We are completely satisfied and highly impressed by this UPS store. On September 7, 2021 we were in the process of having a large number of legal documents notarized. An overnight delivery was required in order to meet a property closing deadline scheduled for September 8, 2021. A very personable, caring and professional associate attended to this matter with a knowledgeable and keen eye for detail which insured absolute accuracy since the property that my wife and I were selling was located in another state. This is my FAVORITE drop off location. I go to FedEx, postal annex, the post office.... But this location is my favorite! Staff is so helpful, always smiling! They always have staff to help customers. They grab the door for you. They take pride in their store's appearance (you will find them vacuuming during slow times, wiping off counters, etc). Came into this location this morning to return a few items from amazon. I had printed labels out for my items but I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to package them and adjust the labels correctly to each item. I was greeted immediately by a man with blonde hair (I'm sorry I didn't get your name), who was very nice and helped me immediately. Maria and Jeff worked with my mom on the east coast to ship a very heavy and awkward mattress from San Diego. I had a package to return. I'm 70 years old and not very tech savvy, but I printed out pages of instructions from smile.amazon.com which is the easiest way ever to donate to the ASPCA. Just do your shopping through Amazon by going to smile.amazon.com and they donate money for you. You don't pay an extra penny. I walked into the UPS Store with my package which was open and had the printed out instructions sticking out all over the place. I also had my wallet with me, fully expecting to pay a bundle to have this package shipped back. Joleen, the wonderful lady behind the desk, took one look, tore something here, affixed something there, inserted a paper inside the package, and said, "All done." And it didn't cost me a penny. Great customer service! I was in and out in less than 5 mins! The lady is great at multitasking

I always come here since its 1 minute away from my house. But the last shipment i dropped off was a nightmare. I run an online store and my customer was completely upset since the package did not ship out till 3 WEEKS. I called to make sure that it did not get lost in the UPS store and the lady who I spoke to was extremely rude and did not even bother to look in the store. She kept telling me to go to USPS and when I went there, they said the package hadn't even been scanned yet for pickup! It wasn't until I complained to ups again and then next day I see the package was shipped. Completely disappointed because they did not want to take responsibility for the misplacement nor did they even bother to look for the package and just kept telling me to talk to USPS when it hadn't even made it to USPS. I do not recommend shipping here if it is their fault. They will somehow make you believe its yours and they have nothing to do with it. read more
