This UPS location always does a fantastic job serving all of our needs! We do a lot of returns here, as well as some regular mailing. Everyone that works there does their job really well and is very nice. When the line is long, the wait typically isn't very long bc they work together efficiently. The staff at this location are always friendly. One recent visit the gentleman instructed me to hang on to confirmation slip as one of their systems were down. Of course, package was delivered as expected but appreciated the gentleman warning me. Nowadays, customer service is hard to come by so grateful. Significantly slower and handling large volumes of customers and Amazon returns. Highly recommend going to other UPS locations, Kohls, or Whole Foods for any return needs. Given their employees multiple chances because this location is close to my gym, but it's become unreasonable how slow they move in comparison to other places. read more

We count on this ups store for our small business shipping. James is the best. He knows us when we come in and has a routine to help us with our UPS and USPS packages. Honestly I never want to go to other locations because this location is the fastest and has the best customer service. This location is very convenient except I wish they were open later. The staff are usually nice and they process my Amazon returns quickly.

Great experience and excellent customer service at this particular location. The guy that helped me was patient as I tried to figure out an Amazon return to which I had a code a week before, but was switched to a regular return label when I tried to pull it at the store. He was very friendly and made me feel like he had all the time to help me finish a mundane task, he even pointed out to the cheapest mailer to send said returns and made sure everything matched up. Since my last visit, it's quite clear that service is improving, speed and efficiency is getting better, and the friendliness is still there but not overbearing and time-consuming. Not friendly nor helpful. Granted, my purchase was only going to be just a couple of $ since all I needed was extra postage for a thick letter, but you would think a business would welcome any business and all customers. I work for a large company out of my home office so I do ship quite a bit of UPS packages. I will make sure I drop them off elsewhere. This is probably the friendliest, most helpful staff at a packing/shipping/printing store. They are always accommodating, help me minimize cost and are patient when I have multiple packages to send. Alan is the store manager in this location. His store is absolutely outstanding, every time and for every service I have used them for. I drop my important US Postal Service outbound mail there and got the required dependability that's missing at my local drop box. I had sale signage made up for a renovated house.
