I had to drive up there from Willis, Texas and pick up my watches and force him to give them to me . This is not an individual you can trust. I believe he doesn't even have legal status in the US, another immigrant milking the system , took it to another Watch Maker because even after I picked it it same as when I brought it in . It was losing five minutes a day the Watch Maker told me it doesn't even look like anybody worked on it.! What happened to his business integrity,skills and his honesty I don't know maybe and this is making a kind excuse . Hes just getting old and can't keep up. That's the only thin I can think of that's kind. The other option is just another con man that's hurting for money cause the economy is bad and he's taking advantage of people . DO NOT USE THIS GUY !!. There are plenty of other quality places in Sharpstown at the jewelry building district. That can do this better and cheaper with warranty.

Disappointed, Fades to brassy patches in a year. Misleading marketing…read more I bought this tungsten carbide ring as my husband's wedding band, expecting it to last a lifetime. Tungsten is heavily marketed as "indestructible," which led me to believe the ring would maintain its appearance. Unfortunately, just a little over a year into daily wear, the gold finish has completely broken down, and a brassy color is showing through in large patches. When I contacted customer service about the issue, this was their exact response to me: "With everyday wear, it's normal for that gold plating to gradually wear down over time, especially on a ring that's worn daily. Factors such as exposure to hand sanitizers, soaps, lotions, cleaning chemicals, salt water, perspiration, friction, and frequent contact with hard surfaces can all accelerate the natural wearing of the finish. Based on the age of your ring, which was purchased in April 2025, and the photos you provided, the wear appears consistent with the normal aging of a gold-plated tungsten band. Unfortunately, because the finish is a surface coating rather than solid gold, it is considered a normal wear item and is not typically covered under warranty." Although they offered a discounted replacement, a wedding band is meant to be worn daily, so I'd be stuck in the same place in a year, even with the replacement. If a company's product cannot handle basic everyday activities like washing hands, using soap, or applying hand sanitizer without looking terrible in 12 months, that needs to be explicitly stated upfront on the product page. I never would have bought this ring if they had been honest and transparent from the beginning. Avoid this company if you want a wedding band that actually lasts.

The links on this piece are particularly thick…read moreand oddly shaped, I was told before that after adjustment the piece may not stay on in the same way (instead of laying flat it may tilt to the side due to adjustment). However, Jordan did an amazing job and managed to keep the piece staying on the body in the same orientation as before adjustment. The work was done VERY quickly and I cannot even tell the piece was adjusted at all (except the fact that the size now fits). A real 5 start experience. On another note, while I was waiting for my piece to be resized, I was able to look around the store and saw a large selection of fine jewelry and watches, this is a spot I will definitely keep at the top of my list should the need arise for a purchase of such items.
