We did walkins for passport photos and was in and out within like 10-15 minutes (depending on how many people they're helping before you get there). For TSA pre-check we were going to do a walk-in due to the site having issues but noticed they didn't do walk-ins but the guy working that day said he can probably help us out. He went as far as check the site to see if it was down and we got lucky that it wasn't! We filled out the application on our phone and immediately got helped afterwards. Was in and out for TSA pre-check stuff in also 10-15 minutes. Recommend coming here for passport photos, TSA-precheck and other needs.

She was direct, knowledgeable, clear, and was patient with me asking questions or for clarification. I'm glad I came here instead of going to a larger chain store, because I felt I was taken care of and looked after, while still only needing to be in the store for 10-15 minutes. The reason I love this location is because if I ever experience an inconvenience, such as needing to tape a corner of an envelope or box up that I may have missed, they offer to take care of everything for me and my packages have always arrived to their destinations successfully. Also, if I ever need to pay for a package to be delivered to a destination with the cheapest shipping route possible, I am able to do so with no trouble whatsoever. You can drop off UPS or USPS packages here (and avoid the post office!) and the mail truck will pick them up by a specific hour every day between Monday - Saturday. Plenty of parking, but also very busy depending on the time and day you stop by. I went on a Sunday around 1:40ish. They close at 3. They were busy with a few people ahead of me and some people who came in after. One family was taking forever getting some stuff notarized so it made the wait time even longer. But the guy helping them seemed very patient with them. The other guy was helping out the line. We did wait about 10 min but once it was our turn it was quick and easy to return our packets. Make sure you have your codes ready to speed up the process. There's a do it yourself kiosk for amazon returns, but I feel like it's time consuming especially for large packets. For example the lady who was in line behind me decided to use it, but something was wrong with the receipt, it wasn't printing. They fixed it for her, but something else happened. Everyone who was in line left before her because she had to wait for them to help her out.

So if you're new here, like me, don't expect good, welcoming and friendly service. When it was my turn I said hello to the associate, gave her my package and she scanned my phone, and gave me my receipt. Then it was my boyfriend's turn after. He said, "Hello, sorry I have a lot." She didn't say anything, no hello, no it's okay, how can I help, NOTHING....First sign of rudeness and bad customer service. If someone doesn't greet me, that's already a big no no & red flag. She starts scanning the codes and taking the packages, all this while she looks annoyed, like we're bothering her. After a few scans she tells him, "can you turn up your brightness." But with attitude. Once he noticed there were 2 people in line he told her that was it and we ended up going to the kiosk to do it ourselves. While we're at the kiosk when people would come in she would say, "Welcome." But not in a friendly way or ready to help. An older lady came in, went to the counter, said hello and tried to make small talk with the associate. The associate didn't greet her or go along with the small talk. No smile, nothing. I felt bad for the lady. Then other people start coming in and all of a sudden her attitude changes. She starts greeting them by name, asking how they're doing and being all nice. The other associate in the back also comes to the counter and starts small talk with one of those customers. I was like, wow. So now you know, if you come in here, just get straight to business, don't expect friendliness and good customer service....unless you are a regular & they know you. Unfortunately, this one is about 4 min from where I live, but won't be coming here anymore. Don't want to go somewhere where I feel like I'm bothering them and feel rushed. I'll drive the extra 5 min to the Woodburry location. Nicer, cleaner and better customer service.
