Mike is the absolute best. I just purchased a new Porsche and needed it to be ceramic coated, full PPF, and all windows tinted (including front and back). He did such a good job with my vehicle. I really wish I can give this place more than 5 stars. The price here is extremely reasonable. I was getting quotes anywhere from 9000 to 12000. Mike was a fraction of that cost. He is the best value in this entire business. Drove from LA and I'm glad I did. Mike is a professional and a car enthusiast. He and his son made sure that my car was perfect.

Finally got my bubbly tints redone in the back and went darker. Customer service was amazing as usual. My fam comes here whenever we need tints and Mike and his son never disappoint!! The vibes of the shop are super chill and lax. Highly recommend!

A few days late on my review only because I was waiting for the tint job to cure so I can see the final results. Absolutely splendid! I was comparing tint prices and came across this place, which I contacted last minute this past Saturday morning to see if I could get tint done. The pricing is definitely good compared to other places, very much affordable. Mike, the owner, was extremely quick to reply to my messages and millions of questions that I had and was able to accommodate my needs and got me in at 10:30AM on the SAME DAY. Honestly, if I never looked on Yelp I would have never known about this place, even though I drive down Garden Grove Boulevard all of the time. I would consider it a "hidden gem". As I arrived Mike went ahead and drove my car into the building, through the front doors. I didn't have anyone at the moment to give me a ride so I decided to wait there. While looking around the shop you can definitely figure out Mike's interests.. motorcycles, cars, etc. This guy does it all! I had my car tinted with 20% ceramic tint and also yellow tint on the fog lights. I watched him work and carefully apply the tint, even redoing a PITA (pain in the a$$) window a few times! In just under 2 hours he finished everything, and it looked AMAZING. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! NOTE: He also does wraps and PPF (paint protection film)!

Mike is great, I told him the version I had that I wanted a bronze/gold mirror tint to give the van a space rover look (which is it does but is hard to see in the photo) and it came out better than I expected. I had to take an unexpected business trip and he was cool enough to let me leave my van at the shop over the weekend while he worked on it. I thought the price was fair, I do have 11 windows. Solid guy, highly recommended to any of my friends. Easy to work with and communicative.

I took my car in to get the headlights tinted last week. I got quoted at another spot in Norwalk and they wanted to charge me $200 JUST to tint my headlights which I already had the tint for! Really happy with my experience. Really nice guy that runs this place and they fit me in the same day I called during a weekday. They estimated 1h30m hours to finish and sure enough they were spot on. Prices were fair, service was great, and time was quick as I had hoped. Super awesome guy and he holds true to his word and warranty. My tint had a few bubbles and he never argued with me about it. Instead had me bring the car back so that he could take a look at it and replaced the tint without hesitation. His pricing is beyond reasonable for ceramic tints and they are backed with a lifetime warranty as well. Since he knew I was moving to the East Coast, he told me that he would put me in touch with people out here should anything happen to the tint. Thanks to him, I didn't overheat on my drive across the country in the middle of the summer and all my belongings were safe and sound (as my car was packed to the brim with stuff). I'd get another car tinted here again. read more

After months of searching I finally found a shop. Patrick was very cool guy. I contacted him and he gave me a set price after I gave him my model and year (2016 Subaru Sti Sedan). I did not hesitate and went the next day at 11am. The installation took about 1 hour so it wasn't a big wait. Theres a lounge area that has free wifi and time warner cable set up on a TV. They use Johnson film tint which is as good as any other tints other shops have. I researched before I went to the shop. I ended up getting 35% on the two front windows, 20% all back windows and a limo tint sun visor strip. Quality and service was on point! I live in the San Fernando Valley and drove myself down there because Patricks shop was highly recommended to me. read more

This is my story......Mike tinted my Corvette 21 months ago. Beautiful job = accurate job. I went to his new location with a pinhole scratch on my drivers side window. I drove in to Tint Monkey to check out the location & ask questions...Mike answered all my questions quickly & in detail, he made it very clear that all he does is high quality tint/wraps & has no interest in expanding his business to anything but high quality tint/wraps...i ended up leaving my car to get tinted to reduce the heat inside of my daughters car...i was about to call an uber because i didnt want to hang out there-Mike offered me a cold water & even arranged for me to get a ride home! My back window had bad bubbles and needed it removed, so I called up STAR and they gave me a price and estimated time. Dropped off my car and a few hours later my car was ready, they removed the old double tint and installed the new tint and my car looks great. read more

I brought my sister's car in to get the rear hatch mirror retinted because the tint was bubbling for some reason. She had the tint from Mike for two years and all the windows were still good except for the rear one. Mike honored the lifetime warranty and retinted it with no hesitation. I had mine tinted by Mike as well and they are running on almost 4 years, nothing wrong. So my sister's rear window tint could have just been a bad batch of film. Great customer service and picks up the phone for when you get lost finding the location :P I have recommended my family and friends here and will continue to recommend due to his honesty and professionalism. read more

Took my car for a tint and loved it. The guy is really cool. Area is nice and the waiting area is nice and calm making you feel at home. I was just chilling watching tv and checked in from time to time from the window in the area. Free drinks he has in the waiting room as well. Only took about an hour to finish. There is much competition for tints, especially LA county! Out of all places I found this particular one out of a sneaker forum; who would have thought! I continuously would see posts of satisfied customers coming here to do their tints. I contacted Patrick through the forum scheduled an appointment for my sister's new car. Great prices, GREAT warranty, great customer service, great attitudes and positive vibes. Would definitely, DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking to get their tints done! read more

Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

He did warn me that it could be a little wait due to high volume of clients. I ended up going with a muffler delete and replaced my suspension with coil overs. Yen took care of the muffler delete and Lee and two other very helpful gentlemen took care of my coil overs. I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the value. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

I don't see why there are so many negative reviews here…read more I can here after going to a shop to do my alignment. They claimed I had suspension issues on a virtually new truck. I had a hard time believing that was the issue. My truck left worse than when I came in. I came into Anthony's shop and he helped me get everything dialed into spec. Car drives brand new again. Good price and value. The negative reviews about alignment seems to me are more of people who generally don't know much about vehicles and claim things are a scam when they need "new parts" I also feel they don't know how to properly explain what is going on with the car. I came in, Anthony got everything to spec. My steering wheel was a tad off, he fixed it on the spot. Everything is extremely straight now, we both took the time to see where the issue may lie and resolved it. Will come back again. Take it from me, a person who works on their car 99% of the time, this shop is legit. Just know what is wrong with your vehicle, and listen to what they tell you. It's a recommendation they're giving you if they say something is bad. You can always say no but if the part is bad, your alignment will be thrown off in no time. Will be back again.

At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. The privacy improvement is significant, and the plants are still getting plenty of light; having said that, I promised Bradley I'd come back to update this review with the results so that plant parents out there could feel comfortable about having options for film products. If you're considering having film installed in your house, don't hesitate to give CA Tint Crew a call!

More dirt in the film became apparent. I think for the cost invested I rather keep the original. I felt automotive film had better heat reduction for some reason.

Yet they did not try to pressure me into fixing it, but rather told me in a more of an off hand, oh hey by the way kind of heads up. I appreciated their honesty and the price is not a rip off either. The only downside is that they don't take appointments so it's a first come first serve situation and I had to come in on a PTO day since I want to make sure it got taken care of that day.

I reached out to the owner, Mike, for a quote on window tinting, and he responded quickly, making the process smooth from the start. When I arrived, Mike's son was incredibly helpful, walking me through the various tint options and explaining their recommendations and pricing in detail.
