I came into this UPS store with a difficult scanning job; they had to take apart a book to scan for me (mine, so no copywrite issues!). As a result of the binding materials, the pages were slightly crooked. This team spent, literally, days trying to straighten out over 300 pages. I was able to eventually confirm that the crooked pages would be fine for my purposes. The level of service here is incredible and I give this store my highest recommendation!! read more

I frequent this UPS Location often because it's closest to me; however, I will not be coming back. The lady who took me to process my Amazon return was rude and sassy to me for absolutely no reason. She was wearing colorful rainbow-esque eyeshadow. I was returning a package and she told me I needed a shipping box and then told me I also need to pay for shipping. This is all fine. It is what it is, but the way she spoke to me really was uncalled for and unnecessarily sassy. If you need to return an Amazon package, chose another option instead of this UPS location. Manager Freddy- The most disrespectful and dishonest individual. He charged me almost double what I pay every month. He was so rude and disrespectful and lied to me regarding the packaging. He also refused to package it in front of me. He is unprofessional, rude, double up-charged me what I always pay every month. This location has lost my business and I will certainly let my friends know as well! Avoid this location! To UPS.. it is in your best interest to get new management.. Manager Freddy is a liability. The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Irvine, California

In May 2025, I trusted this UPS Store to pack and ship a $5,000 custom-built PC and a 49" OLED monitor. Their staff specifically advised me not to pack the items myself, claiming they offered "professional packaging" with custom crates and full responsibility if anything happened. The shipment arrived severely damaged. The GPU was bent beyond repair, the water cooling loop destroyed, the monitor completely ruined. The store's representative (I remember his name as Freddy) called me personally, acknowledged the damage, and clearly promised full reimbursement. I relied on that promise in good faith and paused any legal action. UPS corporate later reimbursed me $2,267.08 -- far below the cost to replace what was destroyed. When I returned to the store, I was told it was no longer their problem, despite: Their packing failure Failure to provide the "signature required" delivery I paid for Their own verbal commitment to cover damages The store now claims their employee "misspoke" and wasn't authorized to make that promise. They've offered only a refund for shipping and handling, while refusing to take responsibility for the rest. I've since filed a complaint with the BBB, the FTC, and have initiated a California small claims lawsuit for full restitution. It didn't have to be this way. I was patient and gave the store weeks to do the right thing. They chose not to. I'm documenting the entire situation publicly so others don't suffer the same treatment. read more

The agent was very rude and as soon as i dropped my package I knew it is going to be lost. like the store close to my home, however the black girl who works there is beyond rude. She has zero Customer skills she never smiles, or says hello to anybody if any walks in she never acknowledged the customer and acts like she's busy seriously everybody else in the store is nice except for her.
