This UPS Store has been a God send! Whenever I need to send a quick fax or need to mail a package, this is the place I go. The local post office closes at 4:00; a little too early for me sometimes, so I just go to UPS. The young lady Geraldine Diaz was so nice, helpful and friendly. I really appreciated all her tips and ideas that were given to me. She made me feel valued and not rushed. I have shopped at this UPS store multiple times and each time very impressed with the Store Manager named Chris. He is very supportive of his Service Team. He automatically pitches in when the line is long or not moving along. Today I walked in with two return packages for Amazon. There were a few people in front of me. He immediately asked me if I had a Amazon return, motioned me over to a special kiosk, checked in my packages and gave me my receipt. I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes. I have worked in the Customer Service profession for 40+ years. One of thing I watch for when I shop is how the employees are treated, their attitudes, and supported by management.
