Anytime we go into this location the men are always so nice and helpful but the dark haired woman is always rude. Today is the third time I have had an interaction with her. Once over the phone and twice in person and she always has the same harsh attitude towards customers. read more

My experiences here have been exclusively to use it as a return location for Amazon products. I have been able to easily return items without hassles. IDK know whether that's because of a good system by Amazon or the store. The only gripe I have is the indifference or even surliness of some of the staff. I've only had to return about a half dozen items and it's usually a quick in and out so not a big deal. I will return an item today... hope i don't get Mr Grumbles. read more

They were so fast and polite. I love that they offered me the insurance for my package just incase anything happens. I really appreciate that they also follow the covid guidelines faithfully. Some of the employees are fast and helpful, some are not. Guess it depends who is working or what day you go in. The first time I sent some very fragile items as a gift to a friend and I left slightly worried they would even arrive in one piece. read more

When I usually use this location, the employees are pleasant but today I was greeted by a young lady name Bobbi that honestly was just rude.

I brought my Amazon return into this store to send it back for a refund. I needed to purchase a large box for $15 to repackage it. Bobby, the awesome lady who helped me, recommended that I request a refund for the additional packaging from Amazon. She gave me the receipt and told me the exact steps to take to get the reimbursement. I followed her instructions and within minutes, I had my $15 reimbursement in my Amazon account. If only everyone was as helpful as Bobby!! read more

My package was apparently mis-shipped and didn't arrive on the date I paid for. Paid for 2 day shipping on the 27, scheduled delivery date the 29, and now the actual delivery date is May 3 if I'm lucky. The automated customer service system is a complete joke. Was purposely disconnected from the phone call more than once, and after fighting with the automated system threatening the person listening on the other end that I wanted to speak to a supervisor, I final got to an agent. The customer service agent was just as useless, not the person she was great, but the authority they have to fix issues is nonexistent. Asked for refund and was told its no possible til the package had arrive. Again not her fault, but was still very upsetting. Don't know what's actually going to happen to my package. the receiver of the package left today. So now it's just going to sit there until they return. Which was the entire reason for my two day shipping. Ups do better. read more

When I first walked into this store, I didn't see anybody on staff working their, so I casually walked up to the main counter. About 4 mins go by, and I can hear an employee in the back moving boxes around, so I give them the benefit of the doubt, it is 9am they are probably having a busy morning. However, after 3 more mins go by, I'm still waiting, no one has said hello to me and their are 2 young ladies working at the computers customers use. Finally, one of the young ladies turns around in her chair and says to me, "oh are your dropping off a package? You can just leave it on the counter." Then the same lady continues to turn around and keep typing on the computer. Honestly, I didn't know that lady on the computer was an employee, because she sure did a poor job of representing UPS. There are other places in Boerne to send packages from; I continue to tell people my story in hopes that they will not have this same undesirable experience. read more

We had to mail a ton of boxes so went to the most affordable place UPS. They have great rates super friendly and helpful employees. They also can provide fax service and notary service for a small charge. They have mail boxes for rent We have used UPS for ever and always satisfied. read more

It was a disaster on the first visit. However, the store Manager addressed the issue with his staff and my return visit felt like a completely different place. Everything was handled in a fast, friendly and professional manner. I guess everyone has a bad day every now and then. This UPS store is conveniently located in a strip mall. Ample parking. Mailboxes and plenty of other services available. Staff are friendly. The store is clean. I was in and out in seconds. If you're looking for a place to ship from, this is it. Recommended. read more

Had to notarize, fax, and overnight documents, to family as they are about to board a cruise line. Service in the store was helpful. She was not friendly, but efficient, and I can appreciate that. Unfortunately, severe storms are responsible for delaying delivery by two days. Family will not be able to receive documents because they have already boarded ship. I understand that is out of everyone's control. My beef is paying for overnight service and receiving 3 day service. After calling UPS corporate, I was instructed to touch base with the store since it is owned and operated separately. After a brief phone call to the store, the woman I spoke with gave no consideration to the circumstances and only stated UPS Corporate does not refund for acts of God. How convenient it must be to be locally owned and operated and be able to blame short comings on corporate. I am disappointed in the lack of recourse and more so in the lack of consideration I was afforded. Would have been glad to settle and pay for 3 day service I received, even though the documents will find no recipient. Instead, I will let credit card merchants figure this one out. read more

This is a must stop for any printing or shipping needs. The staff is quick to respond even with lines and are incredible at the quality and speed in which they get the task done. The printing quality for color prints is perfect and they also provide super fast invitations and business card prints. I definitely recommend stopping in for quality service. read more

Every time I've gone to the UPS they have been absolutely wonderful. They have fabulous customer service that is always friendly. I rarely have to wait at all. I've gone to this UPS location despite any bad reviews because that haven't been my case at all. I will continue to use this UPS location in Boerne. read more

This place does a great job. I use all of their services. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about doing a good job. The only problem in three years involved an improper UPS delivery that was in no way their fault. They worked diligently and resolved the issue on my behalf. read more
