This store has to be the most dumbest ups I was standing in the store with a huge 7 foot carpet I said hi to the two employees while they finished a client before me and after I kneeled to tie my shoe lace they took the next person and I told her I was next and the representative looked at me and said that be been standing in the incorrect line and I said the representative clearly sees I'm holding a 7 foot carpet waiting to return and there is not a single sign that shows "LINE" to know where to stance. The older representative lady the notary lady is so rude and the gentleman he's brand new I can tell because he was more worried about clocking out for lunch after 5 hours of working. The clients did feel bad that they seen me waiting that they offered but I did not trust the representative turning in my return the correct way. I will keep posting about this dilemma till I get a response. I will make sure no one shows respect. I'm 100000% it was because I was Mexican and the way I looked.

I asked if he could process me too and he simply and straightforwardly asked if I had filled and submitted my info online and I said yes I had. He said okay then you'll be last. Great! I was a little worried about his demeanor but through simple friendly engagement he seemed to loosen up a bit and then a lot! He's got people coming for this service just about every 10-15 minutes so I can understand his need to be efficient and accurate in order to serve all of us. And he was all of that, we just were trying to make all of our time there more light and enjoyable and he responded well. He provided exactly the service that was advertised and expected and the pricing was a bit lower than other nearby locations so a good value too. Simply submit your info at the TSA website https://tsaenrollmentbyidemia.tsa.dhs.gov/ and book your appointment and you'll be in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! Easy peasy.

According to the TSA website, you can renew your TSA PreCheck up to 6 months before expiration. Even though I was within that timeframe, she repeatedly told me I was "too early" and should come back closer to my expiration date. I explained that I'm traveling next month and wanted to avoid any issues, but instead of helping, she suggested I just travel with my marriage certificate. Nobody wants to carry unnecessary documents while traveling when this could simply be handled correctly the first time. On top of that, she claimed my Known Traveler Number account didn't exist. I had to repeatedly ask her to enter the full account number correctly before my information finally appeared. After that, she continued the interaction with an obvious bad attitude, huffing and puffing the entire time because she clearly did not want to help. The owner was not helpful either. If I hadn't been persistent and informed about the TSA renewal policy myself, I honestly don't think this would have been completed properly. Very disappointing customer service experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

It was plenty of parking, and only 1 person in line ahead of me. Then when it was my turn, I was speaking to the "rude" per other reviews associate and she was super nice. Then I heard my name, I looked up and my little cousin works there!! I was so happy to see her because it's been yearsss! Basically I was in and out within minutes and got to hug my cousin whom I hadn't seen in along time. We got chat quickly and then I was on my way. The experience was nice, no issues whatsoever. My only complain is $17.85 for a package under 2lbs.

I told her that customer service is not her skill and she should be somewhere in the back in the dark cause she was acting like she is queen. I told him the story and he let me finish my sentence and said don't worry they don't have to sign for the package. I said great and he told me to go back to her. Reluctantly I went back and slid the box to her and she pushed the box back hitting me in the chest. She has now not only verbally attacked me but also now it became physical. She does not reserve the right to refuse service as I pay the United Staes Postal Service through my taxes, you have no right to deny service to a citizen!!! I have already sent a message through the USPS portal and that complaint went to the manager. He called me and basically asked what do you want me to do. I said nothing you didn't assist me in the first place and made me go back to her, you are the problem to. I am trying to escalate this and will go to the police department due to the brutal attitude!

I've honestly waited until I had a few visits here before leaving my honest feedback. There is no…read moreother way to put this, this is truly a miserable location with miserable employees. When you walk in, you can never expect to get a smile, usually not even a greeting, even when you're standing in line for a while. Always only one employee. Nothing moving quickly or efficiently. This morning I was in line behind someone who looks like they were getting a passport. I waited for what seems like forever before the employee even turned around to say he would be right with me, as his back was to me (and all the customers) the entire time. He had the customer behind the counter, trying to take fingerprints....and apparently she couldn't understand the simple concept of laying her finger flat on the scanner. No surprise here, this idiot customer parked her car right in front of the store taking up one and a half parking spots. Behind the employee was a poor UPS driver with a dolly full of packages just simply waiting to get past him to his truck. Trapped behind the counter with the employee blocking the walk way. He stood there for what seems like forever because this employee couldn't even be courteous enough to take five steps to the right let him pass by. Before this, the employee is having a conversation with this passport customer about how this is his girlfriend's neighbor and what cars are in the driveways and what color houses they are for identifying markers. All while I sat there waiting patiently, a line collecting a line behind me. The woman behind me left her letter and left. I finally took my packages and walked out, super pissed as I write this. Probably should wait until I cool off, but an angry toy he speaks a truthful heart. I waited foreverrrrrrrrrrrr for nothing. This morning was a complete display of lack of consideration, respect and urgency for other people's time. I can't stand this location. But at the end of the day, I know better than to come here.

I love coming downtown and seeing what is new in the area. A lot of these stores change store…read morefronts or move locations so it's cool to see where they end up. This store is located in more of a warehouse type and it merged spaces with another store. They had so many different items to choose from, I bribe from lock sources bd found sources outside of town. My partner bought a Martinez shirt from them and let me tell you, the fabric is so soft. My friend bought a cute hair comb she has been looking for a while. They make all their designed there and are solely owned by the artist. This isn't your boring chachki store, but somewhere you can actually buy quality made goods. They had everything from clothing, candles, Taylor swift items, jewelry and so much more. The place was clean, the family that owns it is super sweet and can answer any questions. The store didn't seem cramped and put together well. I'll definitely be back!

We talked to the owner Jenny for a little bit and she is the sweetest lady. She makes a lot of items she sells including patches for hats and ornaments for the holiday's. There's a whole section with Martinez merchandise, as well as candles, cards, clothes, hats, and stuff for kids. I enjoyed walking through the store and checking out everything. My friend bought some warm gloves and I got a pair of heart earrings for Valentine's Day. I'll be back to purchase her popular hand crafted Christmas ornament with a cat's backside and a snowflake covering it. This is a fun shop to check out!

It sounded like the person was trying to evade being served due to them having a camera doorbell and avoiding answering the door. The following week, a stakeout date and time was established based on when the person was leaving for work. Dimitrius was able to catch the person leaving and the paper was served. My point is that your quote of $200 for 3 attempts over just 3 days is the same structure the sheriff's department provides, but at a fraction of the cost. While you explained the risks, you never explained what your company does differently to justify charging so much more. My review isn't about claiming I hired you, it's about the value comparison I saw as a potential customer. Others should be aware of that when weighing their options.

Junk removal took care of that job & removed the rat poop. Then I called A2Z to clean everything assuming that's all I'd have to do. Last night I saw a giant rat run across my garage so now I've paid $3500 to hazmat clean the 1/2 my garage but still have a rat infestation. I'm now working with a rat removal service but before A2Z allowed me to hire them & get in contract they should have advised me to be sure to complete the proper step beforehand of ensuring the rat infestation was resolved. Now i'm out $3500 for an unnecessary garage cleaning and still have a rat infestation. As a new homeowner (or any homeowner) I'd assume a good business would make sure I've done the pre work (in this case rat infestation elimination) before accepting the job. That's in my view a shitty thing to have done to me as the client. Really disappointed because they seemed professional throughout the process. So for this reason of not holistically proactively making sure the proper prep was done I cannot rate this business any higher than a 2 star. I'm not angry I am however very disappointed and feel that I've been tricked. I cannot recommend this business.
