Today I went in to get a notary and was told the notary was on lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. I was bummed out because I was on a time crunch. I was about to come back another day but the notary ended up helping me on her lunch! She even had a huge smile on her face and was very friendly. I think she went above and beyond the call of duty in that moment. Thank you again Liz for your amazing customer service. You don't really see people go out of there way for customers anymore. I've been visiting this store for quite a few years now. Liz, Lessly and Lori always greet me with a warm smile and are extremely helpful. On occasion Ive had to use there computer or printer which was nice because mine wasn't working so they got me taken care of. It's nice having all those office amenities and I don't mind paying a little extra for convenience. The girls have done numerous things to make my shipping experience a positive one. For the most part I usually come prepared so my transactions are fast and efficient. It's actually pretty entertaining reading all the negative reviews. I sell items on Ebay and I use either USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship these items. I recently shipped vintage beer tap handles through this store and purchased the extra $100.0 insurance. The buyer emailed me and told me the items arrived damaged and sent me pics. The box was totally crushed. He sent the items back upon instructions from UPS. This store called me and instructed me to provide the receipt for items I sold. I did and they then handed me the damaged tap handles and said I would receive a check in 6 to 10 days. I questioned them if they needed to keep the damaged items and they said no they had no use for them. I went in today to check on claim and they said the claim went through but they need the damaged items so they could "salvage" them whatever that means. I explained I no longer had the items as they were damaged and I had trashed them. I explained to this young lady whose name is Isabely that I was told by the other worker that they didn't need the item. She was very rude and said that she didn't say that and that if I wanted to receive my claim I would need to return the items. A this point I was upset and told her so to which she responded there is nothing I can do. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that's her and pointed to the other worker standing right next to her. I asked for a telephone number I could call to complain to and Isabely said they are just going to tell you the same thing and the manager remained silent. The whole time with a smirk on her face as if she found this terribly amusing. The manager finally wrote down an 800 number to call. When I called the # they told me this was the wrong # to all and that the store has no reason to request broken items back and gave me the corporate # to call and told me it sounds like the store is giving me the run around. I called corporate and I am still waiting to receive a call. Needless to say I will NEVER use UPS again. Some people make their living selling on Ebay and for UPS to treat their customers with such rudeness is unacceptable. read more

I went with my DIL to get this UPS store to correct an error that they made in the address - they used the description of the item for the address - but since she signed their receipt they refused to fix it without an additional 10 dollars!!! The female manager was rude and basically uninterested in our problem. Anyway, we paid the the 10 dollars and were assured the problem was taken care of - 2 days later we get a call saying the package had been returned! My DIL went to the store - now 3 weeks have passed since the initial mistake and she was told by the manager that heck they were busy - are you kidding me! I hope they won't be busy for long! I am encouraging every one of my Facebook family - I have a business site with 800 plus members to not use UPS - but stay with the trusty US Postal Service. I would encourage anyone who reads this to do the same. As a side note - my local US POST office in Murrieta California - located on Washington Avenue - actually sent out a rep after hours 2 months ago to fix a problem I had with an un-received package - they delivered it to me in person! All I needed to do was to return an Amazon book I had purchased in error. I asked if it could be returned in the original shipping envelope. "Sure." Instead of arriving in Orlando, FL, it arrived in my home mailbox in California. They had simply slapped a new mailing label on the package without covering the old address, something I had assumed they would do. They assured me that they would take care of it, but I would have to pay again to get a new tracking number. I refused. They told me not to worry, "this kind of thing has happened several tmes before." (No apology yet). Of course it has. Business as usual. read more

There is NO sign that says they have a minimum for credit cards transactions. I'm quite sure there needs to be a sign posted. The customer service was okay, but I will NOT be returning to this location. I should have looked at the star rating before coming to this branch. I had to go with 3 instead of 5 stars because 1) the first employee we talked to knew nothing and 2) our "guaranteed" package did not reach its destination any earlier than if we'd sent it USPS. Here's the deal: Paid $52+ to send an envelope to San Jose by noon the next day (Sat) When my husband asked the pleasant young man "what happens if it doesn't get there in time?" he said, "It will." Again my husband asked, "But what if it doesn't?" He said, "I don't know. It will. It's up to the drivers, not us, but it will." My husband held up the envelope from the papers we were sending back and said, "They sent this to me overnight UPS to sign and it was a day late." The kid just said, "Well I don't know. It will get there by noon tomorrow." Of course, it didn't or I wouldn't be writing this. And since it was a Saturday, it didn't get there until MONDAY. Here comes the 5-star part: Brittany. She listened to my husband's complaint, apologized and knowledgeably explained how we would get our refund! It doesn't change what the delay affected; after all, we had a REASON for spending so much money to get it there on Saturday. But the fact that we didn't have to fight to have it made right was very refreshing in today's unaccountable world. My advice: if you live in west Murrieta, need basic postal service or supplies and want great customer service and convenience, go see Brittany at the local UPS Store! But when "It absolutely, positively has to be there overnight"....well, you know where to go. read more

I'm glad to say that the UPS Store in Murrieta finally has a Notary available throughout their opening hours. Like other customers in the past, I have gone to this UPS for notary services and found that the notary wasn't there. It is about a 40 minute round trip for me to get to the store. Lessly (that is how she spells her name, no typo) was very helpful and professional in helping us notarize documents and then making copies. Great service! read more

Really hate to do this but I really feel that I need to send a WARNING to all my neighbors that use this facility as I have done so many times in the past few years sending gifts and packages to Family back East. To make a long story short I went in to mail my Election Ballot and pay the extra money (not a huge amount) but wanted to make sure it got there, so anyway being a Middle Aged Male I became very skeptical when the two young ladies that were assisting me had a side bar which they did not realize that I overheard so I promptly paid and then asked them to drop it in the Mail. Not trusting the situation as I left as they are located at the corner of the center I decided to watch what was going to happen next and what I saw was very disturbing I saw her take the Ballots to the back room so in closing do yourself a favor and DO NOT TRUST these folks with something so important to drop it yourself. In closing I hope they investigate this matter internally but just in case I will assist them by SUBMITTING a FORMAL COMPLAINT/INQUIRY with the Local Postmaster General to help the along my Families Votes may have been tossed out or destroyed but your does not have to be. Maybe a Class Action Lawsuit needs to be opened on this Company so I will do my part Thanks read more
