Mr. Leonardo was quick to take a look and took care of both in like 10 minutes as I waited. Best part was it was all done for just $15! He's such a knowledgeable throwback to old school quality and craftsmanship, and all at a great price. Will surely be back again. read more

We took our outside clock/thermometer to them to replace the AA battery movement. They fixed it earlier than expected, at a reasonable price, and were friendly. Now, that's a hard combination to beat! I used to have to go all the way to Sugarland to get these type of clock battery mechanisms replaced...I am very happy to have this gentleman's business now open here within a geographically desireable distance in Katy!!! read more

I've had a few watches needing work and I've always got great service from here. I even had a Luminox that I wanted to see if I could get parts for and support local. Sadly, Luminox is strict with their parts and repairs. Katy watch gave it a go, but it looks like I'll have to send it in and pay premium. Katy Watch was really helpful trying to fix it, but it was near impossible to get parts needed. I'll continue to bring my watches here for service! Always fast turnaround and great prices for service! read more

I took a ring in the store to be re-sized.....Perfect fit!! I took 2 watches in with a broken crystal, and a broken stem, and they were repaired perfectly. In the meantime, the battery on my third watch died. It was changed quickly, while I waited. Great service, excellent prices. I won't hesitate to come back. read more

Wonderful place! I just went in to get links taken out of my wedding bracelet so it would fit! I went to a Zales and they said they would have to send it in to a jeweler and it would take 2 weeks! The jeweler here took it back and in 5 minutes had it done! He didn't even charge me! Super nice guy! Definitely recommend! read more

Had one of my watches resized at the jewelry store I purchased it at. The next day the pin came out and the link came undone. So I looked online for a place with better service and found them. The owner looked at my watch and noticed they pushed out the collar that locks the pins in place. They put a collar in and fixed my watch in a few minutes. Will be coming here for all my watch services. Great work! read more

It was supposed to be a full overhaul , charged me $500 . Inpai him in advance , because I had done business before with him and he seemed trustworthy before. It took him three months !!! listen closely from two weeks guaranteed to three months I called. I texted He avoided my calls and texts. I had to drive up there from Willis, Texas and pick up my watches and force him to give them to me . This is not an individual you can trust. I believe he doesn't even have legal status in the US, another immigrant milking the system , took it to another Watch Maker because even after I picked it it same as when I brought it in . It was losing five minutes a day the Watch Maker told me it doesn't even look like anybody worked on it.! What happened to his business integrity,skills and his honesty I don't know maybe and this is making a kind excuse . Hes just getting old and can't keep up. That's the only thin I can think of that's kind. The other option is just another con man that's hurting for money cause the economy is bad and he's taking advantage of people . DO NOT USE THIS GUY !!. There are plenty of other quality places in Sharpstown at the jewelry building district. That can do this better and cheaper with warranty.

He is the personification of "Great Customer Service", I remember an instance of him willing to meet me at a designated spot to return a repaired watch to me before I left for a trip, I would not have made it to his store in time to pick up the watch and head to the airport. Leonardo, the owner and the one who took care of me, is a pro. I was in and out for a watch battery and gasket replacement in less than 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. Talking to him before I left I learned that has been in the watch and clock business for decades and has worked on some very high-end pieces.
