The agent was very rude and as soon as i dropped my package I knew it is going to be lost. like the store close to my home, however the black girl who works there is beyond rude. She has zero Customer skills she never smiles, or says hello to anybody if any walks in she never acknowledged the customer and acts like she's busy seriously everybody else in the store is nice except for her. My package was delivered to this store, I called twice and they said they didn't have it. I called the UPS 800 number and they told me the package was at this store. I went to this store and was helped by the black girl. She said they did not have it. I told her what the 800 UPS customer service told me, she said nothing and would not look for it. Worst customer service ever and very rude! I called the 800 number again while I was at the store and they repeated that my package was at this store. The black girl would not acknowledge or help, another employee spoke to the UPS 800 customer service. He looked for my package and found it on a nearby desk. Unfortunately i used this office .I have nothing against young people being on work but they should be supervised by someone experienced. I walked to this office and wanted to use UPS services again UPS services but great employee of this office decided to send my package with USPS . After 16 days there is no sign of delivery. Rudest staff I've ever encountered. I called before going to see if their notary was in, and I was told they'll be there until 5:30pm. I'm getting divorced and need my portion of my paperwork notarized and signed, so safe to say it's been quite the day. I arrived at 5:15-5:20. I walked in and the larger employee bluntly told me their notary left at 5:00. I told him I just called a few minutes ago and was told they'd be there until 5:30, and he rolled his eyes like he was caught in a lie because no one in this location seems like they want to work nor appreciates having a job. The other employee working (troll looking dude named Aubry) was even ruder to me and gave terrible attitude while assisting me. He kept rushing me and talked to me like I was an idiot for not immediately knowing which forms needed notarizing. Sorry, never been divorced before, call me an amateur. I even mentioned that I need divorce papers notarized, hoping it would change his tone to not be such a condescending little prick; but he's clearly too wrapped up in his bad mood to provide quality customer service. I don't use UPS stores often, and thank god for that. Never coming to this one again. I should've gone anywhere else. I know plenty of people looking for work and would be happy to take both employees' positions at this location. I'm a small business owner and I strive to always be polite to employees who are working because I want to be treated the same way. I paid $70 to ship an urgent document to Beijing, China on 12/06/2019. It was expected to arrive 12/10/2019. But it was late. I went to the store on 12/13/2019 to see what happened. The staff told me they will call manager to refund me. No reply since then. Eventually my package arrived on 12/19/2019, which is 9 days late. Ironically, the UPS could not finish the job so they paid another local express company to deliver the package. It is so late I missed the deadline. I went to the store on 12/26/2019 to seek refund. The staff said they can't help me but have to call a 800 number. I did 12/27/2019 but the representative said I have to go to store. Haha, very typical, right? I called the store again. Same staff was speaking very tough. He first said again I had to call 800 number. Then He said no refund because the delay is because of severe weather. Which is a lie. Because i found out it is delayed because there is a strike of workers. The strike started in 12/05/2019, ONE day before the store accepted my package. They should have advised me that, right? The UPS or their partner is terrible. This store is even worse. Both of them are rude and tough, I don't think I can get my deserved refund. Just warn you that this May happen to You one day. read more

WARNING: extra, faulty charges. I asked to print a label (single sheet b&w) and it cost $2.25 total. $2.00 for "1-25 min of computer time" and $0.25 for the actual paper. I didn't touch the computer, I just emailed the PDF to an associate to print. I go to UPS often and have never been charged for "computer usage" from ordering a print. Only this location does it. Upon research, every UPS is its own franchise and can choose to charge their own rates. If you plan on printing anything, go to another UPS that doesn't charge a faulty $2.00 "computer usage" fee. read more

This UPS store is located in Los Olivos in the same plaza as the Whole Foods next to the Taicha. They have a deadline of 5:45 PM according to their digital sign the last time I checked. It is superior to most other locations that offer an around 5:00 PM deadline, but when I went later in the day they had a longer line and fewer parking spaces and worse traffic in the parking lot. But it's not like I can buy food at Burger King on the other side of the plaza and walk over carrying huge boxes. Both dropping a package off and conducting a general transaction here went without issue, since I haven't heard my customers complain about the shipments I sent out here. read more

I called in like 7 minutes before closing to see if they were even open. It had them listed as closed on a Sunday and I just wanted to confirm their hours for future reference. I called and they picked up and told me their actual hours. They invited me to still come In which I went against cause I felt bad about it being close to clock-out time but they politely insisted. I was able to ship out my wedding related items and they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond with their customer service. I came in to get supplies for the Amazon box boy outfit(see images; it's great) and the manager, Jason, helped me after hours and fitted the cardboard box pieces to my arm, leg, and torso proportions. He used to work at Nordstrom so that was an amazing plus. Honestly, don't know what I would've done for my costume without him. I easily won the costume contest at work the next few days.
