I've been in here twice. My first experience was very pleasant. I was helped by a gentleman who seemed to enjoy his job and was friendly. Today the girl I had was in SUCH A RUSH! The type who likes to talk as fast as they can to emphasize that they are busy. Oh and she was tapping her fake nails on the counter for me to hurry up. I have used this store for both shipping and notary services and have been happy with both. The good: Shipping is easy, staff is helpful and informative and if I am dropping off an item with a prepaid label they give me a tracking receipt. Make appointments for the notary The needs improvement: Even though we made an appointment for notary, we found out they book more than one at the same time and it's first come first serve which they do not tell you when you make the appointment. At times, the add on price for the shipping convenience seems a bit high. Good in a pinch. read more

This UPS store has provided probably the best customer service I have ever seen/had in my life so far. My boyfriend and I were moving accross the country to New York City and walked into this store with all our stuff packed into 5 giant boxes to send to ourselves whilst having a flight to catch that night. Instead of discouraging us about our decision, Ana the manager was nothing but amazingly helpful with everything. She helped us unpack and split our stuff to repack into multiple packages in an incredibly timely manner that we were actually able to ship for a price way under how much we were intending. Ana and her team exceeded my boyfriend and I's expectations, the positive attitude that the whole team had about the whole situation and how supportive they were made for an experience neither my boyfriend or I will EVER forget. Today is Christmas Eve, and they are open until 3:30pm. Brad literally calls my husband just to let him know that we've received packages in case they are Christmas presents to come pick them up today. I mean thats pretty rare. Other locations can care less of when you pick up your mail as long as you pick them up. Tells you a lot about this ups. Never has one item of ours gone missing here. I went into this ups and I was most likely a very annoying and difficult customer. I needed about 10 pictures printed some in color, some black and white and all in different sizes. I have used this ups store for almost all my drop off boxes. Working for a local business, it feels like I am visiting this store weekly as I have a lot of packages that need to be shipped. The girls at this store are so nice and always seem to get me in and out knowing that I'm always pressed for time. Last week, Ana was a life saver. I dropped off a package and completely forgot to get a receipt. I did not realize that I forgot my receipt until later in the day. I immediately called the store and Ana went above and beyond to help me out. I was calling to see if there was any way I could still get a receipt with a tracking number for my package I previously dropped off that morning. We were on the phone for about 10 minutes when she was able to locate my receipt. I was so relieved when she found it! She was also able to email me the receipt, which saved me a trip back down there. I was so impressed with their customer service. She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate all her hard work. This will always be my store for sending out packages. read more
