    I've been having really bad experiences with FedEx deliveries lately; broken deliveries, deliveries…read morethat were said they were attempted when I was home and know they weren't, delays, etc. HOWEVER- my experience at this location has a bright spot in my week. After multiple bad deliveries, I asked for my latest package to be shipped to this location. I arrived in the evening and Gilbert helped me as if I was an old friend. He helped me open the massive box (a bookcase) and helped me inspect the parts to make sure it wasn't damaged. He then went out of his way to reseal the box even better than it was before, explaining where the tape would support best. After all that, Gilbert then carried the box out to my truck and helped me load it into the bed. He was friendly, helpful, and went far beyond any of the service I expected to get. I also know he wasn't even supposed to be working that late, and was holding over till closing. Gilbert had every reason to just do the minimum and move on to the next customer, but he made me feel like my delivered mattered instead. I really appreciate Gilbert and I hope FedEx appreciates how much his friendliness did to turn change what had been multiple bad experiences before him. Thank you!

Problem after problem after problem and apparently customer service runs the company and with that being the case, they can't easily claim they don't have the authority to make any decisions that troubleshoot the smallest of fixable problems that have the hugest of consequences for the customer. USPS, AMAZON and even UPS have them beat. There's literally no comparison.

There was a long line to talk to the people that work there and I just wanted to scan so I went to the left. And there was a lady at the scanner, not paying attention to anybody that was behind her because she was facing the other direction. Facing the wall.and we all thought that she was working with the scanner to scan some things next to her. After a few minutes, the rugs that were going to be deposited and returned for Amazon started to fall towards her, and I told her to LOOK OUT. And then she saw there were people behind her. Were all polite enough to keep our mouth shut while she didn't pay any attention and stood in front of the scanner while looking for something on her phone. So that was bad. Pay attention! Don't block the scanner! So the lady in front of me walked up with the two packages and set them down and then she started the rummage through her phone. SHE WALKED UP With two packages and set them down and then she started rummage through her phone. So I must tell you, I got two packages. I need to scan, that's all I have to do scan them and set them down. It would take about 30 seconds. So after waiting for her to scroll through her phone For several minutes, I said, do you mind if I just scanmy two things? And she said I'm looking for something, with a privileged tone... what a B! And so I wait, and I wait. after all that time, She's scanning, but she can't figure it out. And it's not working and so she's looking towards the three people that are behind the counter, but they are extraordinarily busy because of the very long line. But she doesn't think to say I'm having a problem. Why don't you just go ahead. No that would be too polite. I guess. So when she leans away because she's waiting to talk to somebody, I lean in with my package package. I get one done in 10 seconds and then some lady comes over to help her and she turns and notices me scanning my things andsays, I was using that scanner. I said I'll be done in 30 seconds. And lady seeing drama I am causing, I admit it, grab the lady away and took her to the Cash register. so the lady Managed to cut in front of everybody because she's an idiot. And she's an idiot, not just because she was impolite, but because she waited until she was at the scanner to start to look for things that she order to scan. I have returned many things to Kohls and I always make sure by the time I hit that counter. I am ready to go. There is nothing worse, OK I take it back, cancer, cancer is worse, but aside from cancer. There is nothing worse than someone who doesn't prepare ahead of time while they are standing in line and people waiting. Just the stupidest thing ever. So I leave when I get to the car and I start to bitch to my wife about all of this when I get to the car and she's already coming out because it's so fast to have the people behind the counter do it but I was out before her Because all I had to do was scan two tiny things I was finished in 45 seconds And I was complaining to my wife and once I saw her coming out, I very loudly, so she could definitely hear it, how rude people are that are in the world. That all they had to do was step aside for 30 seconds while they figured things out, because they no idea what they were doing nor are they prepared. So don't be that guy, or girl Thank you for letting me vent. I appreciate it.

Her system charged me for a background check and my bank showed the transaction. She said that it did not work. But it was showing pending on my end. She was extremely rude as well as every employee there. They were all yelling at me that I didn't pay. I called my bank and he witnessed how unprofessional the store was and was stunned to hear how they treating me. He offered to be a witness and told me to call police. That's how rude they were. Her system was the problem but she kept yelling that it was my bank who was the problem. No it was her register that was faulting out. I didn't want to pay twice, that is why i called my bank in the fist place, to cancel the transaction because she could not provide a receipt. I eventually cancelled transaction and payed again, but they way I was treated for their service was unacceptable. Everyone working at this UPS store is rude and incompetent. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO USE THIS AWFUL UPS STORE I would give them 0 stars if I could. Rudest people EVER

I wasn't sure how this was going to work, but the assistant manager was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating from the moment we walked in. He let me take all the time I needed to sort and prep everything, never rushed us, and even checked in to make sure we were doing okay. His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. Everyone working there was friendly, but the assistant manager truly made the visit exceptional. If you need printing, shipping, shredding, or anything else, this is the location to go to -- great people who actually care. Highly recommend!

    I came in the evening to print a flyer for Mother's Day. My printing job was an 11 x 17 and when I…read morewalked in it was empty so it seems like a good time to come in. I immediately walked up to the service printing Counter where the registers are located. I was greeted and I explained my printing job to the sales associate. She was kind and respectful and helped me print out what I needed to print in five minutes I was ready to check out and head out. Overall the print job came out great. Based my experience I would say that the confusion with prices comes with the service . FedEx office offers two different printing services... They offer self serve printing and service printing. Basically the difference is the staff can take your item and print it for you. Or you go to the machine and basically figure it out on your own. My flyer was supposed to cost me $1.52 if I did it on my own, But since it looked a little too complicated for me before closing and I asked a staff member to print it for me... they added a service charge which went up to $4.70. Any other day I would take the time and figure it out on my own. I do think it is a bit excessive for FedEx to add a service charge for them to basically provide customer service. It's kind of like you're basically paying for their time. I know there's some people that would probably come in and be confused on how to operate the machine and figure out the dimensions of how they want to print their order out. I think it's just a little bit excessive.

    I wholeheartedly disagree with the negative reviews at this postal annex. I have been to three…read moreplaces to get my passport processed as they claim online that they did have this service. When I got to these three locations, they only did photos. It was not explained very well on their site. I reluctantly went to the postal annex on La Costa, even though I saw a couple of negative reviews I had to give a try. It was the best experience that I have had. She was able to work with me and four other's that were shipping with ease. She is totally customer service oriented, and very thorough in all of the paperwork she was processing for me. Although it's a little jaunt for me to get there, I know I will be back. Thank you so much for processing my paperwork. You did an awesome job.

    Waited 15/20+min to try and drop off a fedex package. One guy working, with two people in front of…read moreme. Takes about 5 min to complete a package for some lady. Then another lady in front of me had a notary, didn't know that takes 8-10min. Then instead of servicing me next has the audacity to answer the phone and service another person on the phone which to I was left waiting again. I left the store right in front of him. He never asked what we needed while waiting or a thank you for waiting. My drop off would have taken less than 30 seconds. 3 other people were waiting behind me. This place needs a reality check. 1st they need to hire two people for the range of services they offer. #2 educate workers that when people are waiting "do not answer the phone and service them over physical people who have been waiting". Never going back.
