I never seem to have an issue when I drop off my packages for pick up. I do notice however some of the workers tend to not have an approachable face. But honestly they all have been nice to me. This is a smaller store I've seen bigger ones than this. I wouldn't recommend getting your passport here. The post office is not to far from this location. I wish they had more packing supplies in the store they always seem to be out of the packing materials. Maybe it is because every time I go it is later in the day? They do have some rude customers sometimes. read more

Great guys but I had to drop off a Amazon package. I could've easily forwarded my shipping label and pay for the printing. But they don't want me to do that instead they want me to log into their computer for a fee and print for a fee. Paying is not the problem for me, it's the security of my password into that computer. read more

Came in after 5pm on the night before Thanksgiving to fax (who still requires faxes?!) something for our mortgage process and the store was busy. A younger male helped send my fax off and had me wait for confirmation. 20 minutes later (I was not aware it took about a minute per page and I was sending 22 pages) he informed me the fax had failed, but he'd try again. Another 20-25 minutes went by and again it failed. At this point another helpful associate, a woman, jumped into action and was going to try again, however at that point I was ready to just mail the documents instead. The delivery driver was actually just finishing up taking the last of the outgoing parcels & she worked lightning quick to get my paperwork into an envelope, labeled, & ready to go and made him wait to take it. She was a super helpful associate even with the line literally going out the front door. I called this branch and even though they were about to close, they stayed open for me! The lady at the counter even helped me by thinking to wrap my laptop better than I could have. This UPS Store is managed by a bone-head with no investment in customer service. First, the store opened after its posted time for Saturday. When he finally opened, Manager said he couldn't take my package because it was too large. No big deal, he sent me to the larger UPS facility in Maspeth. I went all the way out there, only to find that they are closed on the weekend! Isn't knowing this part of his job?! I went back to the store & calmly explained the situation to Manager. This place is the absolute worst. Avoid at all costs unless you are conducting a study in employee incompetence and fraud. This place truly represents what happens when mom and pop stores are pushed out of neighborhoods and replaced by corporate franchises with low-skill employees who don't care about their jobs. A simple attempt to mail a package resulted in months of back and forth, fraud, lies and countless wasted hours. If you have them pack up a box for you, make sure you watch them do it! I paid for a 24x24x12 box and the exorbitant shipping costs associated with it, then they went and packed my item in a 20x20x10 box, where it arrived obviously broken. Cut to three months later, and I'm still fighting with the fraudulent liars at this store about my refund for the (fully insured) package. AVOID THIS STORE!!!! read more

I came here to buy a bubble mailer before work on a weekday and watched as the person behind the counter give the customer in front of me the most terrible time. She was trying to ship a small package overseas and wow UPS really made her work to get any information out of them about what options she had. Their attitude was really flippant as well. It's astounding how incompetent the UPS drivers in this area are. Moreover, astounding how little their customer service cares. For the fourth time in five months I've had to complain about their drivers failing to buzz our apartment door. My partner and I are freelancers so we're home a lot. Repeatedly, we've received notices from UPS when we've been home. Neither FEDEX, USPS or Amazon couriers has this issue. Just UPS. Every time I've complained I'm met with a "we'll get back to you" and then nothing changes. My partner just told me that once the driver didn't even bother leaving a notice and it wasn't until Amazon called that he knew the package was even there. It's this level of incompetence that made me avoid using UPS at all costs. I've told clients never to send me anything via UPS and I've told certain companies I can't order packages from them if they use UPS. Not that I expect UPS to care. It's like screaming into the void with every complaint. read more
