I've been going to thus UPS store for about 3 years and the service is amazing. The employees are so helpful and nice. Elisa & Bryan offered excellent service. I spent a little over an hour at the store as I had to ship international and get something notarized, but due to the excellent customer service and personalities at the store it felt more like 20 minutes. They are nice when you finally get up to the counter, this is NOT about people. They are NOT smart as a business because they do not adapt to the situation. They should have 2 lines, one for quick transactions that already have a barcode, and one for everything else. I called and a young lady named Amber assisted me answering all my questions over the phone. (I was looking for an alternative to going all the way across town to Staples). She gladly answered all my questions and said she would be waiting for me and would be happy to assist me. When I arrived at the store, she greeted me and as soon as I pointed out about the lamination, she gracefully and with a smile said oh yes Mr. Joe, thank you for coming in. She went along and assisted me and then went above and beyond and provided additional service by assisting me in cutting the lamination and helping me with the fine little details. She made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the service provided (which I definitely was) and didn't treat me as just another person but as someone who truly appreciates my business. Fast forward to a few days later... I have an amazon return and as soon as I walk in the door with my son, she says Hi Mr Joe, what can I do for you today. It is very nice when the customer service associates provide just that. Customer Service. I will DEFINITELY go to this location to get whatever I need over traveling to Staples. It is worth the little higher price (if there is one, I am not sure of all their fees, but it doesn't matter, with the quality of their customer service) and they have absolutely earned my continued future business. This store has a systemic issue. No matter where they are in the strip mall the staff is unaware of how to do their job. Always long lines. The staff especially Geneavee has no ability to provide any kind of customer service with kindness. She is just barely getting through her daily job with an attitude of absolutely not wanting to be there. Her lack of communication skills and only the ability to make a single hand gesture to get your attention. She then proceeds with what she thinks you want instead of asking and having a conversation. The other staff usually are standing around with blank looks on their faces. The thought of saying can I help you is absent from their vocabulary. Retail can be brutal but if you start your day hating your job and your customers you should look for another job instead of making others around you as miserable as you are! read more

I frequent this store because it is the closest one to me. A couple weeks ago, I needed a paper laminated and the lady helping me told me it needed to be warmed up. After about 5-10 minutes she laminated it for me. When I arrived at the venue I needed it for, I discovered the whole right side had come apart. I needed up ironing it closed again in my hotel room. When I got back into town, I was in the store and decided to mention it for future reference. The store clerk Rosie, was very helpful and apologetic and gave me a voucher for another free lamination in the future. I don't normally give a lot of reviews, but felt a need to post my thoughts and defend this location from some of people's unreasonable expectations. As a business owner, I have boxes at multiple UPS locations, and while this location can sometimes have long wait times, it is also seems to have way higher foot traffic than all the other locations combined. It may because of its location in town, or maybe the availability of UPS stores themselves in the area, but I am always blown away by how many people use this little store. That said, every time I am in there, the staff is kind, courteous, and don't seem to sweat the endless barrage of people coming in. If your comparing it to going to FedEx or a small pack and ship store where there is only maybe two customers in there at any one time, then yes, it will feel a little overwhelming, and maybe slow. That simply isn't the store's fault, and i honestly feel the staff and team do everything they can to accommodate the hundreds of people, some which are quite impatient and grumpy, that come in every day. They literally offer more services than the post office, yet average wait time per person seems to me to be about the same. For those that are super frustrated or upset, I don't want to downplay your experience, as we are all humans and we all make mistakes (Lord knows I have). I simply ask to put yourself in their shoes and maybe try to extend them grace for doing their best at a job that most people would struggle or even fail at. I went to the UPS store to try returning a package that a seller on Amazon had sent. Amazon would not take the package, so I was forced to send it directly to the seller, which would have cost me half of what I had paid for it. this place is becoming a disaster on the upcoming holidays. lines are lines but when they allow people to keep cutting in front like their question is more important than everyone else thats been waiting in line for 40 min is crazy. when the customer ask their question they then stay up front and cut everyone like theyre first in line now! terry straight up allowed it until a few of us said unacceptable get where you were! the manager with the shaved side head came strolling in like there isnt 50 people out the door than sat in the back for 20 minutes. i am not saying she had business to tend to but all these people in line and she was in no hurry by her body language to assist. this place needs new management and better flow process!! this isnt the salon or coffee shop, stop taking extra minutes to ask the customer about their families up coming vacations.. hows martha doing etc and speed up the process and be respectful of everyones time as we are respectful of yours! read more
