Special kudos to Deb for helping make this shipment possible. I had driven over two hours to pick up my product to have it shipped. They did not have the proper box size to accomodate my product, so she suggested a frankenbox, which I did not even know was a thing. Deb assisted me with packing the product and custom make a box for my product to fit in. On top of that, Deb even helped ensure that the fragile product was not only wrapped and packaged tightly for safety, but that the frankenbox itself was properly taped and secured. I was instructed to take it to UPS and they would box it and return it, no additional effort was needed on my part. So I stopped by the Post & Parcel and was not disappointed. I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.

They sold me a $200 gift card and charged 7.95 activation fee, I get the card and it was never activated. They did let me return it and said to me that it happens all the time. It's a system issue. So from now on I will activate the card while I'm in the store. Overall it's not the worst location but surely not the best.

Once your item is handed over, it effectively disappears into a black hole. There is zero visibility, zero responsibility, and zero customer care. International delivery with no tracking in this day and age is unacceptable. When things inevitably go wrong, there is no way to trace parcels, no meaningful support, and no resolution. Just generic responses and complete indifference while your goods -- and money -- vanish. This service is unreliable, outdated, and unfit for international shipping.
