I rarely use the UPS store for shipping unless it's important or needs to be someplace the next day. I went in to this location on 5/4 at 12:30 pm to ship a smart watch back to get fixed before my husband left for fire camp to gear up for this upcoming fire season. I was reassured by two employees that my package would be sent out that day. The next day I checked the UPS application to see if my package had arrived at the location, but to my surprise the package was never scanned in. So I called the store and asked if my package was still there and the manager told me yes that it was left on the packing table and never put on the shelve to be shipped out. The manager was nice and told me that this never happens but somehow it did happen. Now you can imagine how frustrating this is for someone who was reassured by two employees that it would be sent that day as I did pay for next day air. This was a watch that was issued through my husbands company and needs it to be back by Monday however that won't be happening since the UPS store never sent my package. I have been with this UPS store for 6 years having a mail box for my secure business mail and personal mail. The staff are very supportive and professional. Marcie and Julie have been my go to persons from the get go. These ladies know everything! They always greet me each and everytime I go in. They have helped me with business cards and brochure ideas. They also helped me with a banner for my daughters bridal shower. I can get my shreading done at this location. When the mail and packages are too heavy for me; the staff is always asking if they can help me carry them to my car. I am so grateful to have this business at my finger tips. If you want great service, professional help, friendly and courteous staff along with a secure mail box with an actual street address, this is place you want to go to. Beware...took a scope to be returned to seller at UPS on Herndon and Fowler. Very expensive (2800.00) and requested insurance. I had resealed the original packaging and was told insurance would only cover theft or loss since I had packaged. I was informed if I wanted insurance to cover possible damage I would need to pay them to repackage. I agreed. Was shocked to receive notice from seller that the scope had arrived to him without original box. Ridiculous! The UPS employee removed the scope from packaging box (which I understood and agreed to) but then removed from the scope from its original box it came in. Absolutely ridiculous and idiotic. Everyone knows you can not return items without original packaging!!!!!! Tried to say they did not know it was a return. Ugh only reiterated twice that since they were repackaging to make sure the Return Authorization I placed in mailing box needed to be included......Will never set foot in that place again...Beware when mailing items for return if you take the chance to use that place.....if I could rate negative 5 stars I would.. read more

Feeling very disappointed. Friday I brought a box of frozen meals that I have been making/freezing to ship to my 92 year old mother who lives in Southern California. I boxed a cooler with ice and requested next day air, noon delivery. It cost me a fortune but hey, it's for my mom & she was looking forward to these meals! (This would be my 2nd shipment to her). As of now, the package has not been delivered. I've instructed my mother to not eat once she receives, as it's not worth risking getting sick from it. This morning I went into the shop and asked to file a claim for both contents and what I paid for shipping. I was told because of Covid 19, there are no guarantees. I explained that had I been told that, I may have chosen to not ship and just drive it down to her. Fingers crossed that they help me getting this resolved with my getting compensated for my losses. I realize that there are no guarantees in life but I see pkg was in So Cal Saturday morning! Poor mom called me Saturday late afternoon saying she had her table all set for one of her special meals. Update: I was denied my claim because the food going bad was no fault of UPS. I scratch my head as I know I paid for overnight service and didn't get this. They DID, however, offer to give me 50% off of my next shipment..... I'll take it! read more

First I would like to say the staff is awesome! Great people working at this location and super helpful! My issue with this place is management or the owner has decided to charge you for packing your shipment. No problem with charging for that if the person doesn't want to do that. But I came in to return something I purchased online and the box it came in got destroyed so I took in the item so I can purchase an empty box and package it up. But this location doesn't seem to let you do that. I understand trying to make extra money as a business but if you don't even give the option that's when I don't come back. Crazy that I got charged over $25 for an empty box, packing and taping up the box. Worst part it was free shipping to send it back! read more

They gave us misinformation regarding their PO Box service and refused a refund for us . We are longtime customer over 15 years . We will never return to this establishment. We are forced to pay for 3 months of service we will never use . The Post office was more help than these folks. read more

DO NOT use this Store!!!!!!!!!! This happened today 2/2/2016. This store (with the manager right there) would not accept my boxed up and labeled package that weighed 29lbs. Said the box was not accepted by UPS. I stated that UPS had accepted18 of these boxes (box is rated for 50 lbs.) over the holidays. It was AGAIN stated that UPS cannot accept boxes like mine. THEN a man came in with a PAMPERS Diaper box, pre-labeled, which they took with no problem. I asked how much for their box; I was told that to ship my package was $61.00 and with their Box it would be a total of $78.00 WTH???? They wanted to sell me a $16 box ??? For shipping???? So I asked how much to ship via US Post Office. I was informed it would be $165.00. I thanked them for their time and left. I went to the US Post office just to see what it would cost to send my box the cheapest way possible. Their cost to me??? $58.00 WITH INSURANCE.... AND they accepted my box without comment. I hate it when businesses try to take advantage of the unsuspecting public. I have filed a complaint with UPS Stores regarding this situation....but I do NOT expect a response from a Store that seems to rip off the public...especially when they are a Senior Citizen. Long wait in line and outrageous prices. I paid over $20 today for a small box today. It took forever to get it packaged and it was a simple box that cost me over $20. I still can't believe how much it was, should of bought it at Walmart for $.50. Trust me way too high of a price for what they do! read more

I recently had to ship a large piece of metal artwork (6' x 2'). My customer was very concerned on who would be shipping and how it would be packed. I decided it best to let the experts handle it for me. Julie was who I had worked with, along with her co-workers, all of whom are professional, polite, and greet you with a smile even when they are slammed. My large heavy package arrived the next day! I immediately received a picture and text from my hard to please customer raving on the care it was packed with and its quick delivery. Thank you all! Just left the store and have to say I have not seen employees handle business as well as the ladies did in this UPS location. There was a steady flow of customers coming in and the phone was constantly ringing. These ladies did not miss a beat and handled each situation with great customer service. This place is all about great customer service. Everybody has a friendly way and is eager to help. I go to this store at least once a week and have never experienced a problem or an attitude somebody here reported. I remember back at Christmas time ( the absolute busiest time of the year) when the lines were long and there was a full staff on duty. It was my mistake to not printing out my paper before coming to this place for returning my books to amazon, When I got here I asked to use a computer and it's freaking charge me 3$ to use a computer for 3 min , I was fine with that because I was in hurry , so I used my credit card to print out 6 papers then when I got home it's freaking charge me 9.95$ for just spending 3 min on computer and print out 6 papers ????? How ridiculous is this ??? Like u guys literally charge 1$ / a paper while other places charge only 10 cents / paper . read more

Store always seems busy, but fully staffed. Employees are always helpful, friendly, and seem to know what they are doing. When it's busy and you have to wait, no one acknowledges or greets you which is my only complaint...but I am very picky and have received amazing service at my last UPS Store. I used to go to the post office on miniwawwa but stopped after finding out they were charging me extra by lying about the weight (I'm assuming to pocket some money) I gave this place a try and some middle aged lady with short hair helped me out by giving me a pleasant expierience. She even allowed me to use the computer and print out a label free of charge! Looks like Im going to be coming here a lot more often! read more

Just wanted to mention how friendly and helpful the staff are. Dropped off a package a few days ago and they were so kind. I noticed my package was coming a little loose from the tape and the lady at the counter immediately offered to add some extra tape to seal it up. Simple and nice when she didnt have too! Will never use this place again. Mailed something Saturday and it still hasn't been checked in by the postal service. Everyone who works there is young and had different stories for me when I had to call twice today to find out what was going on. I completely understand Sunday they are closed and Monday was a holiday, but what happened to today? It still hasn't been checked in and the days over!
