Ivan's been great the whole time I've been coming here. Today, however, I had a special situation, and Ivan and Gilbert came to my rescue. I come to UPS even to ship USPS because they're on it. When I sent in my passport months ago, the passport office lost it. Thankfully Gilbert was immediately able to pull up my tracking numbers from 6 months ago, and get me the information I need to help the passport office find the things they lost. Great service, fast, friendly, but also able to hunt down my previous shipments and really help me out. I would have been lost had I gone with USPS, thank God for UPS and Ivan and Gilbert! read more

Customers beware , I went in to return an amazon item, the item didn't have a QR code, instead needed to email the label for them to print. This has happened to me before at the glenoaks location in Glendale, they printed it for me for free no questions asked. Here, they forced me to pay a $2.50 charge for them to print the label and blamed it on the owner. Also, they send out 20% off mailing coupons, and they only honor it for one item even if the coupon doesn't state that it only applies To one item, and not your full shipments charge. Every single one of their employees is rude and they terrorize their customers with petty fees and their excuse is that they blame it on the owner. I can't say enough good things about the staff and Harma who I believe is the store manager. I went right before Christmas and they were so helpful! Second, when I brought in a monstrosity of a package (I could fit inside the box), one of the employees, Shlomo, helped me carry the box from my car to the store. He was also really helpful and explained some confusing shipment policies that I was unfamiliar with. Just a really nice human. I'll be going to this store so long as I live in this city. read more

They're open on Sundays!! This is especially convenient for somebody who works Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm.
