I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. After seeing the difference firsthand, I can honestly say the quality was worth every penny. If you're getting your windshield replaced, don't just compare prices. Compare the workmanship. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

He did warn me that it could be a little wait due to high volume of clients. I ended up going with a muffler delete and replaced my suspension with coil overs. Yen took care of the muffler delete and Lee and two other very helpful gentlemen took care of my coil overs. I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the value. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

I had a hard time believing that was the issue. My truck left worse than when I came in. I came into Anthony's shop and he helped me get everything dialed into spec. Car drives brand new again. The negative reviews about alignment seems to me are more of people who generally don't know much about vehicles and claim things are a scam when they need "new parts" I also feel they don't know how to properly explain what is going on with the car. I came in, Anthony got everything to spec. My steering wheel was a tad off, he fixed it on the spot. Everything is extremely straight now, we both took the time to see where the issue may lie and resolved it. Will come back again. Take it from me, a person who works on their car 99% of the time, this shop is legit. Just know what is wrong with your vehicle, and listen to what they tell you. It's a recommendation they're giving you if they say something is bad. You can always say no but if the part is bad, your alignment will be thrown off in no time. Will be back again.

At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. The privacy improvement is significant, and the plants are still getting plenty of light; having said that, I promised Bradley I'd come back to update this review with the results so that plant parents out there could feel comfortable about having options for film products. An additional note, I called the morning of my service and asked for an additional service and they were happy to accommodate me, and all services were completed in one day. I had 3M window tint installed around, as well as an interior and exterior detail, my car looks and feels great and it is an added bonus that you can combine multiple services in one. The aftercare instructions were explicitly given so that you can protect your investment and not ruin the work that you had just finished, which means no rolling down the windows and no windshield wiper for 48 hours.
