You should go out of your way to go to THIS UPS Store. Clean, organized and the friendliest employees. Rocio did an amazing job to accommodate me on notary service that I needed. It was very quick and easy. The cost is just a little more than AAA, but worth it when you can get in and out in less than 10 minutes. And the parking is abundant and available right in front of the UPS store's door. Parking....check! Quick....check! Friendly service....check! Clean (if not the CLEANEST) store ....check! The employees that work here are so genuinely kind and polite they make even the simple experience of dropping off an Amazon package a pleasure. It's not often these days that you get customer service to this degree. This feels more like the old-fashioned days of manners and putting the customer first. I visited here to return my stuff to amazon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an old box that we were not sure if we could use for returning it. If they were trying to make us pay more, they could force us to buy a new box. But they did not! Also, I accidentally dropped my wallet there. However, I did not know I had missed it for a few days. Fortunately, I could find it there! Because they were keeping it safely at their place. They are so kind and nice. I would love to visit here when I need to use parcel services. read more

I keep forgetting to write this review! I was in this store this past weekend and I was given really exceptional service from a gentleman named Chris. My mom and I came in with 5 packages to send to the east coast (goodies for Christmas, all different shapes, sizes, and materials) as well as 4 Amazon returns....and lots of annoying questions. Essentially, we took up the whole counter with our stuff and a lot of time to get everything together. Chris was endlessly patient, cheery, efficient, and helpful. During the holiday season when everything is so crazy, it is so nice to encounter someone so positive and awesome. Grand Opening was last Wednesday! OPEN SUNDAYS. unheard of, so they get 5 stars! Looks clean and plenty of parking- but the gym nearby makes it sorta crowded in that part of the lot- I think they need to make 20 min parking near the storefront kind of like the San Fernando location. The manager was nice and they have candy goodies because of the grand opening. Finally a location close by! Check them out!! read more

This UPS store location is nice, and very convenient. Plenty of parking, easy to find, easy to get to. I had run out of labels at the office and needed to come in and get help printing labels and shipping out 21 boxes. Rocio helped me a lot and really went out of her way to assist me in labeling. I'm a little disappointed they didn't have sticky back labels and we had to print them all out on paper and put them in the sticky sleeves, but that's just my preference. I was thrilled when I saw the UPS Store signage go up over what used to be... a vacuum cleaner store(?) earlier this year. Losing the UPS counter at Staples was a bummer. I finally used this location this morning, and it couldn't have been more positive. The store itself is very clean and well-laid-out. Some UPS stores I've been too have been really cramped feeling and "dirty"/messy. This was a major plus right off the bat. Shout-out to Emily Rose, who could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you! So happy to have, once again, a UPS location I can walk to. I came in store to complete a large (over 2,500 pages) printing order. Rocio, the Store Manager, assisted me with my order and was excellent. I was in the store for just over an hour and she helped me print each set of documents and volunteered to help me staple the documents together. Rocio even gave me a box to carry everything at no charge. Most importantly, while Rocio was focused on helping me, she never lost focus on the rest of the store and supported the other staff as repeated waves of customers arrived with their own needs. And after being in the store for such a long time, I saw all of the staff members go above and beyond for their customers. One even volunteered to drive over to an elderly customer's house to pick up a package that was too large/heavy for them to bring in. Great experience all around! read more

Was returning an Amazon return. Amazon says this option is free and that UPS will take care of the box and packaging. The store attendant told me that I needed to buy a box to put the item in otherwise they would not except it. Never have had this at a store. Was not helpful. read more

I had a bad experience at this UPS store on Alameda in the Pavilion's parking lot. I had a simple easy shipment. It was a coffee mug and other non fragile items. I needed a box and bubble wrap for the one item. This place is such a money grab! I was charged $14 for the box, $7 for the bubble wrap of one item and $7 for them to place the items in the box! Plus I was charged more for the shipping then ever before at any other UPS. I have shipped to this particular address before NEVER was charged over $68 before. Such a shame how they take advantage of customers. I do not recommend this location to anyone! read more

Always bright and clean. Masks are currently worn due to Covid. Every employee has been excellent. Actually going out of their way to assist you. Big change from the dark UPS store on Victory. So glad I was referred here. I actually get an uplifted feeling when I walk in that store. And then seeing the smiling faces and people asking if they can help you... It's such a great feeling. Definitely worth the extra distance driven to it. They have been helpful in person, with Shipping, and Amazon returns. They have made those so much easier, and helped thru return issues. They have been polite and extremely helpful over the phone. They have taken time to help uncover/decipher possible Seller Fraud. We saw this UPS store had notary services so we went in to see if they could help us. The service we received at this store was outstanding. Ricardo (Ricky) spent over an hour with us notarizing our paperwork. He was very professional and everyone in this UPS store were very friendly and helpful.
