He is always willing to print any flyers we need for communications. With being completely nonprofit we rely heavily on any donations. What money we save goes back directly to the students. Gold star for the UPS employee for letting repackage a box that would have cost $67 by UPs but instead provided and taped up a priority box and let me stuff it to the gills to send for $19. After having the most horrible experience in another UPS store, these guys came through. They were helpful and professional. When other store refused to help with printing a label, they printed the label off my phone screen with a click of a scanner and offered to help get my oversized package from the car. The staff are very nice at this store. I do a ton of business with UPS ( almost daily) and this store in particular has very nice staff and very efficient. I prefer UPS to Fedex in general. I feel that they are more organized and they keep track of their packages better. They are more connected with their drivers and seem to get the job done for the most part without issue. read more

Not only can these guys always handle whatever I throw at them (figuratively of course) but I always end up several good chuckles deep as well. The owners are super nice and helpful. We have a P.O. box there and the owner immediately recognizes me when I walk in the front door and he runs and gets my mail out of my box and hands it to me. That is customer service! read more

Brandy helped me out to send a few packages and something as simple as that, but she went above and beyond to explain how the pricing was for different packages and where it was going. While the individuals in the store have been pleasant enough, as a UPS customer with a UPS account, the last two times I have dropped off a self-addressed, prepaid UPS envelope at this store, the recipient has not received the package in a timely manner based on my delivery instructions. BUT, in the past when I have dropped same type of envelope in a UPS public box, no problem. I might use this store for other than delivery services, but fair warning - dropping off prepaid envelopes are at your own risk. read more

My boyfriend and I moved down here recently and we weren't able to go home for the holidays. Still wanting to send presents we stopped by to ship our them to our family members. We have had our mailbox at this UPS Store for years now and I won't ever change it.​ Love this UPS Store! Love Jeff and all the guys that work there! We needed a mailbox for our home based business and loved that it would give us a physical address for our business instead of using a P.O. Box or our home address. Little did we know that we would get so much more than that. Besides all their services we use which include notary, printing and shipping, we also got Jeff and his team that make us feel like our business matters to them and know us by name.
