I was invited to The Turn by The Green Bay Packers for a Veteran Appreciation Event last week. It was an amazing event in an amazing venue. IThe Turn was large and live. It's clean and bright and just the right kind of place to meet wonderful people like the players of Green Bay. I was very shocked when I got selected to attend this event and I'd never been to The Turn so I didn't know what to expect. As a Disabled American Vet, my limited resources don't allow me many opportunities to experience places like The Turn and even though I am a Packer owner, I've NEVER met a team member. They do not attend stockholder meetings so I was stoked to be in this venue. The Turn was great! It was large with indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. It was uniquely fit for this event because we were able to break off into smaller groups and get to know our team-captains better. I felt like royalty talking to a Packer about day-to-day things. They truly are down-to-earth real people and super nice young men! I was proud of each one of them and felt even more connected as an Owner. The staff of The Turn did a great job buzzing around and making sure our needs were met. We were well fed and our drinks were attended. We never had to ask for anything. As Veterans, it's nice when people do things to actually thank us for our service versus just robotically uttering PC platitudes. I watched quietly as the staff worked hard to stay in the background and not draw attention to themselves while making sure each of us got whatever we needed. Each little break-out session had food, beverages, utensils, happy staff, happy attendees, happy Packers, and happiness. It was a cold, wet, foggy day but none of that came inside the building and affected our event. We got to take as many photos as we liked, sit and chat with players and each other, visit the stadium, and take home a little swag. It was very nice event and I'm glad I got to attend it. I'll never forget it. Thank you to the Packers, the staff of The Turn, and all the event planners for inviting me and all the Wisconsin Veterans to this event. The Turn is an amazing venue. I haven't rented a booth here/played the games, but I've been for dinner a couple times and it's pretty decent! I like the new, modern vibe. It fits in well with Titletown. The food is pretty good, pretty standard elevated bar food. I got the wild mushroom flatbread (which I don't think they offer anymore) but it was really good! The pretzel is also a good appetizer, pretty basic tho, nothing special. The service was good. Overall, I think this is a good place to hangout with some friends or family and get decent food in a cool, fun atmosphere. I'd go back! read more

While we were in the titletown area, we stopped in for lunch before the game. It wasn't too busy when we got there, there was 5 in my party. We were sat promptly and order drinks. The pops came quick but we waited a while on our beer. We ordered the deep fried cheese curds for an app, the horseradish sauce was awesome, but the breading on the cheese curds was too light for the curds, so cheese was lost to fryer. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, it was ok, chicken lacked any spice, the boys all loved their lunches. The burgers were juicy and fries were also crispy. Great sports pub and entertainment venue! Excellent ambiance; lively and vibrant. Exactly what you would expect for a pub located next to Lambeau Field. I think they succeeded in striking a balance between upscale sports bar and family entertainment and dining. Large selection of tap beers (including some decent craft beers), wines and cocktails. Nice selection of pub dishes. My favorite was the shrimp and grits (yes, they did it right). I also enjoyed the nachos (amazing-looking) and the fried cheese curds. In addition to drinking and dining, they have sports simulator suites you can rent (you can even bring your own clubs for the golf simulator). Those were a lot of fun! Since the price is fixed for the booth, the more people in your group, the cheaper the cost per person. Best of all, you can have food and drinks in there (they even have a warming oven)!! read more

Flatbread Pizzas were yummy! Service was very slow and unorganized. No real fault of the restaurant. Just young people waiting tables I presume. They were not even 1/8 of the way full on a Saturday afternoon. The place is pretty cool. Lots of tvs, the golf simulators look like they'd be a lot of fun. Seemed like a nice spot. Very close to the stadium and with 20+ TVs. Two problems: 1) every tv was on the lions-Vikings game. Every single one. Good game but another 8 were going. Is this a sports bar or not? I don't need 25 tvs with the same game. 2) we were told the wait would be 35 minutes. After 35 minutes we asked how much longer and the host apologized and said 30 more minutes. She didn't expect so many tables to stay. Huh? This was a packers game day and not the first game day of the year. We waited only because we thought it was a reasonable wait, only to be told the restaurant miscalculated. Just picture Chucky Cheese for adults minus the children's tunnel that really is a petri dish for some disease, awful food, loud screaming children and carnival games intended to make sure that you have to dip in to your retirement plan just to make sure your child gets a Star Wars eraser! If you're looking for a place for a team building event or maybe a place to celebrate a birthday party in a rather unique way, you need to check out The Turn. You can play everything from simulated golf to zombie dodgeball! Great food, wonderful service and plenty of room for large groups. The higher end, well-stocked bar can easily accommodate you if you want to simply watch the game on game day on one of many televisions including a large cube television! One of the newest places to open in Green Bay. Lots of large TVs for great sports watching. Interesting menu though a bit pricy and simulator suites that you can play gold, football, baseball, hockey, etc. Great vibe in the Titletown District and lots of beers on tap. We had the bacon appetizer which was great because after all it's bacon. We both had a bowl of soup. My wife had the chili and I had the Chicken Wild Rice. Then we also split the Cauliflower Tempura which was very taste with the side sauces. We look forward to trying some of the other entries. Lost a star for me because they do not brew their own iced tea. Service was good but a little slow just starting off. Update: I have been informed that they do brew their own iced tea. Yea! This is the correct turn for so many things. It's a notable restaurant with mouthwatering food. It also has so many TVs, you can watch your favorite sports right here. The Turn also has interactive suites where you can try your hand at indoor golf, zombie dodge-ball, soccer and so much more. Sample some of their smokey cheese curds or their loaded nachos to get you started. Flatbreads and sandwiches are also on the menu. Shrimp and grits is also featured on the menu. Visit often to try them all. I enjoyed playing the dodgeball and Being the Ball burger was a nice bite to eat. Tuesdays you can get a suite for free, just make sure you make a reservation early. Otherwise other days, if you have a group of people, the cost is reasonable. It's a spot, being in the Titletown area, I will be back to. read more

We arrived around 6:45 PM on a Tuesday evening. I did make a reservation line just to be safe as this place is right by the Packer stadium. We walked in hostess greeted us right away and told us we could literally sit wherever we wanted and she would just follow with menus. You could see a few of the online activity areas were being used by families so I would say there is probably three families total in the place, and there was also one set of ladies at a table. They were not busy by any means there was a lot of waitresses and they were moving around a lot. we took a seat got the menus and decided what we wanted. It took over 10 minutes for a guy to come from the back area to take her order. Definitely was not from the Midwest, as he used a lot of California slang. He took her order and we waited another 10 to 15 minutes for our beers. I could see the bartender who poured the beers was getting upset as the beer was getting warm sitting there. Nowhere was our waiter. Our food came out from a lady whom I'm never saw on the floor and then we ate. I had the CBR with chips and he had the mushroom and Swiss with chips. The burgers were good chips were burnt. Once we have her finished, we waited probably another 15 minutes for somebody to come out so we could catch our waiter and then he came out and you could tell he was completely stoned. We asked him for the bill and that took another 10 minutes to get. He was clearly in no hurry to do anything. There was a family of six that came in when we received our food. The hostess said the waiter would be right over and as you guessed went by and not a single person went to this table so they got up and left and said the service was absolutely horrible here and they were not waiting. The only thing for this place is the ambience of being inside it. Drinks are expensive. Food is way overpriced and they're contactless so there's no cash however they do not charge the credit card fee. We will not be going back and I do not recommend others to go. Honestly go to hinterland service and food is much better and it's right next-door. I was completely disappointed as so many people say this place is great and it was the service the food the price is this was not the greatest. Way too many other options around the Packer stadium to go to. I give it a half a star and that's just because of the hostess. read more

Stopped for a snack today with my children, my niece and her kiddos. Staff inside were abiding by Covid precautions and the restaurant, in and out, were very clean. Our server apologized I'm advance in the event she got held up at any point as she didn't have a lot of help and was working a lot of stations. At NO point could one tell staffing was an issue at all. She was extremely prompt, accommodating m, and so sweet. We had zero complaints and felt completely taken care of. I am a lifelong restaurant industry professional who has even owned my own restaurant. They have an incredible staff member there! Food was fine. It's very much sports bar type fare. First time at The Turn. It was a nice experience even on a Saturday before a home game. I ordered the quinoa salad, while I thought it was really good, I was hoping for more greens to fluff up the salad more. The meat lovers (sausage and pepperoni) flatbread was really good too. I'll start the review by saying I did not have to pay for the food so I cannot do my normal value assessment. That being said, I loved the smokehouse burger i ordered. First off, it was cooked perfectly. Second, the bacon, onions, and BBQ sauce combination was incredible. The sauce is the deal breaker normally when having a burger of this nature sand the Turn passed/nailed that test. This may sound unusual, but their pickles were some of the best pickles i have ever had. I would seriously go here just for those. Fries on the side were peppered nicely and served in a small deep fry basket. The atmosphere was really cool! They had virtual games all in the back that are both good for adults and kids. You could play hockey, football, dodgeball, and top-golf. This is a great spot to go with a group of friends and have a good time. I will be moving to Green Bay in the coming months and will be sure to take my friends to the Turn when they are in town. Not mentioned - the service was great and speedy as well! read more

Our visit started fine. The group of 13 yr olds that we took were tired of the games fairly quickly, but I thought it might be a fun place for my 7 yr olds birthday. Sodas were 4$, wings were 12$, and a face-sized pretzel was 9$, but they were both tasty. Then, the server forgot to give me back my credit card. No big deal, we were the first of our group to leave, so I asked my friend to go grab it back. "Sir, your friend is mistaken. We rarely make that mistake. It's not here." So, I call the manager and ask him to check with the server. Yup, he has my card. Great. Can you send it back to me with my friend? "No, we need you to have a photo ID to pick it up. That's policy." Your policy should be to make the server put the card back in the sleeve pocket. Your policy should be to use common sense to identify the rightful owner when I give you the 3 numbers on the back of the card. Your policy should be to not lose potential customers who tipped over 30%. Your policy should be to do better. read more

The place was nice. Parking is adequate as it is located in TItletown. Food was ok, nothing exceptional. Baked macaroni was perfect, not too salty and serving size was big. Kale Caesar salad was good but I don't like kale. Buffalo chicken wings got soggy. Steak frites was not good enough so don't order this. read more

Disappointing experience. I was at the restaurant last Saturday, the night before a Packers home game. I had looked up the menu online and was excited. We arrived and room was very inviting and the the drinks (old fashions and tap beer) were great. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. They were serving a Game Day abbreviated menu. I understand the need for a limited menu on the day of the football game, but not the night before. A number of my group ordered the Chili and not a one could finish it. Each bowl had crumbled grilled hamburger patty pieces as the meat base combined with something that resembled canned Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce. Not good. Servers were friendly and attentive. Happened to go early to a packet game. Was pretty excited. We walked around and enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere. we decided to go to this restaurant bar. As we walked in place had many people, so we put our name in on the list. We grabbed a couple overprice drinks and enjoyed their big TVs. As expected, we knew we were in for a wait. 45 minutes went by and I decided to ask how long we were gonna wait. The nice lady said we were Up Next. As we watch table after table getting filled, and the tables that were empty not getting filled for half an hour at a time I asked again. Our name has been crossed off the list, phone call was never made. My girlfriend is diabetic,she needed sugars. Nothing was ever done, no phone calls, we just kept being ignored. These people were rude and simply didn't care. we ended up leaving and getting something to eat one block away in 10 minutes. Thank God this was not the only place. When someone says they're diabetic, they need to know a timeframe. When someone takes insulin ready for a meal that insulin has to be met with sugars or your sugars go down fast. This place didn't care. I will never ever step foot in that establishment again. BTW, they still never called for our table. I hope they read this and offer apologies just so I can say "f*** off". read more

Decided to book a bay for an hour on a Sunday afternoon with the kids (15, 10). Called and easily got our spot reserved and the lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful. We get there...check in and seems to be confusion on where to put us and another group. Finally get all set at our bay. The girl went over the instructions and your hour starts immediately. She assured us a server would be right over. The place wasn't busy with only a few tables with people and a few at the bar. Server never came so we got our own waters and drinks at the bar...which took probably 10 minutes, very slow service...so you lose playing time getting that all figured out. I asked the girl who set us up TWICE for a server and after 35 minutes I finally found one to flag down. She had no clue and just came on as was a shift change at the time. Super disorganized and now we have half our time gone and aren't sure if we can even order, get our food and eat it in the time left. Was very frustrating. We ended up getting cheese curds, buffalo chicken dip and a basket of fries to split between 4. The cheese curds were just ok...harder breading and maybe overcooked, the horseradish/ranch dipping sauce was very good though and different! Buffalo chicken dip and warmed, seasoned tortilla chips...thumbs down. Nobody cared for any of it...dip had no flavor, I can make a better dip at home, and the chips were hard and super disappointing. The fries were fries and just fine. The assistant manager did come over to our table to apologize for the service and the delays and waits etc. which was very nice and glad she did. She comped our bay for all the trouble which was super great! As for the actual games. I am glad our bay was comped because I don't think I would ever come back and spend $50 to play these simulator games. I expected a lot more and was pretty bummed. The kids enjoyed them well enough...I would say 10 and younger it is ideal for...definitely not for adults in my opinion and it is a "high end" place to just bring little kids. You get a big variety of games...carnival, hockey, baseball, soccer, golf, zombie dodgeball, football but the quality of each was pretty lame. Service dog handlers avoid at all cost. First they tried to deny my family a table due to having a service dog and once I challenged them they went to speak with a manager where they informed me they could in fact accommodate my service dog and it would be around 20 minutes. Okay, no issue. 45 minutes go by and there are 6 open tables and we still have not been seated while other individuals who are walking through the door are being sat immediately. I go back up to the table to find out what the issue is, they then inform me I can only be sat at certain tables due to having a service dog. This is not acceptable treatment of an individual with a service dog and we should not have been shoved in a corner by the door and been forced to wait for over an hour due to my medical assistance device aka service dog. This is unacceptable and we only stayed for education purposes to the staff. Do better as you're in violation of the ADA. read more

A few of us were going to the Packers game on Sunday and we felt lucky to be able to get a reservation Saturday night at the Turn which is right next to Lambeau Field. Now I know why we were able to reserve a table. The food is awful. For some reason they had the abbreviated "game day" menu on offer which is typical bar food including burgers and wings. WARNING: what ever you do don't order the chile. I don't know how you can screw up something like chile but The Turn figures it out. The chile tasted sour and seemed to have cheap seasonings. No matter how much stuff was added (sour cream, onions, etc) you couldn't cover up the lousy taste. The place was surprisingly uncrowded considering there was a game the next day. Now we know why. Went to the turn for nachos on Thursday. Food was good, service was not. We were taken to our table, our order was taken delivered and that was the last we saw of our waitress. Sat for a bit then went up to the bar to pay, where the gal said I will be with you in a minute. She then proceeded to fill 4 beers, then took another order and gave menus to some other people. That was enough I then spotted another waitress and asked if she could get our bill, she asked what our waitress looked like and after I told her she Started looking around to try and find her instead of just getting our bill. Finally our waitress came from the opposite side of the restaurant, and brought us our bill. Needless to say she did not get a tip. read more

The place is very well designed and has a fun vibe for a group catching up to play virtual games or grab a drink. However, the food is overpriced for the quality. We had $9 cheese curds that were small and seemed to be the same type served in the stadium with the addition of chicken seasoning. The cocktails were $9-10 in a sports bar atmosphere. That is all OK given the proximity to Lambeau but the service was lacking. There were plenty of people working but no one seemed to be serving clients just walking around and chatting with each other. It was a slow night so I can't imagine how they handle game day traffic. read more

When you walk in the place looks absolutely fantastic! Interior design impeccable! I was there with a group of friends to watch some Sunday football. We sat at the bar did not get served for ten minutes. When we asked if they had nfl Sunday ticket or if we could get some other games on we were told that the staff puts on what THEY want customers to watch in a rude tone. Don't plan on eating less than an hour and a half after you get there. Waited 20 minutes longer than how long they told us it would be. There were at least 5 tables open, half of them dirty for the whole time we waited. Staff just standing around. Needs to be more organized to get people in and out. The atmosphere at this place is electric, however the service is an abomination. We walked in on a Wednesday evening and after waiting for at the empty host stand for 5 minutes, we decided to just sit at the bar. We then waited 15 minutes with no service. There was ONE bartender and she did not even look at us, or serve anyone around us during that time. We walked out highly disappointed. The menu looked good, and it's a really cool place. We were excited to come to the Turn and play the games. We decided to come early to eat before so we could get the full experience of playing the games. We got sat and waited 25 minutes before our server Sam came to us and that was after another server that asked if we got served took our drink order and told us that she would get our server to come over. There was practically no one in the restaurant on Friday and there should have been no reason why it took him 25 minutes to come serve us. Pretty dang cool to see this type of thing in the big city of GB these days. Lots of space and quite frankly a casual and very comfortable vibe. People seemed to really be enjoying themselves all around. Doesn't charge "stadium" prices either which is nice for us working folk.
