These guys will charge more than your suppose too I went to a diff ups store and it was 29.00 dollars instead of the 80 they tried to charge me.They lied to me on the phone and then made me wait while they spoke in different languages which I thought was extremely rude. This Ups location just wanted to charge me $1.25 to put a 12" strip of pkg tape on a box that contained item and was all pkg besides that. They have no idea what customer service means. I will drive across town to not have to deal with there unfriendliness and lack of customer service. I see they have a bunch of complaints. Sitting around when I came in. Only one person attending to a customer and then when the kid got off his a** to help me he had the nerve to use the words "well since you don't understand." No homie I understand. I just mis-read and I clearly don't have a problem going to get some tape to close the box. What I do have a problem is how you came across to a customer. I have been here a couple of times to do Amazon returns and was greeted by the owners I believe. Both the wife and husband are so nice and helpful! Parking is great and the convenience of them being right next to my work office really does help it's rare to see sex, dedicated staff and owners really being helpful at a UPS store, I was quite surprised, and will be back again for other services. This location sucks ass. Every time I get this one particular clerk, and I have a particular box, it always gets opened before it reaches its destination. I've been sending the same things repeatedly for years, and I've only had an incident with this particular clerk. After the first incident, I lined the box seals with duct tape, so it would be easily known if someone put packaging tape over the top of it. And sure enough they did. They didn't even try to hide it. The clerk yelled at me for calling him on it. He's lucky I'm not a violent person. I will NEVER use this location again. Actually, I think I'm just going to go FedEx for everything from now on. UPS has lost all credibility with me. read more

This location is really the worst of all ups stores. The lady owner who works there is always extremely rude. She won't take an Amazon return when u have it boxed up and makes up her own rules how you need to double box it. Unbelievable. She acts like she works for Amazon. I had my passport photo taken here a little while ago and the service and everything was fine at the store. However, I sent off my renewal application only to have it sent back because the photo of my face was 1/8 of an inch too long. Just wanted to post a warning to be sure to check the measurements of your photos to make sure the same doesn't happen to you if you get your photo taken here! read more

It's that time of year, again! Sending gifts to loved ones, receiving gifts, and inevitably, RETURNING gifts sent erroneously by a vendor you have to return. While, I've had challenges with this particular vendor, I'll focus my ire on the UPS Store for squeezing every nickel they can out of would be patrons. I showed a barcode on my phone for the return label to be printed out, nope. They refused to use that. Refused to try. But, to use the computer...$3.50. To email them the label...$3.50. To add tape to the box $2. I get their a business, but they are a shortsighted business that I wish bad things to happen to. FedEx...you get all of my business moving forward. I called them hours later and they let me come look for the box that I mistakenly returned. Just stopped by yesterday and it was easy-peasy! Had an amazon return, plus wanted to send a letter with a tracking number. The woman who helped us made sure we had all of the details correct before sending, and explained what everything was for. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were pretty busy with deliveries and pickups while we were there, and she interrupted a few times to answer coworker questions. I didn't mind, but I can see how this could be annoying to others. I frequent this store often for work and personal use. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience, even during the crazy busy times when they get a million Amazon returns their customer service is always spot on. The other day I went in to do an Amazon return but also had a package to return to USPS. Gary said he would take care of it for me and he even tapped the box and label for me!
