We hired movers and among the other things that were damaged, of course, my $1,100 65" Samsung Q60T QLED 4K flatscreen was one of them... completely broken and unwatchable. REVIEW: My wife and I then tried finding another TV and started looking at ton of places. Thank God my wife's Dad recommended The TV Outlet. It's a store where you can get more than what you pay for (so it's only natural that any human would love those type of offers). My wife's Dad has bought 3 or 4 TV's from this place and said he wouldn't go anywhere else... and honestly... I have to agree with him. Not only can you get a great TV for a low price, but the customer service was simple and great. Chance, the representative, is a great guy who is mindful of your price range and does NOT pressure you to buy anything at all. He gave us great facts about what to look for in a TV and each TV's performance capabilities based off their different models/brands. He continuously reminded us that he didn't want us to buy anything that was out of our budget range. Chance was very professional, respectful and overall very human. So I left out a ton of stuff about Chance and the business that made our experience better than Google's 5 out of 5 star limit but I would definitely recommend The TV Outlet as my #1 pick. Great experience! My boyfriend had been wanting to upgrade from our little 32" TV to a 65" TV but wanted to do some research as it would be a big purchase for us. We shopped around at Best Buy and did some online research and landed on wanting a Samsung. I saw TV outlet online (we are new to the area) and they had great reviews. My boyfriend is typically weary of making big purchases at outlet stores but agreed to checking it out as they had the general TV selection we were interested in and within 15 - 20 minutes of being there we had confidently purchased and loaded a 70" Samsung Crystal UHD 7 series in our car. It was $629 (pretax) but going for $749 (pretax) at Best Buy. The TV is brand new and TV outlet offers a better exchange policy than most other retailers if you are hesitant (30 days I believe). This place is a secret gold mine! Owner is a plethora of TV knowledge and shares it willing, which is so appreciated and he is the antithesis of a Car Salesman. You can by a TV from lots of places, but it's this type of customer service that makes me want to buy from his store. I was sold a product that completely stopped working a few months after purchase. The TV OUTLET did absolutely nothing and offered absolutely nothing. They are not interested in any issues or complaints regarding their products. They want your money and have zero regard for the customer. This has been an ongoing battle with the Arizona State Attorney Generals office regarding non working TV purchased here. Please message me before ever purchasing or visiting this store. Went TV shopping today and visited the usual big box warehouse stores and the appliances stores with no luck in finding what I was specifically looking for. Stumbled upon The TV Outlet and decided to check them out & was glad that I went in! Greg is very knowledgeable in the newest of TV tech & answered all my questions. No sales pressure like the appliance stores and Greg had what I was looking for in stock and didn't try to up sell me on something more expensive.
