this place is becoming a disaster on the upcoming holidays. lines are lines but when they allow people to keep cutting in front like their question is more important than everyone else thats been waiting in line for 40 min is crazy. when the customer ask their question they then stay up front and cut everyone like theyre first in line now! terry straight up allowed it until a few of us said unacceptable get where you were! the manager with the shaved side head came strolling in like there isnt 50 people out the door than sat in the back for 20 minutes. i am not saying she had business to tend to but all these people in line and she was in no hurry by her body language to assist. this place needs new management and better flow process!! this isnt the salon or coffee shop, stop taking extra minutes to ask the customer about their families up coming vacations.. hows martha doing etc and speed up the process and be respectful of everyones time as we are respectful of yours! read more

FIND ANOTHER UPS .. What a customer service MESS. One employee at the counter - the service line was out the door. Another employee on the phone (somewhere in the place) talking so loud you can hear her giggling to some man. He was so loud you could hear him too, Chit Chatting nonsense. A LOCATION BURSTING WITH CUSTOMERS and this chick is giggling to some no face on the phone. THEN - the Counter girl disappeared. NO explanation. Not even the courtesy of telling us on line how long it would take. When she finally came back she let a girl who just walked in CUT IN LINE to ask questions about a label .. But wait ... it gets worse. The phone rang and you know how addicted people are to their phones .. The Counter girl LEFT HER CUSTOMER at the counter to answer the phone, and disappeared again. BELIEVE IT. That's when I left .. ENOUGH! PHONES have priority over HUMAN BEINGS in customer service!! Well, at this UPS it does. Want to waste your precious time? Store was very crowded on a Saturday morning with most people having Amazon returns. Staff was as fast and efficient as can be, so line went fairly quickly. Only complaint was the outside door handle was dirty and grimey, as if it hadn't been cleaned this year. read more

Still can't stand this place. Can never get out in less than 30 minutes. The ladies talk more to each other than the customers and they take phone calls and fix those while there's a line out the door. read more

The new staff at this store is horrible. Teresa (not Terry) is rude and nasty. Lines are always too long and the employees can't prioritze. Carrie was great, Terry is amazing and Bryan are very helpful. The rest of the staff, especially Teresa are bad. Teresa takes the cake. Always moody and rude. Love this UPS store! I had to send out a package via 2-day shipping and came into the store close to the 6pm closing time. Rosie and Ryan were amazing! They both went above and beyond to get my package shipped out. Ryan printed the shipping label quickly and accurately. While doing this, he let Rosie know that I needed the package sent out right away and she chased down their delivery/shipping guy and had him wait while she taped my package and attached the label. Meanwhile, Ryan was finishing processing my payment. Great teamwork - and they did it all with smiles on their faces. This is definitely the UPS location to go to in town read more

Shipped Christmas package to grandchildren from this store who put the wrong label on the box and shipped my box to the wrong recipient who in turned opened the box and stoled the gift before returning it to the store...because it was cash the store refuses to take any responsibility as they now tell me it's illegal to send cash. I paid over $50 in shipping, of which they also refused to refund because they had to pay to "re ship" the box to my grandchildren...Because of their mistake my grandchildren are out $200... most upset that they are taking no responsibility...even with the insurance we paid for...will never thrust this store again read more

The people here are real decent...I lost my key to my mail box and they replaced it free talk about awesome marketing and building customer loyalty... I had an ongoing dispute over magazine delivery an employee asked me to stop doing it -that is shoving the magazines back into their work area and she was reasonable but if I did as she advised take them out of the box and dispose of the magazines properly. I was caught in a bind if I did as she requested that mean acceptance of something I do not know who ordered. Quality and you can count on it - this review was written by a customer from hell-I found who sent this magazine menace and charged back but they still send them ... Since they gave me a free set of keys I will give them the magazines and wil deliver them to the counter...I like these folks. read more

Just want to give a shout out to this UPS store. Came in to return a few things, and I don't usually return items, and I was not very familiar with how everything works. Bryan helped me, and he was so helpful, patient, professional, and thorough with my transaction. He walked me through every step, and not once made me feel like I was a nuisance or dumb for not knowing certain things. Very pleasant experience. Amazing service and Love the atmosphere. Although its the holidays and it can get really busy, they are doing their best to get everyone in and out as fast as their computer system allows them. I had an incident where I dropped off a package I sold on the internet, but found out the person receiving it was not going to pay me for my goods, so I reacted quickly to try and retrieve it back before it went further down the pipeline. I talked to the manager, and she was just really helpful and informative. I learned that once you drop off a package to UPS, it's their responsibility now and they can't release the package back to the sender. Unfortunate but those are the rules and thats their policy which you have to respect. She became proactive with the case during my moment of panic, and figured out a solution to get the package back to me. It just meant a lot that she went the extra mile to do that to ensure that the package will be back in my hands. Thank you again! read more

I originally was disappointed that when I went to purchase my post office box that I had to pay for the next size up as the small standard on I requested was shine when I went to pay for it. The service was great though, I was always treated with courteousness and happy smiling faces. So I rate the customer service as excellent. read more

Terry was beyond helpful. I had been to the UPS store in Murrieta earlier that day and the lady who works in Murrieta was rude and not willing to help me out. I went to the Hemet store and Terry helped me get my return to Amazon and was patient as I had to call Amazon to fix my label (Murrieta did not relay to me that I had to call Amazon to have a new label emailed to me). Wow. How can customer service be that bad at a UPS store. I went in on the morning of 8/14/2018 to drop off a package that already had a pre-printed return label. The person at the counter, Kari, with her mouth full of food abruptly said drop it on the scale. She then printed out the receipt and almost threw it at me with a here you go. She might as well just said get the hell out of here, since it was painfully obvious she didn't want to be bothered with customers. I guess when you're the only game in town it's acceptable to have a crappy attitude. read more

I love having something close and convenient to home so I came here for a notary and help with a package and a gentlemen by the name of John helped me. He was so sweet helped me in a timely manner and even joked with me cause he saw I was frustrated with all the things I had to get done. When we were finished I thanked him and couldn't help but notice he looked a little down himself, I asked if he was okay and he said he had some health concerns and he'll be okay. So I told him he needs to take sometime off and prayed for him, he was so professional and considerate of my worries even though he had some of his own. I was in the area teaching my students, and stopped in here to ship a letter. The first thing I saw was an older Man in the corner all over a younger woman, it looked a little weird to me. The older Man and the much younger woman whom both made failed attempts to serve me were very rude and unfriendly. Just a little customer service goes a long way and they had none. These people will charge you and tell you that your package will be delivered on a specific date and time if you pay for next day shipping. THEY ARE LYING. Don't pay for expedited shipping. They will not delivery your package on time and refuse to refund. Cooperate using COVID-19 as an excuse. I will never do business with them again. Poo read more
