Do not use this location. The owner didn't ask me who my return package was for and directed me to a self serve kiosk. When I got home I looked at the receipt and my return was going to Amazon, not the retailer I was returning my item to. When I called the owner he said he could not help me as I had scanned the package. What a joke. All he needed to do was ask me for the package information and grab the package out. The older gentleman that works there is the owner and he's the worst out of them all I don't know how you can run a business and act the way he acts. Good selection of boxes and shipping supplies. They no longer enter email addresses for tracking of packages.... now you have to go online and enter it yourself. My mom has always enjoyed getting that message as soon as the package is at the store.... it's a small thing, but for the $6 packing fee you would think that typing an email addy wouldn't be a big drain? read more

Go to a different UPS Store! The 1st time I came with my cousins who was quoted a price and paid to ship an item, only for her to get a call the next day from them saying she was misquoted and to come pick her item up. The 2nd time I came to this store months ago to try to return and ask a few questions the guy was so rude and I swore I would never come back to this one. I always go to the one in Lake Tapps. I only came to this one out of convenience but I regret it now. I returned an Amazon item last week and UPS still hasn't started the return. Luckily I asked for a receipt. Every time I return to the one in Lake Tapps I get a return notice that same day. They are the BEST ever at that store. Would not come here again. Let me tell you 2 incidents: 1 involves international express shipping and another is a Nintendo Classic (NES Mini) delivery. Oh and a gift to loved one. Prepaid $200 UPS International Express shipping. I didn't place inventory list. Called in to ask if they could help me with that. The owner said yes. Found out that inventory list was not placed after phone call. (Yes my fault for not doing that in the first place - I accept that). I came in to the store to ask what happened? He thought that my package had a DHL tracking number (What?). Next he pointed at me with his finger while saying "You were suppose to..." do that multiple times. With my zen-like patience almost drained, praying to all the deities for calming thoughts, I simply asked. "Look I just want your help in resolving this issue." Unfortunately, all that he could do was give me an address to the UPS center in Pacific, WA. Nintendo Classic console - was so close, but yet so far. Rerouted my delivery to this Access Point so that I could pick up multiple items at the same time in one store. My UPS tracker said that attempts were made but the delivery was rejected. By who? Oh you already know. I called in to see what happened and the UPS associate said the owner would give me a call back to explain. Guess what? You guessed right! No phone call. The last delivery attempt caused the beloved console to be shipped back to sender and I'm unable to retrieve it. Gift to loved one. Obviously the reroute with the Nintendo didn't work. No gift. No fun. No love. Note: The UPS associates (employees) in the store are nice. They're trying to make a living. read more

Unfortunately, this store has not performed very well. Their hours are posted open at 8:30 AM. I showed up just a little bit after 8:30 and they were not open. Waited for approximately 10 to 15 minutes and no one showed up. Ran another errand and came back the store and they were still not open. This store does not represent UPS well at all. I am having a seriously problem with the UPS store in Auburn way, WA. they keep making excuse, in order to hold my package in their place, and charge me holding fee without any mention!!!!! my package was ship back to the Shipper (UPS store in Auburn way), So i contacted the store on 8/29, provide them my tracking# and asked them the price for reship and pick up. At that time, they answer that they did't know the price, because they were having too many package, couldn't find mine at that moment. So i left my phone number ask them to contact me when they know the price, and they said OK! One week passed, I called again, asked them if they could tell me the price, and they said they were kind of busy to look up the price for me, then i asked them to contact me again, when they know the price. few more day passed, no one called. SO I CALLED AGAIN. This time, they asked me to email them my personal info+ tel+ card number rudely ( I don't know what they want to do with my credit card). then i emailed them my name + tel + tracking number. Finally, i got a reply from them, they told me that i need to pay like 140 something for the holding fee, I can't believe they charge me the fee without mention. Also I am not the one holding the package for that long time, they keep skipping my question, in order to hold my package for a longer time, so that they can get more money.... they are really suck...never ever go to this store!!!!!! read more

Zero stars! I read the reviews before I rented a mail box here, but I chose to ignore the bad reviews. I thought people just didn't understand a different accent. I was wrong. I have had my mail box exactly 2 months. I go to this location about once a week so I have been there about 8 times now. Each time the owner was there I received a VERY bad attitude for no reason (and stinky service!!!) I rented a mail box for my on line business. I told the owner I was going to drop off my packages with him and use my address for my company bills. He took my money. Today he tells me he is calling his attorney because I can't use my UPS account at my mail box address!! All the stink and bad attitude is not worth it! "zero stars" Tried returning a 500 dollar Amazon a/c unit at this store with the shipping label already on it. The old man behind the counter who is also the manager refused to give me a receipt and refused to even scan it. Said " ok just leave it there I'll send it in" like I'm supposed to take his word for it. I asked for a receipt once again and he says you already got one when you printed out the shipping label. Are people really this dumb? Everyone knows you need a receipt for transactions, it's called a paper trail and without one, you're the one that gets screwed. I read the other previous reviews and I thought maybe it was just an employee but then my gf who also went there a week prior to return a Verizon warranty exchange ($700 phone) told me later today that he tried to do the same thing with her but she's just a better negotiator then me and actually got a receipt after giving him a lecture. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. I've never been treated so rudely in my life by a random stranger as soon as I walked in to their building and simply say hello to them. That's all it takes to set these employees off. Don't go here unless you want your time wasted and to be treated like a criminal as soon as you walk in theirs doors and if you can't just do the job yourself. They can't help you and won't help you either. They don't know how to do their job and instead of figuring their jobs out they just get nasty and rude. Such a waste of time and money. This location should NOT be a representative of any company other than UPS because they don't know how to deal with the other companies packages or customers and will not help you do anything with packages for any other service that they are connected with like Amazon. I'm a mom and a more than full time employee so getting out to do anything take quite the effort and this location is the closest to my home but I will take the inconvenience and the time to go to a location that is farther away over going to this place every time. Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Showed up 2 hours before the time listed for closing on google, but still 10 minutes before the actual closing time that's only shown taped to the door, and the store was closed early. My wife and I noticed someone still working inside so we knocked on the window to see if we could have some questions answered, and the lady inside, Carrie, looked at us and blatantly ignored us until we knocked a little harder. She then proceeded to yell at us from the inside saying "Go away! We're closed!". We stood there shocked looking at each other, and after a few seconds she came to the door, opened it and proceeded to yell at us more saying "we're closed early, so if you don't like it call my manager!" After we explained it was important and we showed up before the listed closing time she finally sighed, told us to give her a name to look for the package under I gave her my name and she walks to the back for list then 15 seconds before coming back and snapped "there's no package!"which was undoubtedly a lie considering I have been tracking the package since yesterday. We then left and were truly amazed by the inconsiderate and uncomfortable interaction we had when simply asking for some assistance from a worker in customer service while she was on the clock. So I sent important documents international from this store. Which I had to pay 100 Dollars to send. Not only did the package become "return" to sender, But said the delivery was not possible. According to the guy who took my money it was my fault for not knowing and that a refund was not possible. They also had my package sitting in their store for 4 weeks and said they didn't have it, yet they said that when they scan it back they ALWAYS call to let us know. Not only did this not happen, the guy also called my wife a liar when I asked her to go check the store for the package. Next day I got in and the package "magically" appeared. This guy claims to have called me even that day which is incorrect. AND made me pay to get my package back. Not sure what kind of people you are choosing to hire but you might as well close this place down.
