This location's employees are very helpful and pleasant every time I come in. Both registers are always staffed. Receipts are given with every transaction and supplies are offered if you didn't come in with what you need to fulfill your transaction. It's very organized and clean throughout the facility. The only drawback for me is that during busy times, personal boundaries maybe invaded a little. read more

5 stars for speed and efficiency 3 stars for making the customer feel welcomed, remembered and special. Use this location because it is just around the corner from my home. It is convenient and seems to always be busy. But I never feel completely comfortable in the store. With few exceptions the people who work there feel like animatronics. I personally don't think you should tell anyone to smile. That said, a smile does add warmth to the transaction and encourages a relational environment. It would be nice to be recognized by more than one person since I ship there fairly regularly. You don't need to know my name but just some form of recognition. Efficient flow. They move you through the process. There is no lingering over small talk, they don't participate in that type of nonsense. You will be in and out quickly. Shipping is expensive but I believe that is typical of the industry. Overall they get the job done. Nothing special. No reason to make this your go to place other than convenience but if you do go here, they will take care of you in a fluid, quick, detached, almost clinical method. read more

This was always such a great store but now it's either under new ownership or Management. It's like the store service was remodeled with the remodel. The Manager (an older lady) sat in the back watching as the line was to the door. The young man who helped me, upsized my purchased box creating more cost for shipping. The other associate was so unpleasant and ignored people when they wished her a nice day or said thank you. This location has many seniors that use it and some kindness and respect would go a long way. The previous team was always attentive and happy no matter how long the line got. The staff here are lazy and slow. You can either plan your visit around their busy hours, or be prepared to wait in a long line for a long time. The worst part is that the staff can see that the line is going out the door. They can see that the store is getting so crowded with waiting people that we're violating COVID safety guidelines. They see the anguished looks on all our faces, but yet they waddle around the store, slowly filling out forms, measuring boxes, and so on. If you have another option, drop off your packages at a different UPS Store. Even if it's 10 minutes out of the way, you will likely save yourself time. read more

Every time I call this location a woman answers, and says UPS please hold & immediately puts you on hold. Just out of curiosity, I dropped off packages, and was the only one when I left the store. I called just to see if I would get the same Please hold response. I did. SO NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE AND THEY STILL ANSWER AND TELL YOU TO HOLD AND WILL LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 minutes. read more

UPS have lost their mind. They are charging $2.39 to print one black and white - regular paper. FedEx charges .19 cents. What is wrong with them? They made so much money during COVID 19 - delivering packages to those in quarantine, we don't see the need to gouge prices now that the economy is starting to re-open. Ripoff!! First of all, I am not a complainer and most cases I just move on when I experience poor service. Unfortunately I felt uncomfortable, rushed and she most definitely was not going to do me any favors. Her tone and demeanor said it all! I have never had a problem with any UPS store ever and I return Amazon packages regularly. They have always been helpful and go the extra mile. Not this store at all!!! I had my hands full and I felt rushed because people came in behind me. She was annoyed with me because apparently my screen needed to be brighter to capture the code. I've NEVER had this problem at any other UPS Store so that was extremely odd. One of my packages was to be boxed and labeled by me. I missed it and she was most definitely not going to help me out at all. Her response and answers were very short and rude. I'm sure I had a frustration tone in my voice toward the end. I felt the need to very stern with my answers in return also. I will not be returning to this store for anything. I am an active amazon buyer and have a lot of returns, this is my choice of store for the last 6 years since I moved to Frisco. For the last few times service has gone bad. I went in to drop two packages. After an hour I remembered I had left an extra item in one of the packages. Rushed back to see if there is a way to get that item back. I showed the receipt which was printed an hour ago, it had two order number on it. The guy asked me which package was it since they had a lot of boxes at the back. I understand this is something these guys are doing out of courtesy but with looking at the order number there is no way I can tell which package is which, one of them rolled his eyes and fired up resulting in a loud argument. People could probably hear us outside of the store. "Is this how you talk to your costumers?" as a response, he said: "OR WHAT?" and things heated up. I don't wanna put the whole 5 mins argument here, anyway, He walked out grabbing some package. Other guy came to rescue, helped me, and I walked out out the store. 6 long years, never been treated like this in this store. I saw a couple of similar comments below saying manager was rude, I guess they don't care or else they would have replied back with an explanation or an apology. This is to you Mr. Employee/Manager: " You don't have to be rude, work can be fun if you treat your customer the way they are supposed to be treated. There is a UPS store nearer to my home, but after some disappointments with equipment I neede not working and the lackluster customer service. The drive to this store isn't inconeniet due to the excellent customer service and I have never encountered equipment working. They are always accommodating to any needs I present.
