Wow.... Just wow! I was just in the new UPS store on Vineyard and I am very impressed. The staff are very find and helpful and the store is spacious, very clean and kinda cute. They are open 7-days a week, 8:00 am until 6:30 pm, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sat and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday. As more people discover this location I'm sure they will get busier, but I have a feeling they will handle it well and be worth the wait when there is one. read more

Vik is THE BEST. He's always friendly, and greets me with a smile no matter how many Amazon returns I bring in (and it's usually a lot). He patiently scans barcode after barcode with no judgment of my online shopping problem. He goes above and beyond to help the customer out also. Once I hadn't realized that I needed to box the return myself, and he went into the back and found an Amazon box someone had left behind that I could use instead of trying to sell me a new box. He's also taped boxes shut for me with no extra charge, unlike some of the other UPS stores I've been to. This isn't always the most convenient UPS store location for me, but I come see Vik every time because it's always the best experience! read more

I recently had surgery and it's been tough doing most things. I pulled up very close to closing time and was struggling to get my packages out of my car with one arm (the other is in a sling). The owner, Vic, came out and started helping me without me asking. This act of kindness was beyond appreciated. He also helped me box up the most awkward 3 piece wedge pillow. I ship things all the time and it's always a grueling and disposed task. Yesterday was no exception but Vic really made my experience as positive as it could have been. This has by far been my favorite UPS store. I am not proud to say that I usually have a lot of Amazon returns but Vik is always so kind, patient and helpful. The location is incredibly convenient to me since I live practically next door and I can always get my returns done while also grabbing my caffeine fix in the same center.
