Excellent service!! Was greeted the moment I walked in with friendly smiles. I went in to have some tickets printed and they were friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented. I especially enjoyed chatting with Archie (trainee) while the other associate printed the tickets. Archie was very nice and personable. Definitely a nice and smart young man. Do not come here if you're getting a live scan. It's a big waste of time and money. The women helping me took such a long time scanning and rescanning my fingers. Not sure if she knew what she was doing. A few weeks later I received a letter from my alcohol license attorney stating my finger prints got rejected and was asked to return to the same place to get them redone. Upon arrival, I showed my letter and application, but that same woman refused to do my prints and made a fuss about not having a DOJ. Called my attorney and she said in all her years of working, she's never come across a need for a DOJ to get prints redone. She suggested I go to a different place even though I'd have to pay for it. He even went out of his way to contact UPS to help me find my package which should have been delivered to his store last week. I had faxed some papers to the irs for some annoying tax stuff and they lost them! I gave the ups store a call to confirm they went through which they did but the owner offered for me to come in anyways and he would send them in again for no charge! Very disappointed that I have been a customer for over 15 years with a mail box there, and they started returning packages if it had my wife's name on it, EVEN if my name was on it too. Missed getting several wedding presents that got returned. They charge an extra $60 a year to add my wife's name to the box. What a rip off and poor customer service to return items even when my name is on it!!! read more

Am also not sure why the negative reviews. I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. I've used them for notary public and printing. One positive event of note - I accidentally left my wallet by the computer. One of the associates found it and kept it safely for me. All the cash was still in it (which I gave to them in gratitude for not having to go through the hassle of replacing my CDL/credit cards). read more

I came in and asked for an estimate to pack and ship a small package, about 5 lb. The young lady there told me about $40. Then I told her I would come back the next day. The following day I return and a different person gave me an estimate of $60. I was clearly being taken for a ride. I walked out, went down the street to another place and got it shipped for $40. I have only been to this UPS Store twice, in which the first time I bought stamps. Apparently, they are non refundable and when I bought them the manager did not explicitly tell me. I was hesitant because I knew I might have needed to return the stamps, so I asked if they were returnable in which I had no answer. I EXPLICITLY asked and when there was no answer, i assumed it was returnable. The next day, I come in with the receipt and they tell me stamps are non refundable. I then told the people helping me out that I asked about it just yesterday... All of a sudden, the man that ignored me the night before came out and YELLED at me, saying that he never told me they were refundable... yes.. you never told me but you ignored my question and yelled at me the next day. In other words, service here is terrible! In addition, the store is stuffy and the supplies they are selling old and dusty. There's plenty of other UPS stores in the area, go to other ones! They have much better customer service and they sell supplies that are up to date. read more

First off the staff here is friendly and helpful BUT when I tried to ship something to the UK, they (UPS) wanted to charge me over $200 for tracking and 3-5 day shipping. Needless to say I didn't and went to the Post Office. They shipped through regular mail for $17 and would have priority shipped with tracking for about $60. Fedex had similar pricing. If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been back here three times now for the same thing. This place always has a wait and if I didn't have to keep coming back I wouldn't. Apparently very few place near my house that does fingerprinting. However, the first time I came here, the machine wasn't working properly. So I waited for 20mins for them to call in to trouble shoot. Finally I couldn't wait anymore and left. 2nd time I came, it was crazy lines and the wait was 20mins so I left. Apparently they only have one person who knows how to work the fingerprint system. And now I'm here for the 3rd time and yes there is a wait. I've now waited for 30mins while the one fingerprinting gal is helping a lady w box deliveries. However there are other employees doing nothing so annoying. Who knows how much longer I have to wait. Every time I ask she tells me in a minute...30 plus minutes later I'm too committed to leave now. And still waiting to get my fingerprints done. Hopefully the process won't take as long as my current [almost] 40min wait to be served. Unbelievable. Avoid this place if at all possible especially for fingerprinting! read more

Your place is a piece of shit rip off that charged me almost 5 dollars to print 4 pages because first your default printer set up off that you can't just print straight from email and had me print again and the fact that you are charging 3 dollars just to use your printing service is outright WRONG. read more

ups is the worst international shipping company. i needed to mail my driver license from jordan to irvine the ups store in jordan told us its guaranteed 48 hours if we pay extra 40 dollars in top of the regular charge which was not true and it was a lie to get more money it has been 10 days and i have not received the package. i wrote a letter to ups corr pert office waiting for an answer read more
