I very much appreciate this UPS store, and feel that it's one of the better ones in the area! We've been here primarily to 1) ship out UPS packages that we already had a label for, or 2) Amazon returns. Both have been pretty quick for us to complete, since they just need to scan and print out the receipt. For Amazon returns, they now have a kiosk area where you scan your return, package it yourself, slap a label on it, and then deposit it into the out box. Staff has been great, no issues! read more

UPS is a better option for us as far as pricing goes. USPS prices are absurd. We love the friendly smiles and the owners are always so kind. I've used them for Amazon returns, mailing packages to our college kid, and printing needs. My only NEGATIVE is that I once used their service to drop off a small USPS package (they have a drop box that's picked up daily). This package was a $40 baseball card my husband sold. Needless to say, the card never made it out of that UPS store. So, either a UPS employee took it or USPS stole it during pickup. We have not dropped off a card there since. This is by far the best UPS location I have ever experienced. Reason why I came to this UPS store because the location nearby me in Eastvale had just literally tried to rip me off and would not offer me ground shipping. I came in to this store in Chino immediately I was greeted with warm greeting and I had asked the employee does every location offer the same price. The young man that assisted me today was extremely helpful and professional. They will not try to upsell me and is actually honest with what services they offer. This humble UPS location in The Preserve Town Center is always clean, well-organized, and--most importantly--run by people who actually care. The owner greets customers with a smile, making what is usually a routine errand feel a little more pleasant. I began to use this new location very often because it's very close and convenient. Not bad, but definitely more messy than other UPS stores I visited. I've been to this UPS store about 5 times and it's always around little after 8:30am, even though the store doesn't officially open until 9:00am. I'm not sure if she's the owner or the manager but she's such a sweetheart. There's never a line and the store is very clean. I highly recommend this location. read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The directions from Yelp is incorrect. They are actually on the other side of Pine where the shopping mall is next to Aspire Salon Studios and a Taekwondo place. This ups store is the best! They are open late, they don't charge to use their tape gun (unlike other stores) and are very friendly. If you have a prepaid, pre packed usps package you can even drop it off at this location and the post office will pick it up. Definitely my go to ups store! read more

Every time I come here, no matter what time of day, the line is at least 5-10 people long. Always understaffed and slow service. I don't understand how the owners can think having the same lady work there alone every day. Do better UPS and follow up with this location. Also, there is always a huge pile of backed up packages and parcels behind the counter. I've never seen this before at other locations. For a brand new location I expected more. read more
