I've been a regular at this location for over three years, and I do a lot of shipping. Irum is wonderful, helpful, and kind. I have been to other UPS stores and they nickel and dimed me for every little thing. This location isn't like that. Picked up a ups package today from this store. The woman who helped me wasn't friendly all gave me an uncomfortable look when I wanted to see if there was package damage before i signed. She said nothing after I signed wouldn't even acknowledge I was done until second later. She was more concerned in dealing with her papers then greeting or helping the customer. I came here after my final awful experience with the usps service centers. After one visit to this ups location, the owner knew my name and business and has always provided excellent customer service. They are so popular that you can expect to spend a few minutes in line, but that's the only downfall. I ship everything, business and personal, from this ups store now. read more

Horrible customer service! I experienced the manager (or owner) being rude to a customer when I came in before. Today it happened to me. I returned several items and realized I needed to print a label. She told me I could just connect to the wifi printer. I did and later she told me it wasn't the right paper printed- then I realized I had a mobile barcode. When I was done shipping everything she told me I owed $1.70. I asked for what and she said printing. I told her she should be transparent- plus it wasn't even the right paper. She started getting loud and telling me that it says there is a fee on the sign. I told her not to get loud with me and that I've been in before when she's been rude to people. The only reason I come to this store is because it is close. I will be going to a different one for sure from now on. Not only was I not told there was a fee (I didn't read the sign- just followed the log in directions) but customers should not be talked to the way she does. Not cool. read more

Not only did she help get the shipping price down to the lowest amount, she also helped me stuff this package into the smallest package available and was so kind along the way. This store has unfortunately provided my worst experience of any UPS store. All of these stores are trying to generate additional income by selling other products, and in this case, I signed up to have them provide me with three canvas wrapped pictures of my grandkids. The samples looked beautiful on their wall. So I ordered three. First, they told me it would take 2-3 days. It ended up taking over 2 weeks. Someone in their family was entering Hospice, and it was Christmas season, so no complaints here. When they were finally ready however, they looked terrible, I mean terrible. On one, the canvas wasn't even sticking to the frame, two had dark edges around the picture, the other one didn't, not even close to looking similar. She offered (the owner) to re-do one of them, to try and match it with the other two. At this point, and in total disappointment at the quality of the work, I told her "I give up, you can keep my $100, I don't want these, and I don't plan to do business here any more". They may be good in other areas, but in canvas wrapped pictures, they are worse than terrible, and I also sincerely don't enjoy posting bad reviews. read more

Shipping packages during the Christmas holidays can be a nightmare especially if you wait like I do until the very last minute. The lines and the hours are long and the employees are weary. After years of being the last minute shipper I have come to expect the worst when I make that trip a few days before Christmas. This year (2011) I was so pleasantly surprised when I decided to try a new UPS location for shipping. This location on Scholls Ferry. The staff were helpful and cheerful and more than that there were enough staff members to move the group waiting through the process - paid - out the door. I have made the switch for all of my shipping needs. If they can make holiday shipping this painless I can only imagine what they will do on a normal work day. Glad I found them! read more

Worst customer service. & Not even from the employees, from the OWNER. Mind you, this was my second time here & I've never really dealt with UPS so I wasn't too sure on how things run there. Anyways - I was just there a couple days ago to use the computer to print. I paid my 10 cents for each copy to the employee & left without any problems (the employee was very sweet btw). I come back today & I did the exact same thing & when I came back up to pay the 10 cents, the owner gave such a poor attitude & raised her voice a little saying its $2.50 for using the computer. Mind you, I was pretty much new there. I told her the last time I was there, I just paid the 10 cents & was on my way. & She pretty much freaked out not only on me, but an employee she called from the back. I told her since I didn't know, I'm willing to pay the $2.50 for this time & the last time I was here & she was seriously not having it. She kept saying no & she wasn't gonna take my money, but there she was throwing a fit about how I didn't pay the $2.50 when I clearly went to my car to get my card & offered to pay for it. Then she was like "it's not very hard to read that on the computer screen, it says it right there" Again, I was new. To my understanding, I thought it meant "After the first 15 mins. It costs $2.50" that's what I had in mind. It instead of walking me through the rules & helping me, She continued to raise her voice in front of us & another customer & then called out an employee to figure out what the problem was - practically talking down on her & myself. She said "I just wanna make sure my employees are doing their job" in such a mean tone. First of all, your other employees are fine - it's YOU that needs to learn how to do your job. Even when she refused to take my money, I gave it to her anyways. I checked out my paper with the employee who whispered "sorry" to me for the inconvenience of her boss. No honey, I'm sorry you have to work with such a person who gives off such bad vibes & talks down on people instead of helping them. Never returning there again. read more

I used the computer to print out a shipping label and it didn't print. Clerk stated computer can't print from the Internet. She didn't charge me for paper but sure did charge me for computer usage. Stupid! What's the point of printing and using the computer when your crap don't work but charge the customer? I will be filing a charge back for $2.50. It's the principles of customer service. I like to frequent places that go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Unfortunately this is not one of them. I arrived at 5 o'clock sharp, to retrieve a package that UPS had, unfortunately, not attempted a second delivery but sent directly to the location. Nobody was at the counter and I could not get anybody's attention to open the door. By design they were hiding out in the back to not have to help that one last customer who needed her package before the end of the day Saturday so that she did not have to wait until Monday to retrieve the item. At 5:02 I got somebody's attention who waved me away and mouthed "we are closed." Well within their right to lock their door at 5 o'clock sharp or I guess even a minute before, but rude and unhelpful and I won't come here with my money, ever. Shipping packages is expensive, and there are a lot of options. I will go well out of my way to avoid this one. By saving herself 30 seconds of being friendly and helpful, she lost. read more

I dropped something off there carelessly a week prior, and decided now that I wanted to track it. I had none of the information I needed. I had the company I was shipping to (from whom I printed out the shipping label) on the phone for an hour, they even called this UPS store, and no one could find my package. I printed out another shipping label, different track #, and brought it in. The nice woman there looked at and said "Oh! The guy on the phone gave me a totally wrong account number." She took the paper I had in hand and found my package in 2 seconds flat. I really took up way too much of her day, and she was so friendly, helpful, nice, and competent. I appreciate everyone at this store. I have NEVER had ONE bad experience there. 6 stars. read more

I've had a good experience here before but not this time...office fax machine was down so ran over to get an important fax out. I was told it would be $1 a page which irritated me since it was a 12 page fax. I said I thought that was pretty steep thinking they might cut me a break. Owner made a snide comment turning away from the counter saying "how about you pay my bills". I get everyone has to make a buck, maybe charge me $1 for the first page 50 cents after that, I don't know but for a business that counts on return customers count me out. read more

Been going here for years for dropping off my prepaid UPS shipments, USPS outbound mail, and for purchasing oddball size shipping boxes for my e-commerce biz. Owner and staff have ALWAYS been very friendly and helpful to me over the years and treat me with priority. I recently have rented a mailbox from them and love their system of informing me via email if package or mail has arrived rather than the primitive way of making special trips to check like at other postal places.
