I've had numerous instances coming here where the employees were harassing & rude to trainees, other customers etc. I guess today it was my turn to fall victim to the uncomfortableness of these extremely rude & unprofessional employees particularly the gal with the long dark straight hair. 2 WORDS- Color copies. UPS has saved my hide more than once when I was In a bind on the way to host an Open House. Easy in, easy out. They have what I need when I am on the go. Not cheap, but not to costly. With a BECU and a Starbucks in the same strip mall, I find it VERY convenient overall. read more

I have been using this location for about 3 years for convenience, but if there was a closer shipping center I would never give this location business. Several of the girls in this location have no grasp on customer service. They routinely argue with customers and are outright rude. With all the package thefts in our neighborhood I opened an account/box here so that I can have my packages accounted for. I've been with this UPS store for several years, and they've been competent, proficient and very accommodating. I do have to say during the last several months there have been a few snafus with nonreceived packages and magazines, but in their defense, they have been going through a lot of staff turnover. I called the companies to resend the items that were nonreceived and it was not a problem. But it is a Loss for that company none the less. I'm just hoping the staff will remain static especially when the high season hits (holidays). Being that I've had a lot of problems with Other UPS stores in Seattle, and other mail box (pmb) companies in general, in the whole grand scheme of things, THIS UPS store is honest, functional, pleasant, and efficient despite the few issues I've had. Guy tells me I need reprint it as he didn't see me sign nor did he "put me under oath". WTF, I have had tons of docs notarized and have never had this. Have had a PBM account with this UPS store for nearly two years now. I use their services mainly to receive packages as a hedge against theft. We often drop off our prepaid/pre-stamped USPS and UPS packages to hold for pickup. It's a small store. The staff has turned over a bit, but the counter service is and has always been attentive and courteous. During busy shipping times (like the holidays) it can get crazy with boxes everywhere. A line can form quickly if there are more than a few customers. It can seem slow at times, but the staff seem to be making sure each client's order is handled completely before moving on, which can take time depending on the complexity of their shipment(s). While I can't comment on their prices for other services, the cost of our PMB account is reasonable and competitive for this area. I chose this location for its convenience and proximity. It's on my way home from work, right off the freeway. When a package arrives during the day I get quick notification on my phone and via email and know to stop by. In the time I've been a client I've never had a reason to complain. As many times I've been in and out of there I've never heard any other customer complain either. If I'm fumbling with packages, they've often offered to help, either by holding the door or helping me to the car, yes even when they were busy. I believe the owners of the franchise and the staff do a good job and provide an excellent service, at least for me. Possibly my only issue is with the parking, which can be brutal at times, but is obviously out of their control. read more

The UPS Store at Totem Lake West is a small store with a consistent and friendly staff. These guys can help you with all your shipping and mailing needs. They also have copiers, fax, and private mailboxes (like a po box) for rent. I have had a mailbox there for close to 10 years and I have seen very little turnover in employees. Employee longevity speaks volumes about a workplace. The shipping prices are a little more than what you at the Post Office but the excellent service is worth it. read more

Never say never but after my experience this morning, August 7th 2020, at the UPS store in Kirkland off 124th, I do not plan on returning. EVER. The individual working, identified themselves as Reiku (not sure on spelling), was rude, lacked boundaries, and should not be working in customer service. I went in to return three items from Amazon, this was the first time doing this for me. I was NOT at the counter, trying to figure out the return(s) through the Amazon application and they continued to talk at me. Stating that they aren't Amazon, if I am having troubles there's nothing they can do, etc. I ultimately asked them to stop talking to me because it was distracting and creating anxiety. Their response was "you can leave the store when you are done doing what you're doing." I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there wasn't one for the store currently. Sadly, a lot these stores are privately-owned, franchises. Everyone has goals, the owner of this store, this employee. One toxic team member could be the difference of your store remaining open or not due to lack of revenue. I'd suggest reevaluating internal employees, get feedback from everyone (employees, team members, check reviews, management, owners) and proceed based on your findings with action. This person should NOT be in customer service and your business is hurting because of it. read more

First off I have to say I do not come into this store but maybe a few times a month. Unfortunately the few times I do use them I am taken aback by what I witness. Twice in the last month I have seen the older woman (employee or owner?) belittle customers. I understand dealing with the public can be hard but raising your voice & arguing with customers only makes the other customers very uncomfortable. I went here for some color copies. There were several people in the store but I only waited about 10 seconds before one of the employees, Jack, asked what I needed. He ran the copies and after they were finished, I noticed some streaks across the pages. He cleaned the machine and tried again but could not get the streaks to disappear. Disrespectful, rip off, rude, sexist. It's extremely rare for my wife of 30+ years ever to say the words she used to describe the jerk at this store. She ran in and bought a roll of stamps and a couple stamp sheets, only discovering at home she'd been overcharged $26 beyond the price of the stamps. Politely going back in to rectify the situation, the guy was a total A$$ho.. and condescendingly said they don't have to charge the face price.
