When is this place not ever busy. It's always busy. There's open space parking right in front of store during early morning hours. Other than this, coming to this location can be challenging due long wait lines. Also, not a big fan of the shopping center that this Postal Annex is located in. However, this location is has been the closest to my home for all my mail and package drop off needs. There's the same three staff that usually work at this location (1 male and 2 female). They're proficient, communicative and knowledgeable. They're good. The store has two entrances. Thank goodness. The place is small and can be congested inside when there are too many customers waiting in line. Sometimes, the line will end up extending itself outside the door way. Still not the best area due to delivery driver(s) utilizing same door space to enter and exit. More congestion. Nonetheless, staff make it work. There's been times I've left due to long lines and I end up going elsewhere. read more

Their main problem is they are too successful. They are always busy. They've received so many packages they had to rent a truck to store it all. They offer a variety of services which often means there is a wait. They need to expand. I'm a white guy, but my wife is Hispanic and her whole Mexican family uses this service through me. It presents a challenge for the staff here, but they handle it well. read more

I simply can't with this place, how do they even stay in business? Is this a family ran? I've been to this location several times to see about getting packages delivered and each time I've been in all I hear is angry women/woman shouting and yelling at employees or customers. I've yet to wait to see the cost to have a package delivered because with each visit I've walked away not giving them my business. I only 2 starred them because 1 star seemed unfair and the 2nd star is for location (being local). It's hard to believe that with such drama and disrespect in our small yet big community that this business is still around. As I said I've been here several times only to hear nothing has changed from one visit to the next... I could honestly say that I would & could not refer anyone here if they need UPS shipping! I would recommend going to Any Other UPS Location for your shipping needs, unless you like screaming dramatic women then this is the place for you. I can only imagine the anger, screaming and loud cursing the owner is doing reading this review...hey ya did it to yourself lady, control your angry outburst and replace it with Customer Service & Respect for others around you doing business!!! Service was great! A little waiting time but I totally understand, they seemed to be very busy. I was there to get my live scan done, fingerprints taken, I showed up without the form I need so they said I could just email them so I did and they printed out the document. The woman who helped me through the whole thing was having issues scanning my left middle finger ... I told her I had burnt myself the night before so the machine was having trouble reading it .. she tried again and again until she thought it was acceptable!! I'm glad she did not half-ass anything ! I hate to do this but when you pay for a po box to get your boxes and you check their hours just for that reason so you can get your mail after work you expect them to be open from 8:30 to 6:00 not closed at 5:54. Can't wait for my P.O. Box to expire so I can take my business elsewhere. read more

The first lady that helped me had a sour attitude. She wasn't rude or anything but her energy wasn't there. Not sure if it was something personal but it sure seemed like it and I'm more than positive that she's not one to talk about and that's ok. I would just recommended she didn't bring her problems into the work space. Pretty negative vibe if you ask me. On a good note however the second girl that helped me out was much more responsive, friendlier, and attentive to deliver good customer service. My hat is off to her and next time I need postal service from this store I will definitely go to her. A bit over priced for printing services, but overall they did a good job and have good services.

In the past week we have been there 3 separate times: Uhaul rental, Uhaul return, and now to fax (who faxes anymore?). When we got the Uhaul, they used that time to train someone on the system. She was there learning when we returned it. I guess we were "on the job training". Even so, it was a quick in and out. This isn't the first time we've used them for faxing. It is a fax machine, therefore it is slow. LOL They are really nice, slightly cramped, but it is our "go to place". Even for notary. read more

Apparently this company likes to scam people. They double charged us and when I called to correct it they said you need to deal with your bank. So we did, they ended up telling my bank they never double charged us when I have the receipt, plus the bank statement clearly showing we were double charged. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Entered the facility with zero greeting only one person ahead of me. Came in for a passport photo which took them 20 minutes to take. Remind you, they helped 7 other people after me. It wasn't until I stated I was going to put a bad review on Yelp one of the co workers had a stupid comment instead of diffusing the situation she wanted to argue with me about it being Christmas time and there busy. Repeat no one was there after they helped me I was just waiting for someone to take my photo. Paid my $16 bucks will never go there again. read more

Wow! Is this place a scam! I stopped in to mail something because I was already in the area doing some banking- never again! I regularly ship small bubble envelopes at my local USPS, it has never cost me more than $3. This annex wanted to charge me $6.49! What?!? I asked if that was the USPS price or their price, and the woman tried to explain that it was so much due to the packaging. No, it was so much due to their ridiculous mark up. I quickly left and mailed my package at the post office around the corner, $1.19. Yep! It only cost me $1.19 and I got a tracking number. ***Please be warned*** drive the short distance to a real post office, FEDEx or UPS. This place has such inflated pricing it should be illegal. read more

We went there earlier because we needed to overnight and check and fax a copy of it. I had to make sure everything was correct and I was sick. The guy at the front was very rude. He was a short guy with white hair. He started rushing and there wasn't a line and he said something and I didn't hear him and he yelled it. Like either explain yourself what u are talking about and not shout out random numbers and not explain it. We were trying to pay off a car that needed the money sent. If you don't like your job then don't do it. I have two stars since they shipped the envelope out and faxed it. read more

I should first say that the regular guy that works there is awesome, and always helpful. I usually just go here for drop offs and rarely make purchases from here. However today, i could not buy flat rate postage on the USPS site (i usually purchase on ebay) so i decided to go into the store rather than the post office. The cool guy that's always helpful was not working, there was a tall woman with brown hair. She told me the price, which was a bit over $5 more than usps flat rate, so i was surprised. I said "it's flat rate, is that the price?" she snapped at me saying "that's our price" quickly, as if she was tired of hearing people be surprised. I paid because i was too lazy to drive to the post office, however i will not purchase shipping at this post annex ever again, just continue to go here for drop offs. Moral of the story, they charge more than USPS. And it's definitely not worth paying five bucks more for flat rate. The whole point of flat rate is to pay one low flat rate price no matter the weight. read more

I have had to make innumerable trips to this postal annex to fax and scan and email dozens of documents for a mortgage application. A lot of those were during their peak holiday season a couple of days before x mas up to several trips on x mas eve. The whole crew were cheerful and efficient despite the fact that there was a line out the door and I'm sure that they are not going to retire off my $3 and $5 faxes. Until I can figure out how to use my home fax machine, and if I need anything postal related done I will do all my business with the postal annex crew on Saturn. We frequently use this postal annex until recently. The guy told us to leave our packages on the counter and he would take care of them and that is the last I saw of my Apple Watch. I was sending it in a prepaid FedEx box with a tracking number to be repaired. It was never picked up by FedEx and the tracking number was never scanned. They refused to pull up their video cameras to disapprove that it was dropped off. They either lost it or it was stolen right off the counter and they take no responsibility for it. If I have to use them again I will get a receipt before I walk out the door. read more

Don't ever ever come here, the worst customer service I have ever had. They lost hundreds of dollars worth of college books because their employee swapped the locations. Lost my books then made no attempt to help or correct the situation. If I want to ever send a package and feel at peace that it will be insured or arrive at its attended location I'll make sure to go to UPS or the Fedex. read more

Just had something notarized. Man they do alot of stuff here. They have a SDGE house phone so you can call them about your billing issues. You can also pay your bills here too.shipping boxes, hand carts, truck rentals,western union.live scan finger prints, lotto,scratchers,PO boxes. And a whole bunch of other stuff i probibly missed. If you just moved into town or leaving this is the place for you one stop.they got the forms you need. The staff is great.Luigi is a very nice guy. He runs a great store. Best place for your shipping and mailing needs. They have boxes of all sizes and every time I have been here I've been in and out. This place is my go to for Amazon prime returns. I have also used their notary service twice which is quick! You also kill two birds with one stone because you can mail it out from here too. The staff is friendly and helpful. The customer service is horrible, the wait times are terrible. I keep telling myself to stop going to this place but its convenient in relation to my bank and my cleaners. At this point I expect the worse when I walk through their doors. If I don't expect a lot then I won't upset myself when I'm face to face with their subpar customer service.
