Athena is awesome!! Helped me do my physical card finger printing which was a whole process. They had someone on site which was great as I was a walk in and needed it done asap. I called different UPS locations and 3 told me their certified person was not workin Bring your ID, it's $35 per card at this location. I think if you go through local law enforcement it's only $15 per card. read more

Totally disrespectful. It was apparent that the customer servicer did not want to be of help. I was the second or third person that left in a huff. Her tone and her comment made it clear she didn't want to help. She was condescending boarding on rude. I don't work there so I'm not sure of all the qualifications for shipping. So it could have been a better experience for me if she merely had to explain what was needed and the cost so I could make my own decision. I was returning a few packages to Amazon and the man, of Indian decent I believe, was so rude. One of my packages did not register on the reciept and I asked if he could double check it. He said it was there. Again, I asked if I could double check it. He got an attitude with me, and threw the receipts down on the counter in front of me. I asked for his name, he refused to give it. Then I asked for the managers name and he said what do you want it for? I asked again and he refused to give me the managers name. He told me he was not going to give it to me. I had to get the information from the Raley's store manager. read more

Gavin O'Reilly was so polite and helpful on 12-6-25 when I returned my six Amazon packages. He patiently took the time to explain how to tell when I need to provide a bag versus UPS providing it. He also showed me on my iPhone how to change a store location because one of mine was wrong. It was so refreshing to get such excellent customer service because that is something far and few these days. Came here about 30min to closing on a Sunday, even though the line was long and we had to wait about 15-20 min we remained patient as there was only 1 guy working, we felt so bad for him having to handle the high volume of people all by himself. Kudos to BJ Smith (I think that's his name) for keeping calm, collected and patient with the customer that kept coming up and asking him questions about their order they needed help with while trying to get through the line with everyone's Amazon returns. Do not go to this location. The African American guy was rude and handled my package without care. I noticed after he scanned my package, he tossed it into a corner and threw other bigger packages/boxes on top. So when my package arrive at its location it was smashed and destroyed. That will be my first and last time shipping from this horrible location. read more

Worst experience ever. This Jayson Ventura greeted me with an unwelcoming tone. Started conversation with, so I will need to SCRUTINIZE your document so you need to be sure that you know what your document is. Instructed me to read the title of my document and tell him a summary of it. I stated that there is a cover sheet (I need my document apostilled) and the document itself. And questioned me "so do you need 2 document to be notarized" I told him I am not sure if the coversheet needs to be notarized as well. He said "do you have the number of the state, cause If you are not sure I need to contact them". I stayed there for 30minutes cause he is arguing that I kept changing what I said, never helped to figure out anything but only pointed out that I should say I am not sure. It was my first time getting a document Notarized plus apostilled afterwards. Instead of helping he just argued for the whole time. Would not recommend and would not comeback unless its a different staff. read more

Completely agree with the review that's posted on here. Customer service lacks support/service. This location is located inside the Raley's in Elk Grove. Convenience wise 10/10, everything else 1/10. When I got here the person at the counter named Juan Nunez was "helping" an older lady. I quoted helping because he didn't seem to help her. When it was my turn, there was no greetings and his voice and body language gave me the "why are you here" vibe. He had a blank face and monotoned voice. It's like he didn't wanna be there which to me, he seemed like he was just chillin. He's sitting on a stool in a not so busy afternoon. I was sending a small item out and when he was asking me questions, he mumbles so I would have to ask him to repeat what he's saying. He asked for the address where I'm sending the item to, I gave him my phone so it's easier for him, he hands it back with no thank you or any acknowledgment. Juan Nunez's customer service was not great nor good at all. It seems like he hates his job. I prefer other UPS locations as the employers are actually nicer, they're on their feet willing to help. Unlike Juan Nunez who just sits there all day but can't even give even an OKAY customer service. read more

They really need to train their employees, I went there today and the lady behind the counter was not professional at all. She didn't know the simplest transaction. She called her co worker twice to get help and for her to tell me to go to the other location. I wasted 20 minutes there for nothing, had to rush to the other location before they closed with only five minutes to spare. The other location took less than a minute to complete my transaction. Please provide better training to your staff especially customer service, she acted like she didn't care about the customer and offered no apology or any kind of assistance. read more

Worst UPS customer service I ever had, very very very slow and also stubborn. I tried to return the package from Amazon and I reused the shipping box, but I forgot to remove the batteries warning sticker. I tried to remove it but he said I couldn't use that box because of the sticker, I asked can I remove it now then he said even if you remove it, it is considered a suspicious package because I saw the sticker. First time to hear that since other up-store staff will help you with that. I ended up driving to other UPS stores to return using the same package box. Very disappointed with this UPS location. read more

I typically go to ups to print documents because I don't have a printer at home and because it's cheaper. I was in a rush doing errands one day, when I went to print something at the store. I think her name was Janna, but she was very comforting and was swift to print out the documents I needed. Despite the store being busy too, she made me feel less in a hurry and was very understanding of my time. read more
