The customer service from the owner of this store was extremely poor. She had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful. I went there for notary public services, and the pen she provided did not work. When I politely asked for another pen to sign my documents, she became rude and called me a "weird person." I do not recommend this place to anyone because of the unprofessional behavior and terrible customer service. read more

The persons working there March 31, 2026 in the afternoon around 3:30-4:30 were very rude. I went to return something and I was kind of surprised when they told me that it required a bag to ship it back. I told them, that was not in the instructions but I went ahead and pay anyways for the bag. When I was about to leave, this worker all of a sudden said "You don't have to be rude". I was surprised and shocked. I asked her "did I say something rude to you? I was only trying to tell you that was not the instructions I got. I was frustrated with the company I was returning the product. But I never said anything rude to both of you. Did I say something rude to you? I asked her. All she can tell me, you can come back with the original bag. She cannot answer my question. These people, if you're not happy with your job, don't make up stories and blame it on the costumers. I typically do my business shipments and Amazon returns here and service is always good. Typically the wait isn't bad at all and the staff are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. read more

I drove to This odd branch of UPS, Chino Hills, CA., was because I had errands to run in my Price club, Sam's Club in Chino Spectrum, CA. I decided to locate a different UPS to experiment with printing~I came for what I got done today. I'll stick to their Glendora, CA., branch instead. Long waits during peak hours. They also process returns now, which is convenient, but makes the waits even longer. If someone is scanning / printing documents or worse setting up a PO box, might as well come back another time. Only come here if you can risk the wait. read more

I had to return three large amazon packages. It took me so long carrying them down from my third story apartment and into the car so I arrived at this location right at 7p. The two workers still helped me and took care of my return. They were helpful and friendly!! I could honestly say this, UPS store is the best store around in Chino Hills. I have absolutely used the other UPS stores in the area. They are not friendly and they do not get the packages out the same day when you drop them off at a decent hour. Also, the store in the Albertsons location is clean and maintained compared to the other local UPS stores. read more

Beware. I have never used this UPS to mail out packages. My first time using them. I sent a package of high value and obtained insurance for it. I found it strange that they slapped a bright red sticker "High value" on the package. I got a strange vibe that perhaps it should not be advertised that something is high value. Well, low and behold, my package that was suppose to be delivered in two days within southern california just kept showing "on the way," status then on the third day it changed to "damage reported". My package never arrived. I filed a complaint through this UPS store and this morning I found out I'm getting only $23 on a package that I paid $83.81 to mail. All in all, the main person helping me gave strange vibes from the beginning. Unfortunately, I was not surprised my package went missing. I will keep working to collect the value of my package and my mailing cost. I will certainly not use this store and not use UPS anymore. I normally use Fedex next day air and so far they have been pretty good with my packages. read more

On 6/7/2020 I was expecting a delivery from UPS delivery. When it did not come the next day i went to the UPS Store in the Los Serranos, Albertson store. I met with "Marwa" the representative at the store who immediately knew what had to be done and started making phone calls to alleviate the problem. By the next day my package was delivered to my house with an apology on the mixup. I really do appreciate what "Marwa" did and how she was professional and solved the situation. She should be commended for her actions. (I would go higher but there is not a higher rating) read more

With all the mail theft going on, we decided to look into opening a PO Box. Best decision ever! The UPS Store is conveniently located within Albertsons, which we visit several times a week anyways. Their customer service is phenomenal! Not only did they assist with setting up our PO Box, they helped notify the Post Office with the new address. I went in to the UPS December 23rd to find out about a package that I should have received on December 17th. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and all I could find out was it was stuck in Louisville Kentucky. The 2 ladies working at UPS made multiple calls to UPS in Kentucky trying to help me find out why my package was stuck in Kentucky. They went above and beyond what I would have expected from them to help me. After multiple calls over a few hours they were able to track down my package. The next morning I received a text saying my package would be delivered by that evening. If it wasn't for these ladies I would have never gotten my daughter's Christmas present before Christmas. I had an overnight package that needed to go out. I would have been happy to take my package to a different UPS facility that can handle overnight packages. Because you are an outpost without a regular pickup schedule, as was explained to me by your employees, you can't count on UPS drivers to service your location. Your employees told me one thing at drop off, then sheepishly admitted later that my package was still behind the counter two days later. It would seem to me that a business dedicated to customer service would either demand a UPS driver come and pick up packages, or your employees would drive the packages to a UPS hub facility to make sure they go out. read more
