HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I sent a package that was needed for a trial with important evidence and the package was "lost" when transported to the ups hub. William and Destiny provided minimal help and then told me that there was a "failure" rate. This was irreplaceable contents. The manager left early every day and now won't be in until Monday. As always I have to rep my local UPS Store I'm not in the neighborhood or across the street anymore this gal now lives down by the beach but you know what this gal will never change stores here's why. The owner is a cool guy a nice helpful person who greets his customers upon sight he makes sure to come say hi if he can and always listens to this talkative Gemini sister girl knowing dang on well he has work to do. lol What's in inside. The store is always stocked with what I need from paper products nicks knacks boxes which is why I'm here today and you can return Amazon products easy or mail out wherever you need to and the prices are reasonable like what more do you want people and they have plenty of parking. This store is clean and the staff is young and helpful and know what they're doing so much so that I have never had anything I mailed have an issue getting where it needed to be for the last 10 plus years. If your looking for a UPS store with great staff knowledgeable with shipping codes etc and need to run your mouth like the sister who's writing this review run don't walk and come support this business and tell the owner Anthony I sent you. I've been a customer of this franchise for over 20 years and I've been well taken care of. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly.

I have been here numerous times for Amazon returns. I recently found out that they have two scanners for Amazon returns which I love so I don't need to talk to the employees for returns. I just go to the scanners, scan the code from Amazon, put them in a bag, place the return label on the bag and put them in the slot. It is so easy and so convenient. I'm not sure if other UPS store has the scanners but I love that this one has it. read more

As soon as I walk in Blonde woman asks if I have an Amazon return, I happily said yes, she then directs me to the "do it yourself Amazon return" counter but tells me if I had questions they can help. Maybe it's just me not feeling well but that bothered me. The store was completely empty . I controlled my attitude and did it. 3 employees working, young lady coughing, the blonde lady and a guy. As I'm finishing up, a woman comes in, straight to the cougher who does her Amazon return with no problem, then a man comes in , straight to the blonde who does his Amazon return. As I get to the door 2 other people come in with large packages now , stand in line. I hang for a second and hold the door for a guy with a couple large packages, not a one was directed to do it themselves. It just pisses me off. Kinda feel like they just didn't want to help me. I came in to the store since a lawyer requested I have a notary sign a document. They said I could go into the post office, aaa, etc. and it should be free. I asked if they had a notary, the person behind the counter said "go to that table". another person sauntered over and said, without looking at me or acknowledging me as a human, "ID." that was pretty much the whole interaction. meanwhile, other people were talking to her and she was friendly with them. I must look weird?? then when she was done she said "go to the counter for payment". I really felt like I was a huge inconvenience to her since she wouldn't look at me and was barking orders at me. did i do something wrong? beyond that, I was surprised there was a fee. there are no signs anywhere and no one explained anything about this to me. I haven't had something notarized before. I expected it to be free. I asked about the fee and she said very flatly - "yes, there is a $15 fee. sign here and provide your payment." I believe in the state of CA, you need to provide clients with the chance to consent to what they are buying beforehand so this not only seems unprofessional of UPS but illegal. maybe im just having a bad day. it just seems to me that if there is a fee here, when there isn't at other places, that should be explained up front. I absolutely would have gone somewhere else if I knew about the fee. not to mention the unpleasant experience. What did I just give you my hard earned money for? I really seemed to be in the notary's way so I didn't dare try and ask her what my options were. I just wanted to get out of there. I might try and do a charge back with my bank. I think I should have been able to agree to the $15 charge instead of having it sprung upon me by rude staff. read more

Super helpful as far as a printing job goes! I needed some name tag inserts printed for a laminate and the staff did a great job quoting the project and printing it. They even suggested the right kind of paper for this kind of job and their foresight was appreciated. Everything was done on time. I sent them the job on Sunday and received it by Monday, so their turnaround was quick, easy and appreciated! The staff is friendly and most of them see me walk in an usually are coming back with a package (I use them when I have mail order items thanks to porch pirates and LBPDs lack of enforcement) but I'm not a fan of their Cloud Key lock. I work odd hours and occasionally I like to check my mail (because I don't my box filling up) but the app either can't find me or the internet isn't connected to the lock. My passcode doesn't work either. Anthony (owner) insists it's working. PO Boxes at the UPS are cheaper but you can't have packages arrive, which is the real benefit of the UPS Store. read more

I had a PO Box for a little over a year. One day a new lock was left in the box. The person at the front said your box is cancelled. I said I never got a notice. She said it's a courtesy. I said I wasn't aware it was cancelled. She said it's cancelled twice. She handed me a paper and said start over. Get out of line people are waiting. I have now gone to the fed ex for a PO Box. I will never go back in to this post office. Not the first time the staff has been rude. Obviously unhappy postal workers. I would give a zero if I could read more

I recently went to UPS store to mail an important package next day delivery . The following day I attempted to track the package and there was no record . I called the store and spoke to Michelle who told me she would look into it . She could not find the package in the system and told me she would call be back . She called back 5 min later and found that the UPS driver never picked up any of the next day packages. She was very apologetic and I told her it was not her fault . She talked to her manager and they covered the cost of the over night shipping , refunded my cc and sent it out overnight . Michelle called me three times all without me asking her to, just to keep me updated . She was great to work with and I did not get the managers name but they were great as well. It was nice to see how professional they handled the situation . Highly recommend the location for all your shipping needs. read more

I recently came to this store to return a number of Amazon packages. I had a single QR code but ended up with two large boxes. Jocelyn worked with me in a way that not only solved my problem, but did so in a way that didn't make me feel stupid. She allowed me to use her phone as hotspot while she gave me access to my Amazon account and turned what was potentially a really bad experience into a very positive one. She waited patiently while I talked to one of the customer service reps at Amazon. Jocelyn was helpful and knowledgeable, but more importantly, she was kind and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. This UPS store has made lifetime customer out of me and mine. BEWARE! In notarizing important documents for us, their notary made a significant error which our lawyer pointed out to us -- after we spent $140 there to have our documents notarized and mailed. When we asked them to please address the error, we were told by Jocelyn that it was our fault for not requesting the missing documents ourselves -- in other words, she expected us to know the notarization process better than the trained notaries on staff there. They did not take responsibility for their error. When we went to UPS to get our documents notarized, we expected a professional staff who would guide us through the process and who would do it according to legal standards. We are never going to this store again and recommend that no one uses it for notarization unless you are a lawyer and want to tell them every single aspect of the legal process you need. read more

I have used this location for many years. The owner and employees are a team that is professional and personable. Their shipping policy cannot be beat. They take responsibility for items mailed or shipped. You might consider discussing their policy regarding packages that are damaged or not received. At the beginning of every year, I review all of my records for tax purposes and I discard documents that are no longer needed. I, recently, had 12 pounds of unneeded paperwork shredded. I know that their shredding system is very professional. I don't have to waste my time to slowly shredding paperwork and I don't have to worry about a scammer piecing together documents and accessing accounts or confidential information. I had great customer service last week. Today I charged $1.38 for a printed copy of an email that the cashier "offered" to print for me. She never stated there would be a charge. She pointed to a sign and said "Our email is printed in the red." Apparently it says the charge on the sign as well, but she didn't state that either, so I just read the email address. (That's on me. I would have printed this at work if I knew it was that much for a black and white copy.). So, I guess you have to read ALL fine print. She only offered me a dollar thirty eight apology. read more
