I have been to this UPS location multiple times these past two weeks, with time sensitive legal documents. I always come in stressed and leave relaxed because of the service I am provided. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Teresa AND Kate. THEY ARE BOTH INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND RESOURCEFUL!! I am sad to say, but I am shocked by exceptional service. They carefully review what I need notarized and faxed/or copied, check for errors and help me fix them. I am so used to people just telling me to come back when I have fixed my mistakes. NOPE, not them. Also, I usually come in right before closing time. They never stress about the time nor do they check their watches. They work with me till my papers are 100% perfect. I am beyond impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend these two girls to anyone needing UPS type service. read more

I was shocked when I found out that the valley girl who was annoyed when she had to get off the phone with her friend to help us, was actually the store manager. One of her employees had to ask her come help us... as there were three customers in the store and only two employees. I did not feel bad that my presence interrupted her phone call. That actually happened on both of my visits that day. Other than that my experience was as expected. read more

Sad is all I can say. I had 3 pushy UPS employees try to sell me a bigger box that would cost $40 more in shipping costs. They were trying to tell me the one I had was not adequate. The same item I was shipping was previously sent to me in the same kind of box I was using but with no packing from 3000 miles away by UPS and it was delivered just fine. I was only shipping about 600 miles. Really? Can't someone just ship an item without a hassle. I never plan to go to that particular store again. read more

I returned an Amazon package on a Wednesday to them. The employee weighs it, scans my return code, and tells me to have a nice day. Doesn't give me a receipt. Weird, but whatever. They did the return and I should be good, right? Five hours later, my Amazon app says my package hasn't been returned. Called them Thursday. The girl keeps insisting that Amazon takes two weeks to give me a refund (opposed to the usual 2-5 hour refund and confirmation). Manager gets on the phone and tells me that if the package hasn't been scanned in, it will be by either Friday or Monday. If not, I can come in to see if they still have it. Monday night, nothing. I was over it and wanted to cancel my return so I contact Amazon and tell them my dilemma. They said they never received any notification from that specific UPS store that I was returning my package and happily canceled my return. This morning, I get on the phone and ask the guy if he has a small package that's been at the store since Wednesday (at this point I'm too mad to drive over. If it's there, I wanna get confirmation before I waste time and gas). He asks me why I want to know. So... basically my package was still there. Oh boy, what a surprise. I go on and tell him what happened. He's upset, insisting that no UPS worker would simply not scan in my package so it has to be Amazon lost my package (I've done this process several times, and Amazon has only lost one. They at least told me they lost it and refunded me). I then go on saying that I canceled the return. The guy gets mad and goes on about how the package needs to go somewhere. I say goodbye and hang up. Needless to say, I'm pissed. Quick to blame someone else even with the evidence visible behind them. Don't waste your time here is my suggestion. read more

I read the bad reviews and expected to have mediocre service at best. To my surprise not only was the clerk (I wish I had her name, she was young with long dark hair) prompt and knowledgeable, but she helped me save money on my package by helping me repackage it. What a pleasant experience thanks to your clerk! I will defiantly be back to this location. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I've never met someone who's like the store manager Kate Myers, (Don't know how she gets the position and how she get qualified to be even working at this UPS store) It was a total nightmare. I went to the store yesterday and trying to ship some very important documents overseas, the girl who was at the store at that time told me that the carrier will come and pickup the mail same day and she will send me the tracking number shortly. So I left the store at noon, but when I called at 5:30PM, they just informed me that "oh, there are some problems with their system and they will come pick up tomorrow and our store manager Katie will fix it first thing in the morning" Ok fine, I waited till this morning at 9 AM (1 hour after their store opens) called again, Kate Myers said :"Oh no, I just can't help you right now, I have 10 customers waiting for me to help and I can't give you any promises that I will send you in an hour or so" So I went straight to the store in 10 minutes, saw she was slowly helping just one lady with a small package...Are you seriously telling me that you have 10 customers waiting for you to help??? NOT TO EVEN MENTION THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COMPLETE THE WORK FOR ME YESTERDAY. I don't know what to say but to require to talk to the owner, and she said the owner is not available, so I said then I will just wait in your store. And then she started saying that she will call the police...and I quote, "I will call the police and I will" What kind of store manager say this to threaten a customer??????? From the beginning to the end, she did not apologize for the delay or said that she's sorry. She could care less about how important these documents are to me. I've already talked to the UPS retail customer relations and filed a complaint, this is the WORST customer service I've ever seen. I would strongly encourage people to go to other UPS stores, unless you want to be treated like nothing but a criminal!!!! read more

UPS Stores are franchises and individually operated. They are not ACTUALLY responsible for shipping your stuff. I recommend this one. The owner went above and beyond to help get a box I sent from her store to the destination after it was mysteriously returned to her by UPS. Kind staff and they packed everything correctly. read more

Great customer service and knowledgeable employees. Shipped 4 paintings each valued at $12,000 to my cousin in Dallas Texas. They packed each in a separate box and then told me because the store packed the paintings, if anything happened to them I would get the value of each of my paintings back along with the shipping and packing costs. I also found out they have the same retail prices as UPS and don't mark up their shipping, like Other retail,stores,that ship. I use two stores and they both have taken the time to train their employees. I didn't realize the stores are individually owned franchises. read more
