NEW MANAGEMENT-this is the closest shipping facility to my house I recently went in the other day and realized it wasn't the same regular woman worker that I was used to. The new worker is very friendly and provides face/hands on service as soon as I walk in the door. I had to go their twice this week and noticed a new environment and better change. I used their overnight shipping ($25) and notary (8) I'd advise using this facility for shipping services. read more

The worst customer service ever. I needed to return a uverse box and got there 40 minutes before the store closed. I was the only customer in the store. Kylie refused to give me a receipt because apparently it's a long process to give a customer a receipt. She informed me that she was the only employee in the store other than her boss. I would pay the extra $2 on gas to drive to another store nearby rather than to deal with this store's "customer service". I hope Megha Patel (boss) hires more competent employees that will deliver the necessary customer service that any guest deserves when handling business transactions. read more

The previous owner was good but a little disorganized, harder to work with but with Binny I like coming here over shipping thru US mail or using FedEx, very social, pleasant doesn't give you that DMV attitude, and always will give you what you need over what you want which I respect. This is my go to UPS store! I work full time and never can be home for packages so I send it here for pick up. They're open late so even after all the traffic I still get here when they're open. I also have a lottttt of Amazon returns lol and I also choose to come to this one vs the one closer to my job. So they see me a lot. I'm now moving across the county and everyone here have been moreeeee than helpful. Great store, they have everything, great employees and the manager is wonderful! read more

No stars.. The worst customer service ever. The staff did not make an effort to help. I asked her if she can track my package and she told me to do it on my phone. My package was supposed to be held there but She couldn't find it. It seemed like i was disturbing her from doing something. She told me to call her boss tomorrow. I have paid for shipping and this is the kind of service I'm getting. I am thinking of complaining to the corporate if possible. My advise do not go to this location. I have used this facility for quite sometime and overall the service has been quite good. This rating, however, is for my most recent visit, 2/13/19. Long story short...my receipt indicated the clerks name is Bailey. All I wanted to do was purchase stamps and mail my business size letter containing 5 pages. The clerk smiled cluelessly and shook his head in response to my questions. He charged me $1.67 for a FC Package with Tracking. It was obvious he did not understand what I was asking. read more

A few times now I've needed banners for events & they were able to get them printed super-fast and they were great quality too! I've been a P.O.Box owner for a while & I love it. it really bad when you go in a business and hope for them to be honest and there not. i ask how much it was going to be to send a box to senegal and she quotes me a price that was ok. then the young indian girl started to check prices of other shipper , which how can you do .......but they were way higher of course. to make a long story short i trusted her to be honest and she lied dhl and post office was way cheaper. just be honest and i will ship to you. post offices is 40 and she was 72. dont go here the scam.................. read more

As the secretary of a small tool and dye company that ships a lot of products out, I had an excellent experience with a last minute delivery that needed to arrive in 24 hours. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Definitely has been through some major change in management as they are now open during lunch which means I don't need to drive to another city to drop off our shipments!!!!! I sent an important document via certified mail through the UPS store. After 1 week neither UPS or the USPS had any tracking on it in the system and had to look for it manually. I made several visits to the store to check on it but they did not get back to me on the status. It was finally delivered after 9 days with no one informing me. It may have been mostly the fault of the USPS but the lack of system tracking and follow up seems poor in my opinion. In a separate incident a notary at the store put the wrong date on a certification and we had to go back and have it done over, a big inconvenience. I would not do anything important through this store, it may be OK for minor stuff. read more
