My mail was basically held hostage even though I had paid for the service. I had to reach out to corporate to complain and they refused to communicate with them either. As with all UPS stores, they sell packing materials if you need them, have copy and fax services, and post office boxes. (I'm sure I'm missing something.) Prices have gone up over the years. I expected my package to be about $5 to ship UPS Ground (it was very small) and it was $15. But, if I sent it FedEx it would have been more expensive. In sum, this is a great UPS store with excellent service.

There was a gentleman in front of me for 15 minutes attempting to print something off of that kiosk. So, I had to wait. No assistance was offered by the staff to help the gentleman. Meanwhile, they did not offer to simply enter my information and print the label at their register. That easily could have been done. I got tired of waiting and I just walked out. Three employees were in the store, by the way. I went to the store on Rand Road in Deer Park where it was a very quick, a pleasant experience, and they did everything I needed them to do. I come up this location a few times and haven't had any issues with the staff. I went in today and there was absolutely no one in the store besides two employees. A man and woman. Neither said hi nor acknowledged me. The both were towards the back of the store behind the counter and just stared at me. Finally the woman just walked into the back and seemed to have an attitude with me even being there. Mind you, it's a good half an hour before they close, not like I was coming in as they were locking the doors. I just needed them to scan something and drop it off.
