I just recently moved to this area and am in the need of a mailbox. I have been in your store two times and both have been incredibly unpleasant as a direct result of your store manager, Jason. He is curt, condescending, unprofessional and setting a poor example to your new hire who he is supposed to be managing. I assume that these attributes do not represent your core principles as local business owner or brand ambassador for UPS. After his final example of poor leadership I stopped him and said "you have been very curt to me each time I have been in here and I have done nothing to deserve it." I requested his manager's contact information and he reluctantly provided this email address which I am hoping will make it to his supervisor, who he mentioned is the owner. The owner should know how he's representing his business to the community. I don't expect to be opening up a mailbox at this location as a result of your store manager Jason, and his misguided interpretation of his managerial role in customer service, lack professionalism and simply put mistreating a human who, in this instance, didn't deserve it. I too am in customer service, understand what it's like to be very busy and have hard days, however, if I spoke to clients this way I would be fired. Love that we have Michael just around the corner for shipping and printing needs. I go in and print from my email, and he does drop-off cable equipment returns--no box necessary!--and makes Amazon returns easy. We don't have a dog but he even keeps treats for customer's pets! I have been coming to this store for a long time. Over the years, I've shipped some very unusual things: delicate works of art, fragile electronics, ceramic sculptures, and antiques. Not only have they always arrived, but they've arrived intact, which is more than I can say for stuff I've shipped through USPS. Michael knows his stuff, and has always been utterly professional. Just today, I had a very complicated and fragile order to ship. Michael was not only extremely helpful and gave recommendations for how to best pack the pieces, but also helped me navigate unfamiliar customs forms. I have a hard time understanding why there's so much negativity about this place. Is it the cheapest? No, probably not, but in this case you get what you pay for. Does it have rules? Yes, but they seem to all involve keeping people out of the way while the work is being done. It's the same in any responsible place where heavy and/or delicate stuff is being handled. Is Michael rude? I've never seen that happen -- but then I've always been respectful and waited in the designated area until he was ready for me. read more

Don't even bother going here. The staff is insanely rude and unhelpful. I went to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to this location and the staff couldn't locate it. And while I was trying to figure out what happened with it the girl working behind the counter (Stephanie) all she did was dismiss me and yell "NEXT" for the next customer and refused to even try to find my package that was clearly signed for by the manager (Williams). And when I asked her her name all she could say was "what's yours?!" While she's holding my ID...very weird/hostile experience haha. They need some help with the customer service here. read more

I had a really good experience at this UPS store, today, Thurs. 8/8/13. "Mike," whom I believe is the owner/manager, gave me excellent advice and explained, in detail, how to prepare for a special shipping need I had. To boot, even after realizing that his location could not, due to UPS rules, accept and ship the package out of the store (it could only be shipped out of a main UPS office), he still provided me with a UPS box and packing material to go with it, at no charge. This store location and Mike are truely assets to the UPS company and I highly encourage anyone needing shipping services to use this location. read more

Mike is simply the best. My husband and I were moving to OR and needed to ship over 300 lbs of boxes. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing (our bad!) and Mike gently let us know that we didn't do a great job packing up our TV. He ended up staying nearly an hour past closing to help us pack it securely. Fast forward to a few weeks later, we had a minor claim to file. He was so responsive and helpful in facilitating the claims process, even calling me directly to follow up on the status. No-one expects Four Seasons treatment from a mailbox store, but courtesy & consistent professionalism go a long way. No complaints about receiving mail, also the hours & location are convenient. Just read the other reviews regarding the moody, surly owner. It seems to be a subconscious power game on his part. Seriously. I've figured out that the trick is to only pick up mail when I'm dressed in a business suit & looking irritated or stone-faced. On those days I receive bright professional service. If I ask for a package too smiley and relaxed, or wasted from the flu, I'm subjected to Mike's patented curtness and on occasion a mumbled personal insult. I came to drop off a box. The owner was shouting all the time, calling me "mad" for not waiting in the line but directly talking to him （the room was empty and no one was in the line）. He kept commanding me in the returning process. In the end, when I tried to throw some trash produced in the process, he called me illiterate cuz I didn't find the trash can at the very first moment. I just love Michael and Stephanie, they're such professional and helpful folks! I make pottery and ship it all over the country and when I tried packing it myself, my pieces arrived broken. But when they pack them, they always arrive in perfect shape and my customers are so happy. I love the way that Michael keeps the store running in a super organized and efficient manner and he's focused on making sure everyone who comes in gets what they need and gets out of there quickly and happily. Especially during this awful time, it's key to remember that these guys are essential workers, putting their health at risk to take care of our shipping needs. A simple scan and go you'd think..right!! Well, It's not the case here :( I walked into the store to drop off 2 packages. As I walked in to drop off the first package on the counter this guy (in black shirt in the picture) he pushed it back as I'm carrying it! There was no line and I didn't put the package on the scale, but he screamed at me saying "This is my work space" And when I asked if why the bad attitude his own words were "get the f**k out of my store", and he literally pushed me out. I still can't wrap my mind around it!! How in the world such an aggressive person is responsible for a customer-service based store? Stay away from this store. If you just crossed the threshold of this store with an amplifier in your hands, and the cashier noticed you from the register, before the door even closed behind you, and immediately yelled "the person who packs that is not here today!", what would you think? Rude, bizarre, uncharacteristic for a big chain enterprise? Well, that was my immediate reaction. The attendant might as well have told me "I don't like your face," because the ensuing exchange was equally rude. Following a short explanation, letting her know that I simply wanted a quote to ship to Norway, she asked if I had the zipcode. I wasn't prepared for a zip code, but certainly, a private postal service has access to this. Instead of providing a general quote for any area in Norway, the attendant dismissed my presence before our interaction was complete, started a transaction for the lady behind me, and when I pointed out this strange behavior, she asked me again if I was prepared with the zip code, attitude in tow. At this point, I realized I was in the twighlight zone, not the UPS store, so I gathered my wits, and walked out, only to witness the attendant videoing me on her personal cell phone. If anyone has a solution to this equation, please enlighten me. So far I got, Brash cashier + voyerism = me leaving times 1 star review. read more

The manager/owner is clearly a smart and competent man. That being said he has the demeanor of someone who is frustrated with life and customers service general. He has clearly reached his personal life limit of kindness towards customers ( and our sometimes dumb questions) and should probably tap himself out of the customer service industry. He is aggressive, short and not very kind to the customers. I have left feeling shamed numerous times because my questions were frustrating to the owner. this place is crazy. I still can't believe it was in California 2019 and not in Russia 1990. Customer service reminded me of My home country haha(there were not such a thing as customer service). I brought 3 boxes to ship. The guy who works here was pretty rude and with big attitude right away. He looked very irritated and bothered So I put my box on the scale for him to scan and (OMG HOW COULD I )decided to rip old label from the box. Yeah, my mistake. Should have known better. I have been going to this UPS location for a few years due to its practical location. However I am not happy with the attitude of the owner. He is negative and always find something to complain about... whether you need to borrow scissors, tape, or whether you are not standing behind the yellow line (even though you're the only one in line). He can be friendly and bubbly with the person ahead of you, but can totally flip when it's your turn. I thought it was just me, but after speaking to other family members and friends, I found they had similar experiences. Time to move on! read more
