This review is about notary services . The notary VICTORIA . Could not answer any of my questions. It seemed like she had no clue what she was doing or saying. Everything I would ask her she would say "I'm not sure about that " how is she a notary but has no clue what to do ? And doesn't know how to answer simple questions? read more

Just now reading your response to my complaint, and you are full of it. I came in with a pre paid return slip and the original box my small heater came in and you or she put the foam in it and tried to charge me $14. You or she did nothing to pack my item but add the foam and tape it closed. The amount and charge should have been disclosed before you/she did anything. How do you know I had the money? I should have said I didn't have, bet you'd think twice before pulling that stunt on anyone else. If you would have told me, we wouldn't be having this discussion becuz I would have checked you right then and there. She is a crook and I have not returned and don't plan to. I felt took by her on a Notary request before as well and I see you are having issues with that as well (overcharging people). Shame on this UPS Store- Sierra Lakes Village. read more

Ashley at the South Fontana Store #6176 (8/24/20 @ 4:10pm) is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient employee. I was returning a large bulky item to an Amazon third party seller and I didn't know the process as all other returns to Amazon have had reprinted return labels (scan, drop & go). Ashley is an absolute wonderful asset to UPS. This is the type of person who deserves positive recognition and financial compensation for her outstanding work. Could not have been more unhappy with my service today. I went in twice today to ship packages. Both times the staff (of which there were at least six working behind the counter) insisted that I had incorrect information regarding the packages. I sold independently through Amazon and tried to ship to buyers. Staff informed me that I should have an Amazon printable label (not true) to return my items (not listening to my explanation that I was not attempting to return anything to Amazon. I left both times without sending the packages. What a nightmare. I will never use this location again. read more

Really crumby customer service. They made many mistakes for a simple binding. I understand people make mistakes and it's okay, but they could not even apologize except for an abrupt "sorry for the wait" at the end of my visit. Then to top it off I had to come all the way back because they kept my usb file. When I called, the worker said "yep I'm looking at it" like I left it there but the woman kept it behind the counter in their computer. I will not be coming back for any services. I have a mailbox at the store and have interacted with Geraldine on several occasions and have always found her to be quite pleasant and professional. Today I was in the store to pay my renewal and watching her handle four customers all at the same time, one person faxing, one person copying, one person mailing something out, and me, paying my renewal, was very impressive. She was so kind to everyone and was serving all of us with a smile and without a sweat. UPS store, do everything you can to hold on to this one, she is a gem! read more

This will be the first and last time I use this UPS drop off The girl that was handling my return product for Amazon did not do what she was supposed to do I dropped my package off to be sent back April 30, 2021 Friday at 12:18 P.m. whatever she did wrong with my package it ended up coming back to my house the next day Saturday at 4:55 PM I had to ask the driver why my package came back he said the girl in the office Did not do her job right she covered up the return label and did not write a few things on the package I have cameras on my house that recorded the conversation with me and the UPS driver also I have receipts now my package is missing I called Amazon and they said they have not received Any confirmation on the package being picked up or sent out So now my refined is sitting in limbo cannot buy my daughter a dresser $300 and something dollars So for those of you that pick this store to drop off your packages or send packages through this specific store I would advise you to use another drop off location They need more training at this location. My hard earned money is being played with hopefully they find it and her supervisor looks into the situation read more

I used to always go to this store to drop off my pre-paid packages. I was there last monday dropping of a package containing a very expensive item. I realized on Friday that there was no tracking info online. I went back today to ask what was going on and they had no answers and no suggestions on what I should do because for drop off packages they do not provide a receipt. Since I don't have a receipt I cannot put in an insurance claim even though I paid the extra insurance. Need less to say I will not be dropping of packages here any more read more

I went there to resolve a shipping issue and the manager Chris there was SO nice, I had problems at another UPS location and hey basically told me it's not their store not their problem, so when I went to this location the staff was super friendly and super nice. The assistant manager Chris was very understanding and very apologetic to this shipping misunderstanding! I will now use this location rather than my other normal one! read more

Omg im the first lol awesome. so im a college student and had to return my the textbooks. it was my first time renting textbooks so i didnt know that i had to bring a certain paper that allowed me to get free return shipping. i also took a 30 min bus ride there and couldnt go back so i was sad but luckily the employee allowed me to use the store computer to print it. all in all glad i went great service and turned my frown upside down :) read more

Everyone is warm and friendly it seems like they never have any bad days because they're all so Happy! They greet you with a smile and make you forget whatever the weather is like outside it's always bright and sunny in their office!!! Wendy, Geraldine, Melanie and Sarah always take charge as soon as you enter the door! You will hear a warm "Welcome" as you walk in and before you know it they are at your Service! Whether they're busy or not they will run from the back quickly assist you without you feeling rushed or neglected in any way. They make sure you get exactly what you're coming there for and they will even go above and beyond to let you know that they will be there to assist you with your future needs as well. I had to send a fax the other day so I go to this store. When I get there, the owner asks me if I have a cover sheet. I tell her I already had a coversheet and she says ok. Then she gives me a sheet of paper and tells me to fill it out. I assume it's for their records so I do. She asks me how many sheets I'm faxing and I tell her. After she grabs the sheets from me and begins faxing them, she tells me I forgot to count the coversheet. Thats when I noticed she didn't take the coversheet I came in with. Now im confused be, but I wait. When it's done faxing, she tells me my total is $14. I'm actually shocked it cost that much, but nothing I can do because it's been faxed. So I pay and she gives me a receipt. When I get in the car I look at receipt and she charged me $2.00 to use their coversheet even though I clearly told her I had one! I'm a business owner myself, and I understand they probably don't have a good profit margin on the service so they need to markup supplies, but that was just flat out dishonest and theft.
