Tara ended up having to take over while Suzy helped the growing line of customers. I apologized and offered to wait if she wanted to help the other customers. She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful. What can I say any different than what you already know or have experienced at FedEx. This location…read moreis one of the main hubs here in the Alliance area. Surrounded by Bell Helicopter and American Airlines hubs as well. You can catch many flights being departed here on a regular bases for freight and package shipments. At this location theres on duty clerks to assist with package shipping and handling. On the day of this visit I was her for the annual Alliance Airshow. It is held every year in October around the first weekend or the second from Saturday to Sunday normally with the hours of 9 til 5 approximately. When coming out it is always a mess with traffic so plan early for good spots. Parking ranges about $20 but there are lots of free spaces around and near the area to park and view if your not wanting to pay for parking. Lots of good vendors and activities for you and the kiddos. The staff at FedEx are very nice and professional with their services and transportation to and from the grounds. Every year this event gets bigger and better. I guess you can say that this FedEx stands out from the others with having such a good and fun event for you to attend every year.
